Description

Hair styling composition
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a hair styling agent composition. The present application claims priority of Japanese patent application No. 2017-088806 and Japanese patent application No. 2017-088807, patented in Japan on day 4 and 27 of 2017, the contents of which are incorporated herein.
Background
Hair styling compositions typified by hair water (hair water), hair gel (hair gel), hair spray (hair spray), hair cream (hair grease), and the like generally use a film-forming polymer as a hair styling base material. As the coating forming polymer, an anionic coating forming polymer, a cationic coating forming polymer, an amphoteric coating forming polymer, a nonionic coating forming polymer, and the like are used. In addition, various thickeners such as carboxyvinyl polymers are blended to adjust the hair styling composition to a desired viscosity (see patent documents 1 and 2).

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
Among the above coating-forming polymers, acrylic anionic coating-forming polymers are useful from the viewpoint of improvement in hair-setting retention and the like because they have moisture resistance and appropriate hardness. However, when the acrylic anionic film-forming polymer and the thickener (particularly, an anionic thickener) are blended together in a hair styling composition, it is known that the viscosity is lowered with time.
Conventionally, a method of compounding sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate or the like to suppress a decrease in viscosity of a thickener and stabilize a preparation has been known. However, in a hair styling composition in which an acrylic film-forming polymer and a thickener are blended, even if sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate is blended, the effect of suppressing the decrease in viscosity with time is insufficient.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a hair styling agent composition in which an acrylic coating film-forming polymer and a thickener are blended and a decrease in viscosity with time is suppressed.

[ other details of the Hair styling composition ]
The hair styling composition of the present invention is not particularly limited in properties, and is preferably in the form of a gel or a cream, because it is difficult to flow down from the hands when the composition is applied to the hair, and the hair styling composition is excellent in handling properties. That is, the hair styling composition of the present invention is preferably a gel-like hair styling composition or a cream-like hair styling composition (referred to as hair cream, water-soluble hair wax, etc.).
The method for producing the hair styling composition of the present invention is not particularly limited, and a known method for producing a hair styling composition can be used. Examples of the method for producing the hair styling agent composition of the present invention include a method in which each component is stirred and homogenized by a dispersing mixer, a paddle mixer, or the like.
The hair styling composition of the present invention is not particularly limited, and for example, can be used by filling in a container. Examples of the container include a bottle container, a can container, and a tube container. Although not particularly limited, from the viewpoint of usability, a bottle container, a tube container, or a can container is preferable when the hair styling composition of the present invention is in a gel state, and a can container is preferable when the hair styling composition of the present invention is in a cream state.
The viscosity or consistency of the hair styling composition of the present invention is not particularly limited, and for example, in the hair styling composition of embodiment 1, the viscosity (25 ℃) is preferably 5000mPa · s or more, from the viewpoint of being less likely to flow down from the hands when the hair styling composition is applied to the hands and being excellent in handling properties. The "viscosity (25 ℃ C.)" can be measured at 25 ℃ using a Brookfield type rotational viscometer, for example. Further, the consistency (25 ℃) is preferably 50gf or less, more preferably 30gf or less, from the viewpoint of easiness in scooping out from the container with a finger and excellent workability. The hair styling agent composition of the present invention contains at least component a, component B, component C, and component D. The hair styling agent composition of the present invention is an aqueous hair styling agent composition containing component D, and by compounding component a, the problem of the viscosity reduction with time associated with the simultaneous compounding of component B and component C is solved, and a stable viscosity is maintained. That is, the formulation stabilization of the hair styling composition containing the component B, the component C and the component D, which cannot be sufficiently suppressed only by the conventional sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, can be achieved by compounding the component a. Further, since the hair styling composition of the present invention is an aqueous hair styling composition containing component D, it can provide a fresh feeling of use without oily feeling as compared with an oily hair styling composition.
The hair styling composition of the present invention preferably further comprises component E, component F and component G. In particular, the combination of the component E and the component G exerts an effect of further improving the effect of suppressing the viscosity decrease of the component A with time. In addition, the effect of further improving the effect of suppressing the change in color tone or odor is exhibited.
As described above, the hair styling composition of the present invention is less likely to have a viscosity lowered in the container from the time of production to the time of completion of use, and therefore, it is possible to provide a hair styling composition having excellent usability and stable quality.

Examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 3
Each hair styling composition was prepared according to the composition described in table 1. The hair styling compositions obtained in examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were all in the form of gels.
[ evaluation of decrease in viscosity ]
Approximately 50g of the hair styling agent compositions of the examples and comparative examples were filled in a white can container (capacity 50mL), and stored in a sealed state in a constant temperature bath at 5 ℃ and 40 ℃ for 4 weeks. The consistency (25 ℃) of the samples stored at 5 ℃ for 4 weeks (5 ℃ C. stored samples) and at 40 ℃ for 4 weeks (40 ℃ C. stored samples) was measured, respectively. Consistency (25 ℃) using a thickener
Figure GDA0002118303250000151
The consistence of the flat joint [ Sun Scientific Co., Ltd., product name "RHEO METER"]The measurement was carried out under the conditions of 25 ℃, speed 60 mm/min and stroke 20 mm. As a result, the hair styling agent compositions of examples 1 to 12 had a consistency of the [40 ℃ stored sample (25 ℃) and a consistency of the 5 ℃ stored sample (25 ℃)]Is 0.87 or more. On the other hand, the hair styling agents of comparative examples 1 to 3 had a consistency of [40 ℃ storage sample (25 ℃)/a consistency of 5 ℃ storage sample (25 ℃)]Is 0.81 or less. In addition, in the hair styling agents of examples 1 to 12, the viscosity of the 40 ℃ storage sample was not substantially reduced from that of the 5 ℃ storage sample in visual observation, while the viscosity of the 40 ℃ storage sample of the hair styling agent of comparative examples 1 to 3 was significantly reduced from that of the 5 ℃ storage sample.
As shown in the above results, the reduction in viscosity was sufficiently suppressed in the hair styling compositions (examples 1 to 12) containing the component a, while the reduction in viscosity was observed in the hair styling compositions (comparative examples 1 to 3) containing no component a. In the above comparative examples, component G or component E was added in place of component a, but the effect of suppressing the decrease in viscosity with time of the hair styling agent composition of the present invention was not sufficiently exhibited only by using these components.
[ evaluation of color tone and odor ]
In addition to the evaluation of the above-mentioned viscosity reduction, the hair styling agents of the examples and comparative examples were subjected to sensory evaluation of the color tone and odor of the 40 ℃ stored sample and the 5 ℃ stored sample by visual sense and olfactory sense. Evaluation was performed by 3 professional judges. As a result, in examples 1 to 5 and 7 to 12 and comparative example 3, the color tone of the 40 ℃ storage sample and the 5 ℃ storage sample changed to such an extent that they could not be recognized by the separation evaluation. On the other hand, in example 6 and comparative examples 1 to 2, yellowing was observed in the samples stored at 40 ℃ to a degree clearly recognizable by the separation evaluation as compared with the samples stored at 5 ℃. In examples 1 to 12 and comparative example 3, the odor change in the 40 ℃ storage sample and the 5 ℃ storage sample was such that the odor change could not be recognized by the separation evaluation. On the other hand, in comparative examples 1 to 2, the odor was observed in the 40 ℃ stored sample to a degree clearly recognizable by the separation evaluation as compared with the 5 ℃ stored sample.
