According to the technical scheme of the invention, the rights and interests information is issued for the payment when the user logs in, or is issued for the next payment after the user finishes the payment. In the embodiment of the invention, the scene of issuing the rights and interests information by the online store can comprise two scenes of issuing the rights and interests after payment and issuing the rights and interests before payment. For the scene of issuing rights and interests after payment, the attribute preference value of the article can be calculated according to the purchase record of the article within the specified duration after payment, and the rights and interests information to be issued to the user is determined by combining the preferential activity information of the store, so that the user can use the rights and interests information for purchasing the article next time; and for the scene of issuing the rights and interests before payment, calculating the attribute preference value of the article according to the article purchase record in the specified duration before payment, and determining the rights and interests information to be sent to the user by combining the preferential activity information of the store, so that the user can use the rights and interests information when purchasing the articles.
In an embodiment of the invention, the coupon system is implemented, for example, based on a coupon applet, the entitlement information is implemented, for example, in the form of a coupon, and the item attribute is, for example, a brand of the good. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the interaction process of the system for issuing coupons of an offline store according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, there is shown a process of data interaction between 5 systems, namely a preference scoring system, an activity entry system, a rule judgment system, a coupon applet and a transaction system, to implement coupon issue for an offline store, which mainly includes the following steps:
step 1, a preference scoring system analyzes according to historical article purchasing records to obtain preference values of users to different commodity brands, and can update the preference values at regular time (for example, every day);
step 2, the activity entry system creates activities and enters activity information, such as activity range, commodity brands related to the activities, coupons and rights and interests information issuing strategies, and the like;
step 3, after the user logs in the coupon receiving small program, the coupon receiving small program acquires login information of the user, the login information comprises a login account and store information, and the login information is sent to the rule judgment system;
step 4, the rule judging system obtains preference values of the user for different commodity brands from the preference scoring system according to the login account in the login information; acquiring activity information of stores visited by a user from the activity entry system according to store information in the login information;
step 5, the rule judging system judges whether the coupon is issued to the user or not and what kind of coupon is issued to the user according to the preference values of the user to different commodity brands and the rights and interests information issuing strategy included in the activity information, and returns the coupon to the coupon getting applet for displaying;
step 6, judging the coupons sent by the system by the coupon applet show rule, prompting the user to pick up the coupons and providing the user with a query of the state of the picked coupons;
and 7, when the user carries out off-line payment, the transaction system acquires the available coupons of the user from the coupon applet, judges whether the use conditions of the coupons are met, and automatically checks and sells the coupons and carries out payment processing under the condition that the use conditions are met.
Among the above steps, the steps 1 and 2 are not performed in a strict order.
Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of a customer applet coupon process in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, when a customer enters a store, coupon picking prompt information is provided on both sides of an entrance of a supermarket store or on a poster in the store, and a user can enter a coupon retrieving applet in a mode of scanning a two-dimensional code on the poster in the store, or can directly search the coupon retrieving applet and then enter the applet to authorize the coupon retrieval, so as to be used for discount deduction during payment.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a customer payment instrument process in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, when the customer checks out the shop, the coupon is checked out directly by the code-scanning payment, and the coupon can be issued again to attract the customer to go to the shop again.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of main blocks of a device for determining user rights information according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus 500 for determining user rights information according to the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes a login information obtaining module 501, a preference activity obtaining module 502, and a rights information determining module 503.
A login information obtaining module 501, configured to obtain login information of a user in response to a login operation of the user, where the login information includes a login account of the user and store information;
a preference activity obtaining module 502, configured to obtain a preference value of the user for an item attribute according to the login account, and obtain, according to the store information, preference activity information of a store visited by the user;
and a right information determining module 503, configured to determine right information of the user according to the preference value and the benefit activity information.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the user preference value for the item attribute is obtained by: acquiring an item purchase record of the user within a specified duration, wherein the item purchase record comprises an item name; semantic analysis is carried out on the item name to obtain item attributes and the category of the item; and for each item attribute, obtaining the preference value of the user to the item attribute according to the item purchase record of the item with the item attribute under the same category.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the item purchase record further comprises a purchase time and a purchase quantity of the item; and, obtaining the preference value of the user for the item attribute according to the item purchase record of the item having the item attribute under the same category by the user, includes: and calculating the preference value of the user to the item attribute according to the purchase time and the purchase quantity of the item with the item attribute in the same category.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the offer information includes rights information corresponding to attributes of the items in different preference value ranges; the equity information determination module 503 may also be configured to:
determining a preference value range to which the preference value belongs according to the preference value and a preset preference value range threshold;
and according to the interest information corresponding to the item attributes with different preference value ranges included in the preferential activity information, determining the interest information corresponding to the preference values as the user's interest information.
According to still another embodiment of the present invention, the equity information has a use condition, and payment is made according to the equity information in a case where the use condition is satisfied.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the right information is issued for the payment when the user logs in, or issued for the next payment after the user completes the payment.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the login information of the user is acquired by responding to the login operation of the user, wherein the login information comprises the login account and store information of the user; acquiring a preference value of a user for an article attribute according to a login account, and acquiring preferential activity information of a store visited by the user according to store information; the technical scheme for determining the interest information of the user according to the preference value and the preferential activity information realizes that the user is marked based on the login account number of the user who logs off the store, the preference value of the user to different article attributes and the preferential activity information of the user visiting the store are obtained when the user logs on the coupon system, and then the interest information is issued to the user, so that the marketing such as differential commodity recommendation or coupon issuing can be performed on the user under the conditions of insufficient store data amount and small user coverage amount under the online condition, and the aim of updating the new user or keeping the old user is fulfilled. Meanwhile, the users can be layered and the equity information can be layered according to the preference values of the users to different article attributes and the equity information issuing strategy included in the preferential activity information of the store, so that accurate marketing is realized, the maintenance cost of the customers is reduced on the basis of not wasting the equity information such as the discount coupons, and the marketing efficiency is improved.
Fig. 6 illustrates an exemplary system architecture 600 of a method of determining user entitlement information or a device for determining user entitlement information to which an embodiment of the present invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 6, the system architecture 600 may include terminal devices 601, 602, 603, a network 604, and a server 605. The network 604 serves to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 601, 602, 603 and the server 605. Network 604 may include various types of connections, such as wire, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
A user may use the terminal devices 601, 602, 603 to interact with the server 605 via the network 604 to receive or send messages or the like. The terminal devices 601, 602, 603 may have installed thereon various communication client applications, such as shopping-like applications, coupon-pickup applications, applet-like applications, instant messaging tools, etc. (by way of example only).
The terminal devices 601, 602, 603 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 605 may be a server providing various services, such as a background management server (for example only) providing support for shopping websites browsed by users using the terminal devices 601, 602, 603. The background management server can acquire login information of the user from data such as the received user interest information determining request, wherein the login information comprises a login account and store information of the user; acquiring a preference value of the user for the property of the article according to the login account, and acquiring the preferential activity information of the store visited by the user according to the store information; and determining the rights and interests information of the user according to the preference value and the preferential activity information, and feeding back a processing result (such as the rights and interests information of the user, for example only) to the terminal equipment.
It should be noted that the method for determining the user right information provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 605, and accordingly, the device for determining the user right information is generally disposed in the server 605.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 6 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for an implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 7, a block diagram of a computer system 700 suitable for use with a terminal device or server implementing an embodiment of the invention is shown. The terminal device or the server shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the computer system 700 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)701, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)702 or a program loaded from a storage section 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM 703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 700 are also stored. The CPU 701, the ROM 702, and the RAM 703 are connected to each other via a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 705: an input portion 706 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 707 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 708 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 709 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 709 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 710 is also connected to the I/O interface 705 as needed. A removable medium 711 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 710 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 708 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 709, and/or installed from the removable medium 711. The computer program performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 701.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units or modules described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software, or may be implemented by hardware. The described units or modules may also be provided in a processor, and may be described as: a processor includes a login information acquisition module, a preference activity acquisition module, and a rights information determination module. The names of these units or modules do not constitute a limitation to the units or modules themselves in some cases, and for example, the login information acquisition module may also be described as a "module for acquiring login information of a user in response to a login operation of the user".
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise: responding to the login operation of a user, and acquiring login information of the user, wherein the login information comprises a login account and store information of the user; acquiring a preference value of the user for an article attribute according to the login account, and acquiring preferential activity information of a store visited by the user according to the store information; and determining the rights and interests information of the user according to the preference value and the preferential activity information.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the login information of the user is acquired by responding to the login operation of the user, wherein the login information comprises the login account and store information of the user; acquiring a preference value of a user for an article attribute according to a login account, and acquiring preferential activity information of a store visited by the user according to store information; the technical scheme for determining the interest information of the user according to the preference value and the preferential activity information realizes that the user is marked based on the login account number of the user who logs off the store, the preference value of the user to different article attributes and the preferential activity information of the user visiting the store are obtained when the user logs on the coupon system, and then the interest information is issued to the user, so that the marketing such as differential commodity recommendation or coupon issuing can be performed on the user under the conditions of insufficient store data amount and small user coverage amount under the online condition, and the aim of updating the new user or keeping the old user is fulfilled. Meanwhile, the users can be layered and the equity information can be layered according to the preference values of the users to different article attributes and the equity information issuing strategy included in the preferential activity information of the store, so that accurate marketing is realized, the maintenance cost of the customers is reduced on the basis of not wasting the equity information such as the discount coupons, and the marketing efficiency is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A method for determining user rights information, comprising:
responding to the login operation of a user, and acquiring login information of the user, wherein the login information comprises a login account and store information of the user;
acquiring a preference value of the user for the property of the article according to the login account, and acquiring the preferential activity information of the store visited by the user according to the store information;
and determining the rights and interests information of the user according to the preference value and the preferential activity information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the user preference value for an item attribute is obtained by:
acquiring an item purchase record of the user within a specified duration, wherein the item purchase record comprises an item name;
semantic analysis is carried out on the article name to obtain article attributes and the category of the article;
and for each item attribute, obtaining the preference value of the user to the item attribute according to the item purchase record of the item with the item attribute under the same category.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the item purchase record further comprises a purchase time and a purchase quantity of the item;
obtaining the preference value of the user to the item attribute according to the item purchase record of the item with the item attribute under the same category by the user, wherein the preference value comprises the following steps:
and calculating the preference value of the user to the item attribute according to the purchase time and the purchase quantity of the user to the item with the item attribute in the same category.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the offer information includes rights information corresponding to attributes of the item in different preference value ranges;
determining the rights and interests information of the user according to the preference value and the preferential activity information, comprising:
determining a preference value range to which the preference value belongs according to the preference value and a preset preference value range threshold;
and according to the interest information corresponding to the item attributes with different preference value ranges included in the preferential activity information, determining the interest information corresponding to the preference values as the user's interest information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the equity information has a use condition, and wherein payment is made in accordance with the equity information if the use condition is satisfied.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the rights information is issued for the payment at the time of user login or for the next payment after the user completes the payment.
7. An apparatus for determining user rights information, comprising:
the system comprises a login information acquisition module, a login information acquisition module and a login information processing module, wherein the login information acquisition module is used for responding to login operation of a user and acquiring login information of the user, and the login information comprises a login account number and store information of the user;
the preference activity acquisition module is used for acquiring the preference value of the user on the article attribute according to the login account and acquiring the preference activity information of the store visited by the user according to the store information;
and the right information determining module is used for determining the right information of the user according to the preference value and the preferential activity information.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the user preference value for an item attribute is derived by:
acquiring an item purchase record of the user within a specified duration, wherein the item purchase record comprises an item name;
semantic analysis is carried out on the article name to obtain article attributes and the category of the article;
and for each item attribute, obtaining the preference value of the user to the item attribute according to the item purchase record of the item with the item attribute under the same category.
9. An electronic device that determines user entitlement information, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-6.
