Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for issuing associated information according to an embodiment of the present invention, including the following steps:
s110, receiving identity information of the consumer.
When a customer comes in a store, the customer is registered by using a self-service terminal provided in the store, or by using a portable terminal owned by the customer.
In one embodiment, the consumer identity information may be obtained by: after a customer enters a shopping mall, the customer gets the hand-pushed shopping cart, a customer terminal is arranged on the hand-pushed shopping cart, the hand-pushed shopping cart is provided with a camera, the customer terminal can shoot and shoot a picture of the customer of the hand-pushed shopping cart, and the picture obtained through shooting is sent to a server of a shopping place as identity information.
In another embodiment, the customer identification can be performed without the aid of a consumer terminal of the shopping cart, a camera is arranged at an entrance of a shopping mall or a supermarket, and customer information is acquired through the camera and uploaded to a server of a shopping place.
It should be noted that the present solution is applicable to a customer who has performed identity registration in a specific shopping place, for example, a face image is uploaded when registering member information.
Of course, the identity information in the present invention is not limited to the face image, and may also be based on the identity information manually input by the customer, such as a telephone number, a registered account number, a nickname, and the like. The invention is not limited in this regard.
S120, determining the corresponding associated information of the consumer based on the identity information of the consumer.
The server receives the picture information of the consumer, compares the picture information with the consumer information in the database, confirms the specific consumer, and then finds the associated information corresponding to the specific consumer. The associated information here may be a coupon for the good. The related information may be other promotional information such as coupon information, for example, in addition to the coupon information.
In one embodiment, the association information includes first information, and the first information is obtained in advance by:
s1201, searching a plurality of historical behavior tracks of the current consumer in a given area.
Referring to FIG. 2, FIG. 2 is a current consumer's historical behavior trace, in one embodiment. It can be seen that there are three historical behavioral tracks 1, 2 and 3 for the current consumer. The three tracks have common inlets and outlets. As can be seen from the behavior trace of fig. 2, the three behavior traces all pass through the shelf a and the shelf B.
In one embodiment, the historical behavioral profile of the consumer is determined by an indoor positioning system.
The indoor positioning system includes: a signal emission source (positioning label) and a signal receiving terminal (positioning base station); a data transmission part and a data processing part (server and personnel location management software). During specific implementation, the positioning base stations are installed in the shopping space to be positioned, and the specific installation quantity and installation height of the installation positions need to be determined according to the actual site space. The data of all base stations are collected to a server, and a trolley of a customer is provided with a signal emitting source (a positioning label), so that the position of the customer can be positioned, and further, a behavior track is generated according to the dynamic position change of the customer.
S1202, a first commodity set with the correlation degree of a plurality of historical behavior tracks exceeding a given first threshold value is counted.
With continued reference to FIG. 2, shelf A includes item a and shelf B includes item B. The three historical behavior tracks in the figure all pass through the commodity a on the shelf A and the commodity B on the shelf B.
In one embodiment, the commodity with 100% correlation with the three historical behavior tracks is set M, where M is (a, b).
It should be noted that there are many commodities that the shelf a and the shelf B may relate to, and here, only two commodities a and B are schematically given, and in actual implementation, the commodity may not be limited to two commodities, may be multiple commodities, or may be one commodity according to actual situations. For example, the first product set is formed by selecting products more likely to be purchased by the user from among the products related to both the shelf a and the shelf B based on other information of the consumer, such as age and sex. Of course, there is also a condition that the items in the first set of items are items that are being offered. From this perspective, even if there are many commodities in the container a and the container B, there may not be many commodities in the first commodity set when there is a preferential condition in addition to the activity of the merchant.
The "first threshold" in this step is explained below. This "first threshold" is a parameter describing the degree of correlation of the plurality of historical behavior traces with the associated merchandise. The embodiment selects the commodity with 100% correlation with the three historical behavior tracks, and in actual implementation, the correlation may be selected to exceed a certain threshold, for example, exceed 60%.
Referring to fig. 2, the shelf a and the shelf C are shelves through which both the track 1 and the track 2 pass, and the correlation between the commodity m and the commodity n of the shelf a and the shelf C and the three historical behavior tracks is greater than 60%. Therefore, if the first threshold is set to 60%, then the set M is the product that is greater than 60% related to the three historical behavior tracks, and M is (a, b, M, n).
S1203, selecting one or more products from the first product set, and generating corresponding first information.
When the first information is actually pushed as the related information, the first information may be based on all the commodities in the first commodity set or may be based on part of the commodities. If the commodity corresponding to the other first information is the set P, P is the subset of M.
After the set P is determined, the relevant electronic information, i.e. the first information, is generated on the basis of P.
S130, the associated information is sent to be selected by the consumer.
For example, when the customer enters a shopping place, a coupon including an article a and an article b is first transmitted
This step transmits first information as association information to a consumption terminal of a consumer. In step S110, the consumer terminal may be a mobile phone terminal of the consumer, a device installed on a shopping cart, or another electronic device. The invention is not limited in this regard.
It should be noted that the first information in this embodiment is not a constant, and may be updated periodically. For example, each time a customer completes a purchase, the behavior trace of the purchase is added to the historical behavior trace for generating a new first product set. The first set of items may be updated after each purchase is completed, or may be updated uniformly after multiple purchases are completed, for example, for a period of one month or one quarter.
In this embodiment, when a customer visits a shopping venue, the store perceives the customer and creates an interaction between the customer and the store. By analyzing the historical behavior trace of the customer shopping, associated information (e.g., related coupons) associated with the historical behavior trace is generated and sent to the customer, such as the customer's portable terminal or the consumer terminal on the shopping cart.
Through the above, the customer is transmitted with the associated information such as the electronic coupon provided specifically for the specific customer, and the purchase is facilitated by adopting the technical means.
Of course, in one embodiment, the pushed coupon information may be not only promotional information for items that exceed the high threshold route (popularity items), but also for items that exceed the low threshold route (unpopular items). The customer purchases the product by viewing the sales promotion information arriving at the terminal.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a historical behavior trace of a current consumer in the method for issuing associated information according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Analyzing the graph in FIG. 3 to obtain a path and associated shelf analysis table:
table one: path and associated shelf analysis table
As can be seen from table one, for a certain customer, the paths C2 to C3 pass through four times from five historical paths a1 to D4, that is, the left side of the shelf F is 80% correlated with the five historical behavior tracks on the right side of the shelf E. Therefore, if the first threshold value is set to 80%, the products related to the five history tracks are the products on the right side of the shelf E and the products on the left side of the shelf F. As described above, in this embodiment, the customer is pushed the offer information of the product among the plurality of products on the right side of the shelf E and the left side of the shelf F. Preferably, the selection of the items can be based on other relevant information about the customer to specifically push coupons for which items.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating steps of another method for issuing association information according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, not only can the information related to the product with a large degree of correlation be determined according to the historical behavior trajectory of the customer itself to realize pushing of the sales promotion, but also the hot product on the trajectory can be determined according to the historical behavior trajectories of a plurality of other customers with a certain number, and the related information is also pushed, that is, the historical trajectories of a large number of customers in the sales floor are analyzed to determine the related product (the human-qi product) of a good path that a large number of customers must pass through, and the related information (for example, the coupon) is produced based on the product, and the related coupon information is sent to the current customer, so that the purchase is effectively promoted.
Another step flowchart of a method for issuing associated information in this embodiment includes the following steps:
and S410, receiving identity information of the consumer.
As described above, the consumer identity information may be obtained by: after a customer enters a shopping mall, the customer gets the hand-pushed shopping cart, a customer terminal is arranged on the hand-pushed shopping cart, the hand-pushed shopping cart is provided with a camera, the customer terminal can shoot and shoot a picture of the customer of the hand-pushed shopping cart, and the picture obtained through shooting is sent to a server of a shopping place as identity information. The customer identity recognition can also be carried out without the help of a consumer terminal of the shopping cart, a camera is arranged at an entrance of a market or a supermarket, and customer information is obtained through the camera and uploaded to a server of a shopping place.
The embodiment is suitable for customers who have been registered for identity in a specific shopping place by consumers, for example, face images are uploaded when member information is registered.
Of course, the identity information in the present invention is not limited to the face image, and may also be based on the identity information manually input by the customer, such as a telephone number, a registered account number, a nickname, and the like. The invention is not limited in this regard.
S420, determining the relevant information corresponding to the consumer based on the identity information of the consumer.
The server receives the picture information of the consumer, compares the picture information with the consumer information in the database, confirms the specific consumer, and then finds the associated information corresponding to the specific consumer. The associated information here may be a coupon for the good.
In one embodiment, the association information includes first information and second information, which are respectively obtained in advance as follows.
Wherein the obtaining of the first information:
S4201A, a plurality of historical behavior tracks of a current consumer within a given area is searched.
S4202A, a first commodity set with a plurality of historical behavior tracks whose relevance exceeds a given first threshold is counted.
S4203A, one or more items are selected from the first set of items, and corresponding first information is generated.
The above three steps S4201A, S4202A and S4203A may refer to S1201, S1202 and S1203, and will not be described herein again.
The acquisition of the second information is described in detail below with reference to S4201B, S4202B, and S4203B in fig. 4.
S4201B, counting historical behavior traces of a given number of different consumers in a given area.
This step is explained with reference to fig. 5. Fig. 5 makes statistics on the historical behavior traces of 5 customers. P1, p2, p3, p4, and p5, respectively, obtaining a plurality of customer paths and associated shelf analytics tables:
table two: multiple customer paths and associated shelf analysis tables
And S4202B, counting a second commodity set with the plurality of historical behavior tracks having the relevance exceeding a given second threshold.
Specifically, the method comprises the following two steps:
step 1): giving a second threshold value;
step 2), determining paths with the track times repeated by different customers exceeding a given threshold value in each path in a given area;
step 3), determining a path through which the current user purchases at the time, and comparing the path with the path determined in the step 2) to determine a difference path;
step 4), determining a related shelf of the difference path;
and 5) determining the commodity set corresponding to the associated shelf in the step 4), and selecting related commodities from the commodity set as a second commodity set.
For example, according to the table above, a group of products with a correlation degree exceeding 60% in the historical behavior traces of five customers is counted. The number of passes of each path is not less than 3, so that the goods on the shelf can selectively enter the second goods collection.
However, in addition to the threshold range of the correlation, it is also necessary whether or not the user has already passed through the route this time, and if so, the product on the route may not be pushed. If the commodity does not pass through the path, the commodity in the path can be pushed.
For example, as can be seen from table two, in the second product set, only the product on "shelf a" needs to be pushed, and the products on the respective shelves involved in the respective paths C2 to C3, C3 to C4, and C4 to D4 may not be involved. This is because the customer has already traveled the route and may indeed not have the goods he or she needs.
S4203B, selecting one or more items from the second set of items, and generating corresponding second information.
S430, sending the associated information, namely the first information and the second information, for the consumer to select.
For example, when the customer enters a shopping venue, a coupon is first sent that includes both the first information and the second information. Of course, if the shopping terminal is used to determine which products the customer has purchased, the product coupon can be pushed in a targeted manner according to the purchasing condition of the customer and the products related to the first information and the second information, so as to supplement the shopping list of the customer.
It should be noted that the first information and the second information in this embodiment are not constant, and they may be updated periodically. The second product information is also generated, and a time limit, the same update, a half month, a quarter, or the like is set. The counted customers can be all customers, or a part of the proportion can be selected.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, in the present embodiment, the sales promotion information of the commodities on both sides of the route satisfying a certain popularity is made according to the historical track in the sales floor of the big data customer, and the customer related information, that is, the customer related information, of the route satisfying a certain logic is finally determined by combining the historical track of the customer. The related information is sent from the business server of the store to the customer, for example, to the customer's own user terminal, or may be a shopping terminal on a shopping cart, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a block diagram of a structure of an embodiment of the associated information issuing apparatus according to the present invention, where the associated information issuing apparatus of the embodiment includes:
and the receiving module 61 is used for receiving the identity information of the consumer.
And the associated information determining module 62 is configured to determine associated information corresponding to the consumer based on the identity information of the consumer.
The server receives the picture information of the consumer, compares the picture information with the consumer information in the database, confirms the specific consumer, and then finds the associated information corresponding to the specific consumer. The associated information here may be a coupon for the good.
In one embodiment, the association information includes first information, and the first information in the association information determination module 62 is obtained in advance by:
the first statistical unit 621 is configured to search a plurality of historical behavior traces of the current consumer in a given area.
Referring again to FIG.
And a second counting unit 622, configured to count a first commodity set with a correlation degree exceeding a given first threshold value with the plurality of historical behavior tracks.
The first generating unit 623 is configured to select one or more products from the first product set, and generate corresponding first information.
And a sending module 63, configured to send the associated information for selection by the consumer.
