Abstract

本发明公开了一种植物SOD酒及其制备方法,每500ml食用酒精中含有:植物性SOD酶纳米微胶囊10‑15mg;维生素C 10‑15mg;枸杞提取液50‑80mg;石斛提取液20‑30mg;党参提取液10‑20mg;银杏提取液10‑20mg;微量元素5‑10mg。在食用酒精中添加经过纳米技术包裹的植物性SOD,经过纳米包裹后的SOD按照配比加入酒水中,这种纳米包裹植物性SOD在酸性环境下呈现紧致状态更加紧密,有利于人体正常吸收,此酒中添加多种中药提取液,人们可以长期饮用,不仅可以有效的清除人体中的“自由基”,提高人们的免疫力,使人们整体的健康状态趋于稳定,还能起到达到强肾、保肝的功效。

本发明涉及一种植物SOD酒及其制备方法,具体为SOD酒制备技术领域。
背景技术
白酒是当今世界蒸馏酒中独具一个的酒类,为麦黍、高粱、玉米、红薯米糠等粮食或其他果品发酵、曲酿、而成的一种饮料。食用酒精芳香浓郁,醇和软润,风味多样。因主要采用烧蒸工序,亦称烧酒。又因含酒精量较高,所以一般直呼其烈性酒或高度酒。我国的食用酒精历史悠久,在世界上独树一帜。其品种也越来越多,如 SOD 酒,现在市场上的 SOD酒品种繁多,所用的 SOD 大多是动物SOD,动物 SOD 是从动物血中提取的,提取及保活技术比较成熟,所以目前市场上大多数都是动物 SOD,但动物血液提取 SOD 容易产生病毒交叉感染。如曾经发生过的非典、疯牛病、手足口病、口蹄疫以及艾滋病等都与动物基因有很大的 关系,有些在动物基因存在的致病因子,是无法根除的,所以,国际卫生组织呼吁立即停止动物性 SOD 的使用。而如果添加植物 SOD,植物 SOD在酒精的这个环境里面会被迅速灭活的,也就是杀死的。所以必须植物SOD进行纳米包裹来提高人体对SOD的吸收率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种植物SOD酒及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种植物SOD酒其中每500ml食用酒精中含有:
植物性 SOD 酶纳米微胶囊 10-15mg
维生素C 10-15mg
枸杞提取液 50-80mg
石斛提取液 20-30mg
党参提取液 10-20mg
银杏提取液 10-20mg
微量元素 5-10mg
一种植物SOD酒的制备方法:步骤一、首先制备植物性 SOD 酶纳米微胶囊,将刺梨果粉碎,获得刺梨果块;对刺梨果块进行浸提后将浸提液进行离心分离,得到 SOD 粗酶液;将含有 SOD 粗酶液进行超滤,浓缩,离心喷雾干燥后得到植物性SOD 酶;接着将SOD 酶采用纳米微胶囊包裹制成植物性 SOD 酶纳米微胶囊;
步骤二、取食用酒精作为酒基,每500ml食用酒精加入植物性 SOD 酶纳米微胶囊 10-15mg,维生素C 10-15mg,枸杞提取液 50-80mg,石斛提取液 20-30mg,党参提取液10-20mg,银杏提取液10-20mg,微量元素5-10mg;加入软水勾兑至酒度35度,精滤灭菌后灌装即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:在食用酒精中添加经过纳米技术包裹的植物性SOD,经过纳米包裹后的SOD按照配比加入酒水中,这种纳米包裹植物性SOD在酸性环境下呈现紧致状态更加紧密,有利于人体正常吸收,且此酒中添加多种中药提取液,人们可以长期饮用,不仅可以有效的清除人体中的“自由基”,提高人们的免疫力、消除亚健康状态,使人们整体的健康状态趋于稳定,还能起到达到强肾、保肝的功效。

一种植物SOD酒的制备方法:步骤一、首先制备植物性 SOD 酶纳米微胶囊,将刺梨果粉碎,获得刺梨果块;对刺梨果块进行浸提后将浸提液进行离心分离,得到 SOD 粗酶液;将含有 SOD 粗酶液进行超滤,浓缩,离心喷雾干燥后得到植物性SOD 酶;接着将SOD 酶采用纳米微胶囊包裹制成植物性 SOD 酶纳米微胶囊;
步骤二、取食用酒精作为酒基,每500ml食用酒精加入植物性 SOD 酶纳米微胶囊10mg,维生素C 10mg,枸杞提取液 50mg,石斛提取液 20mg,党参提取液10mg,银杏提取液10mg,微量元素5mg;加入软水勾兑至酒度35度,精滤灭菌后灌装即可。

实施例3
一种植物SOD酒的制备方法:步骤一、首先制备植物性 SOD 酶纳米微胶囊,将刺梨果粉碎,获得刺梨果块;对刺梨果块进行浸提后将浸提液进行离心分离,得到 SOD 粗酶液;将含有 SOD 粗酶液进行超滤,浓缩,离心喷雾干燥后得到植物性SOD 酶;接着将SOD 酶采用纳米微胶囊包裹制成植物性 SOD 酶纳米微胶囊;
步骤二、取食用酒精作为酒基,每500ml食用酒精加入植物性 SOD 酶纳米微胶囊12mg,维生素C 12mg,枸杞提取液 60mg,石斛提取液25mg,党参提取液15mg,银杏提取液15mg,微量元素8mg;加入软水勾兑至酒度35度,精滤灭菌后灌装即可。

1.一种植物SOD酒,其特征在于:其中每500ml食用酒精中含有:
植物性 SOD 酶纳米微胶囊 10-15mg
维生素C 10-15mg
枸杞提取液 50-80mg
石斛提取液 20-30mg
党参提取液 10-20mg
银杏提取液 10-20mg
微量元素 5-10mg。
2.一种植物SOD酒的制备方法,且特征在于:具体方法为:步骤一、首先制备植物性 SOD酶纳米微胶囊,将刺梨果粉碎,获得刺梨果块;对刺梨果块进行浸提后将浸提液进行离心分离,得到 SOD 粗酶液;将含有 SOD 粗酶液进行超滤,浓缩,离心喷雾干燥后得到植物性SOD酶;接着将SOD 酶采用纳米微胶囊包裹制成植物性 SOD 酶纳米微胶囊;
