技术领域:
本发明涉及一种精密铸造模料领域,具体讲是一种高温精密铸造蜡。
背景技术:
国内精密铸造蜡目前开发的品种少,产量低,质量差,难以满足精密铸造工业发展的需要,尤其是高温精密铸造蜡,存在抗弯曲强度和收缩率较差的问题,使得蜡模型强度不高,尺寸不稳定。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种使得蜡模型尺寸稳定且强度高的高温精密铸造蜡。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种高温精密铸造蜡,以重量百分比计,包括下列组分:
聚乙烯蜡3-10%,石蜡40-65%,EVA蜡40-65%。
作为优选,以重量百分比计,包括下列组分:聚乙烯蜡5%,石蜡50%,EVA蜡45%。
进一步的,还包括熔融强度增强剂1-2%,碳九树脂1-5%,该熔融强度增强剂为丙烯酸共聚物。
本发明的有益效果是:本高温精密铸造蜡强度高,形成的蜡模型尺寸稳定性好,结构稳定,强度高,适合加工温度为75-80℃。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
一种高温精密铸造蜡,以重量百分比计,包括下列组分:聚乙烯蜡5%,石蜡50%,EVA蜡45%。
本高温精密铸造蜡强度高,形成的蜡模型表面光洁、尺寸稳定性好。经试验,针入度(25℃,1/10mm)为1.27,收缩率为0.61%,抗弯强度为14.53MPa,加工温度为78.7℃,符合高温铸造蜡要求。且本配方组分简单,制备工艺可按常规工艺制备即可。
或者,也可以对上述比例进行调整,聚乙烯蜡5%,石蜡45%,EVA蜡50%,相比上一个配比而言,其强度会增强,经测试,抗弯强度可达15.37MPa。
另外,还可包括熔融强度增强剂1%和碳九树脂2%,并相应调整PVC石蜡44%,EVA蜡48%。检测后发现,针入度(25℃,1/10mm)为1.24,收缩率为0.59%,抗弯强度为16.05MPa,加工温度为79.1℃。
本高温精密铸造蜡强度高,形成的蜡模型尺寸稳定性好,结构稳定,强度高。

1.一种高温精密铸造蜡,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,包括下列组分:
聚乙烯蜡3-10%,石蜡40-65%,EVA蜡40-65%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温精密铸造蜡,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,包括下列组分:聚乙烯蜡5%,石蜡50%,EVA蜡45%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高温精密铸造蜡,其特征在于:还包括熔融强度增强剂1-2%,碳九树脂1-5%,该熔融强度增强剂为丙烯酸共聚物。
