本发明涉及一种精密铸造模料领域,具体讲是一种中高温精密铸造蜡。
背景技术:
中高温精密铸造蜡主要用于航空发动机、燃气轮机用精铸件及商业精铸件,对铸件表面粗糙度和尺寸精度有较高要求,现有技术中,模料以石油蜡为主,并添加矿物蜡、动植物蜡以及聚合物、树脂作为辅料,在实际使用中,尚存在表面光洁度、抗弯曲强度收缩率较差的问题。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种使得蜡模型表面光洁、尺寸稳定且强度高的中高温精密铸造蜡。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种中高温精密铸造蜡,以重量百分比计,包括下列组分:
聚乙烯蜡3-10%,碳九树脂2-9%,石蜡30-65%,EVA蜡33-45%。
作为优选,以重量百分比计,包括下列组分:聚乙烯蜡7%,碳九树脂5%,石蜡50%,EVA蜡43%。
进一步的,还包括熔融强度增强剂1-2%和着色剂二氧化钛0.2-1%,该熔融强度增强剂为丙烯酸共聚物。
本发明的有益效果是:本中高温精密铸造蜡强度高,形成的蜡模型表面光洁、尺寸稳定性好。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
一种中高温精密铸造蜡,以重量百分比计,包括下列组分:聚乙烯蜡7%,碳九树脂5%,石蜡50%,EVA蜡43%。
本中高温精密铸造蜡强度高,形成的蜡模型表面光洁、尺寸稳定性好。经试验,针入度(25℃,1/10mm)为1.24,低于国标要求的10,收缩率为0.58%,同样低于国标要求的1%,抗弯强度为15.76MPa,大幅高于国标的4MPa,加工温度为74.2℃,符合中高温铸造蜡要求。且本配方组分简单,制备工艺可按常规工艺制备即可。
另外,还可包括熔融强度增强剂1%和着色剂二氧化钛0.5%,并相应调整PVC石蜡49%,EVA蜡42.5%。再此基础上,进行2检测,针入度(25℃,1/10mm)为1.23,低于国标要求的10,收缩率为0.55%,同样低于国标要求的1%,抗弯强度为16.27MPa,大幅高于国标的4MPa。

1.一种中高温精密铸造蜡,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,包括下列组分:
聚乙烯蜡3-10%,碳九树脂2-9%,石蜡30-65%,EVA蜡33-45%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中高温精密铸造蜡,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,包括下列组分:聚乙烯蜡7%,碳九树脂5%,石蜡50%,EVA蜡43%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中高温精密铸造蜡,其特征在于:还包括熔融强度增强剂1-2%和着色剂二氧化钛0.2-1%,该熔融强度增强剂为丙烯酸共聚物。
