技术领域
本发明涉及用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂,具体为润滑剂制备技术领域。
背景技术
汽车制动系统主要由功能装置、控制装置、传动转置和制动器等部分组成,常见的制动器主要有鼓式制动器和盘式制动器。其中鼓式制动器广泛应用于重型车上,盘式制动器已广泛应用于轿车。
盘式制动器又称为碟式制动器,本发明主要研究的是一款用于碟式制动器刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂。目前,汽车刹车片在装配时和维修保养中,会使用普通锂基脂涂抹在这些部件上,由于普通锂基脂的耐温性能及抗磨性能差,会存在如下问题:使用温度较低,一般不会超过120℃,高温下普通锂基脂很快会变稀流失,没有起到提高安全性能的作用,有的高温后还有可能滴落在刹车盘上,制动时会打滑,造成严重的安全隐患,给生命财产造成严重的损失。经过本领域技术人员的配方改进,市场上出现了多款无滴点的高温润滑剂取代普通锂基脂,虽然在高温流失方面得到了很大的技术改进,但仍存在稀化、油粉分离、寿命短导致维修周期缩短等缺陷。
近几年,我国大力发展新能源汽车,已将其列入七大战略性新兴产业之中,发展新能源汽车是我国从汽车大国迈向汽车强国的必由之路。新能源汽车的销量在国内日益增长,说明“零排放”的环保、节能理念已深入人心,因此研究一种质量稳定、环保的汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂按重量份数比由下列原料制成聚甲基硅氧烷40-55份、聚乙基硅氧烷1-5份、羟基硅氧烷1-5份、疏水气相二氧化硅5-10份、氧化锌20-30份、轻质碳酸钙1-5份、氧化铝5-10份、氮化钛1-5份、吐温80 1-2份、司盘40 0.5-1份、聚氨酯0.1-1份。
进一步优选,所述的用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂按重量份数比由下列原料制成:聚甲基硅氧烷47.5份、聚乙基硅氧烷3份、羟基硅氧烷4份、疏水气相二氧化硅5份、氧化锌25份、轻质碳酸钙3份、氧化铝5份、氮化钛5份、吐温80 1份、司盘40 0.5份、聚氨酯1份。
进一步优选,用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂的制备方法为:
S1按照润滑剂的重量份数原料配比将聚甲基硅氧烷,聚乙基硅氧烷,羟基硅氧烷,同时加入容器内,边搅拌边升温至100-120℃后,停止加热,恒温10分钟;
S2往S1容器中,加入疏水气相二氧化硅,聚氨酯,膨化30分钟;
S3将氧化锌,轻质碳酸钙加入S2步骤中,搅拌均匀后,研磨2遍,得到混合物A;
S4将混合物A倒入高速分散釜中,分别加入氧化铝、氮化钛、吐温80,司盘40,转速控制在1000-2000r/min,高速分散40分钟,再转换至高压剪切釜循环剪切30分钟,放置常温后,分装,即得环保的润滑剂。。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本润滑剂各原料间具有协同增效作用:
1)基础油由聚甲基硅氧烷、聚乙基硅氧烷、羟基硅氧烷三种组分复配,聚乙基硅氧烷、羟基硅氧烷的加入改善了聚甲基硅氧烷的惰性,增强了聚甲基硅氧烷与稠化剂气相二氧化硅的缔合能力。
2)吐温80、司盘40、聚氨酯的加入,有效改善了该体系中基础油、稠化剂、固体粉末间的“桥梁”作用,形成稳定的油膜体系,使该体系长期放置不分油,不稀化,从而提高了高温耐磨性能,延长部件的使用寿命。
2、该润滑剂获得了SGS公司第三方认证,通过欧盟第1907/2006号REACH法规-197种高度关注物质(SVHC)测试标准,同时还通过了欧盟RoHS指令-RoHS2.0 10项测试标准,是一款环保的润滑剂。
3、该润滑剂具有优异的高温耐磨防卡性能,极小的低温启动转矩,耐腐蚀,无滴点,长期放置不分油,不稀化,密封性好,并且具有极佳塑胶相容性,高温苛刻条件下导热效果好,原料来源易得,制备工艺可控,环保,具有很好的应用前景。

实施例1
一种用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂的制备方法为:
S1、按照润滑剂的重量份数原料配比将聚甲基硅氧烷47.5份,聚乙基硅氧烷3份,羟基硅氧烷4份,同时加入容器内,边搅拌边升温至115℃后,停止加热,恒温10分钟;
S2、往S1容器中,加入疏水气相二氧化硅5份,聚氨酯1份,膨化30分钟;
S3、将氧化锌30份,轻质碳酸钙5份加入S2步骤中,搅拌均匀后,研磨2遍,得到混合物A;
S4、将混合物A倒入高速分散釜中,分别加入氧化铝5份、氮化钛5份、吐温80 1份,司盘40 0.5份,转速控制在1500r/min,高速分散40分钟,再转换至高压剪切釜循环剪切30分钟,放置常温后,分装,即得环保的润滑剂。
实施例2
一种用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂的制备方法为:
S1、按照润滑剂的重量份数原料配比将聚甲基硅氧烷51.6份,聚乙基硅氧烷2份,羟基硅氧烷3份,同时加入容器内,边搅拌边升温至115℃后,停止加热,恒温10分钟;
S2、往S1容器中,加入疏水气相二氧化硅6份,聚氨酯0.8份,膨化30分钟;
S3、将氧化锌20份,轻质碳酸钙4份加入S2步骤中,搅拌均匀后,研磨2遍,得到混合物A;
S4、将混合物A倒入高速分散釜中,分别加入氧化铝8份、氮化钛3份、吐温80 0.8份,司盘40 0.8份,转速控制在1500r/min,高速分散40分钟,再转换至高压剪切釜循环剪切30分钟,放置常温后,分装,即得环保的润滑剂。
实施例3
一种用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂的制备方法为:
S1、按照润滑剂的重量份数原料配比将聚甲基硅氧烷42份,聚乙基硅氧烷5份,羟基硅氧烷5份,同时加入容器内,边搅拌边升温至100-120℃后,停止加热,恒温10分钟;
S2、往S1容器中,加入疏水气相二氧化硅5份,聚氨酯1份,膨化30分钟;
S3、将氧化锌20份,轻质碳酸钙5份加入S2步骤中,搅拌均匀后,研磨2遍,得到混合物A;
S4、将混合物A倒入高速分散釜中,分别加入氧化铝10份、氮化钛5份、吐温80 2份,司盘40 1份,转速控制在1500r/min,高速分散40分钟,再转换至高压剪切釜循环剪切30分钟,放置常温后,分装,即得环保的润滑剂。
实施例4
一种用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂长期储存安定性测试。
测试方法:根据《GB/T269润滑脂和石油脂锥入度测定法》分别将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和对照组依次进行测试0天、30天、60天、90天、120天、150天、180天静置后的工作锥入度和0次锥入度的变化差值的大小来评价润滑剂的存储安定性,变化差值越小,表示润滑剂的胶体安定性越好,越不易稀化。
对照组:某品牌润滑剂(市售)。
结果见图1。由图1可以得出:实施例1的1-6个月的工作锥入度变化差值均比其他实施例的变化程度小,说明实施例1的润滑剂胶体安定性最好。
实施例5用于汽车碟式刹车片和刹车分泵导向销的润滑剂长期储存钢网分油测试。
根据SH/T0324-1992润滑脂钢网分油测定法(静态法),用恒温烘箱分别测试实施例3和对比例3的静置密封储存1个月,2个月,3个月,4个月,5个月,6个月的钢网分油进行对比测试,钢网分油量越小,表示润滑剂体系长期存储稳定性好。
测试条件:100℃,30h。
对照组:某品牌润滑剂(市售)
测试结果见图2。
由图2得出对照组的钢网分油量随着时间的推移变化越大,说明对照组的胶体体系结构出现不稳定,导致油粉分离现象加重;而实施例1的分油量一直保持平稳,说明实施1的长期储存稳定性最好。

所述润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照润滑剂的重量份数原料配比将聚甲基硅氧烷,聚乙基硅氧烷,羟基硅氧烷,同时加入容器内,边搅拌边升温至100-120℃后,停止加热,恒温10分钟;
S2、往S1的容器中,加入疏水气相二氧化硅,聚氨酯,膨化30分钟;
S3、将氧化锌,轻质碳酸钙加入S2步骤中,搅拌均匀后,研磨2遍,得到混合物A;
S4、将混合物A倒入高速分散釜中,分别加入氧化铝、氮化钛、吐温80,司盘40,转速控制在1000-2000r/min,高速分散40分钟,再转换至高压剪切釜循环剪切30分钟,放置常温后,分装,即得环保的润滑剂。
