技术领域
本发明涉及用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂,具 体为润滑剂制备技术领域。
背景技术
汽车制动系统主要由功能装置、控制装置、传动转置和制动器等 部分组成,常见的制动器主要有鼓式制动器和盘式制动器。其中鼓式 制动器广泛应用于重型车上,盘式制动器已广泛应用于轿车。
盘式制动器又称为碟式制动器,本发明主要研究的是一款用于碟 式制动器刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂。目前,汽车刹车片在装 配时和维修保养中,会使用普通锂基脂涂抹在这些部件上,由于普通 锂基脂的耐温性能及抗磨性能差,会存在如下问题:使用温度较低, 一般不会超过120℃,高温下普通锂基脂很快会变稀流失,没有起到 提高安全性能的作用,有的高温后还有可能滴落在刹车盘上,制动时 会打滑,造成严重的安全隐患,给生命财产造成严重的损失。经过本 领域技术人员的配方改进,市场上出现了多款无滴点的高温润滑剂取 代普通锂基脂,虽然在高温流失方面得到了很大的技术改进,但仍存在稀化、油粉分离、寿命短导致维修周期缩短等缺陷。
近几年,我国大力发展新能源汽车,已将其列入七大战略性新兴 产业之中,发展新能源汽车是我国从汽车大国迈向汽车强国的必由之 路。新能源汽车的销量在国内日益增长,说明“零排放”的环保、节 能理念已深入人心,因此研究一种质量稳定、环保的汽车碟式刹车片 和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销 的润滑剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:用于汽车碟式刹车 片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂按重量份数比由下列原料制成聚甲基 硅氧烷40-55份、聚乙基硅氧烷1-5份、羟基硅氧烷1-5份、疏水气 相二氧化硅5-10份、氧化锌20-30份、轻质碳酸钙1-5份、氧化铝5-10份、氮化钛1-5份、吐温80 1-2份、司盘40 0.5-1份、聚氨 酯0.1-1份。
进一步优选,所述的用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润 滑剂按重量份数比由下列原料制成:聚甲基硅氧烷47.5份、聚乙基 硅氧烷3份、羟基硅氧烷4份、疏水气相二氧化硅5份、氧化锌25 份、轻质碳酸钙3份、氧化铝5份、氮化钛5份、吐温80 1份、司 盘400.5份、聚氨酯1份。
用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂的制备方法为:
S1按照润滑剂的重量份数原料配比将聚甲基硅氧烷,聚乙基硅 氧烷,羟基硅氧烷,同时加入容器内,边搅拌边升温至100-120℃后, 停止加热,恒温10分钟;
S2往S1容器中,加入疏水气相二氧化硅,聚氨酯,膨化30分 钟;
S3将氧化锌,轻质碳酸钙加入S2步骤中,搅拌均匀后,研磨2 遍,得到混合物A;
S4将混合物A倒入高速分散釜中,分别加入氧化铝、氮化钛、 吐温80,司盘40,转速控制在1000-2000r/min,高速分散40分钟, 再转换至高压剪切釜循环剪切30分钟,放置常温后,分装,即得环 保的润滑剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本润滑剂各原料间具有协同增效作用:
1)基础油由聚甲基硅氧烷、聚乙基硅氧烷、羟基硅氧烷三种组 分复配,聚乙基硅氧烷、羟基硅氧烷的加入改善了聚甲基硅氧烷的惰 性,增强了聚甲基硅氧烷与稠化剂气相二氧化硅的缔合能力。
2)吐温80、司盘40、聚氨酯的加入,有效改善了该体系中基 础油、稠化剂、固体粉末间的“桥梁”作用,形成稳定的油膜体系, 使该体系长期放置不分油,不稀化,从而提高了高温耐磨性能,延长 部件的使用寿命。
2、该润滑剂获得了SGS公司第三方认证,通过欧盟第1907/2006 号REACH法规-197种高度关注物质(SVHC)测试标准,同时还通过 了欧盟RoHS指令-RoHS2.0 10项测试标准,是一款环保的润滑剂。
3、该润滑剂具有优异的高温耐磨防卡性能,极小的低温启动转 矩,耐腐蚀,无滴点,长期放置不分油,不稀化,密封性好,并且具 有极佳塑胶相容性,高温苛刻条件下导热效果好,原料来源易得,制 备工艺可控,环保,具有很好的应用前景。

实施例1
用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂的制备方法为:
S1、按照润滑剂的重量份数原料配比将聚甲基硅氧烷47.5份, 聚乙基硅氧烷3份,羟基硅氧烷4份,同时加入容器内,边搅拌边升 温至115℃后,停止加热,恒温10分钟;
S2、往S1容器中,加入疏水气相二氧化硅5份,聚氨酯1份, 膨化30分钟;
S3、将氧化锌30份,轻质碳酸钙5份加入S2步骤中,搅拌均匀 后,研磨2遍,得到混合物A;
S4、将混合物A倒入高速分散釜中,分别加入氧化铝5份、氮 化钛5份、吐温80 1份,司盘40 0.5份,转速控制在1500r/min, 高速分散40分钟,再转换至高压剪切釜循环剪切30分钟,放置常温 后,分装,即得环保的润滑剂。
实施例2
用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂的制备方法为:
S1、按照润滑剂的重量份数原料配比将聚甲基硅氧烷51.6份, 聚乙基硅氧烷2份,羟基硅氧烷3份,同时加入容器内,边搅拌边升 温至1150℃后,停止加热,恒温10分钟;
S2、往S1容器中,加入疏水气相二氧化硅6份,聚氨酯0.8份, 膨化30分钟;
S3、将氧化锌20份,轻质碳酸钙4份加入S2步骤中,搅拌均 匀后,研磨2遍,得到混合物A;
S4、将混合物A倒入高速分散釜中,分别加入氧化铝8份、氮化 钛3份、吐温80 0.8份,司盘40 0.8份,转速控制在1500r/min, 高速分散40分钟,再转换至高压剪切釜循环剪切30分钟,放置常温 后,分装,即得环保的润滑剂。
实施例3
用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂的制备方法为:
S1、按照润滑剂的重量份数原料配比将聚甲基硅氧烷42份,聚 乙基硅氧烷5份,羟基硅氧烷5份,同时加入容器内,边搅拌边升温 至100-120℃后,停止加热,恒温10分钟;
S2、往S1容器中,加入疏水气相二氧化硅5份,聚氨酯1份, 膨化30分钟;
S3、将氧化锌20份,轻质碳酸钙5份加入S2步骤中,搅拌均 匀后,研磨2遍,得到混合物A;
S4、将混合物A倒入高速分散釜中,分别加入氧化铝10份、氮 化钛5份、吐温80 2份,司盘40 1份,转速控制在1500r/min,高 速分散40分钟,再转换至高压剪切釜循环剪切30分钟,放置常温后, 分装,即得环保的润滑剂。
实施例4
用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂长期储存安定 性测试
测试方法:根据《GB/T269润滑脂和石油脂锥入度测定法》分别 将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和对照组依次进行测试0天、30天、 60天、90天、120天、150天、180天静置后的工作锥入度和0次锥 入度的变化差值的大小来评价润滑剂的存储安定性,变化差值越小, 表示润滑剂的胶体安定性越好,越不易稀化。
对照组:某品牌润滑剂(市售)
结果见图1。由图1可以得出:实施例1的1-6个月的工作锥入 度变化差值均比其他实施例的变化程度小,说明实施例1的润滑剂胶 体安定性最好。
实施例5用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂长期 储存钢网分油测试
根据SH/T0324-1992润滑脂钢网分油测定法(静态法),用恒温烘 箱分别测试实施例3和对比例3的静置密封储存1个月,2个月,3 个月,4个月,5个月,6个月的钢网分油进行对比测试,钢网分油 量越小,表示润滑剂体系长期存储稳定性好。
测试条件:100℃,30h。
对照组:某品牌润滑剂(市售)
测试结果见图2。
由图2得出对照组的钢网分油量随着时间的推移变化越大,说明 对照组的胶体体系结构出现不稳定,导致油粉分离现象加重;而实施 例1的分油量一直保持平稳,说明实施1的长期储存稳定性最好。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术 人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这 些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权 利要求及其等同物限定。

1.用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂按重量份数比由下列原料制成:聚甲基硅氧烷40-55份、聚乙基硅氧烷1-5份、羟基硅氧烷1-5份、疏水气相二氧化硅5-10份、氧化锌20-30份、轻质碳酸钙1-5份、氧化铝5-10份、氮化钛1-5份、吐温80 1-2份、司盘40 0.5-1份、聚氨酯0.1-1份。

S1按照润滑剂的重量份数原料配比将聚甲基硅氧烷,聚乙基硅氧烷,羟基硅氧烷,同时加入容器内,边搅拌边升温至100-120℃后,停止加热,恒温10分钟;
S2往S1容器中,加入疏水气相二氧化硅,聚氨酯,膨化30分钟;
