背景技术
马桶为现代人日常生活中不可或缺的卫浴设备,马桶坐垫作为与肌肤直接接触的物品,对其要求较高。现在随着人们对于居住生活质量的提高,因此对于马桶坐垫也进一步提出了更多的要求,如抗菌性。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种马桶坐垫,使得马桶坐垫具有抗菌的性能。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种马桶坐垫,所述马桶坐垫按重量份包括聚酰胺30-50份、聚丙烯15-20份、抗菌剂0.5-2份、填料20-30份,所述抗菌剂按重量份包括苯甲酸钠50-60份、山梨酸钾20-30份、稀土氧化镧5-10份、8-羟基喹啉5-10份,所述填料按重量份包括氧化锶20-30份、氧化锌20-30份、氧化钛10-15份、碳酸钙10-20份、氧化钼1-5份。
一种马桶坐垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,制备填料,将氧化锶20-30份、氧化锌20-30份、氧化钛10-15份、碳酸钙10-20份、氧化钼1-5份,在高温炉中进行高温加热,温度为500-600℃,待熔融后冷至室温研磨得到填料;
第二步,制备抗菌剂,将苯甲酸钠50-60份、山梨酸钾20-30份、稀土氧化镧5-10份、8-羟基喹啉5-10份,放入至反应炉中进行加热,加热温度为200-250℃,待冷却至室温后研磨成颗粒,即得抗菌剂;
第三步,制备马桶坐垫,将聚酰胺30-50份、聚丙烯15-20份、填料20-30份、抗菌剂0.5-2份放置在高速搅拌机内,在90-110℃下高速搅拌 5-10min,然后将混合后组分在单螺杆或双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融混合获得聚合物,再将所获得的聚合物注入模具型腔内进行发泡,最终待聚合物在模具中熟化后开模取出产品,即得马桶坐垫。
本发明得到的一种马桶坐垫及其制备方法,其通过对马桶坐垫进行改性,从而得到不仅强度高、使用寿命长且抗菌效果优异的马桶坐垫。

实施例1:
本实施例提供的一种马桶坐垫,所述马桶坐垫按重量份包括聚酰胺30份、聚丙烯15份、抗菌剂0.5份、填料20份,所述抗菌剂按重量份包括苯甲酸钠50份、山梨酸钾20份、稀土氧化镧5份、8-羟基喹啉5份;所述填料按重量份包括氧化锶20份、氧化锌20份、氧化钛10份、碳酸钙10份、氧化钼1份。
一种马桶坐垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,制备填料,将氧化锶20份、氧化锌20份、氧化钛10份、碳酸钙10份、氧化钼1份,在高温炉中进行高温加热,温度为500-600℃,待熔融后冷至室温研磨得到填料;

本实施例提供的一种马桶坐垫及其制备方法大致与实施例1相同,其不同点在于所述马桶坐垫按重量份包括聚酰胺50份、聚丙烯20份、抗菌剂2份、填料30份。
将本实施例制得的马桶坐垫进行抗菌性能测试,其抗菌性为99.92%。
实施例3:
本实施例提供的一种马桶坐垫及其制备方法大致与实施例1相同,其不同点在于所述抗菌剂按重量份包括苯甲酸钠60份、山梨酸钾30份、稀土氧化镧10份、8-羟基喹啉10份。
将本实施例制得的马桶坐垫进行抗菌性能测试,其抗菌性为99.95%。
实施例4:
本实施例提供的一种马桶坐垫及其制备方法大致与实施例1相同,其不同点在于所述填料按重量份包括氧化锶30份、氧化锌30份、氧化钛15份、碳酸钙20份、氧化钼5份。
将本实施例制得的马桶坐垫进行抗菌性能测试,其抗菌性为99.98%。

2.一种如权利要求1所述的马桶坐垫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步,制备填料,将氧化锶20-30份、氧化锌20-30份、氧化钛10-15份、碳酸钙10-20份、氧化钼1-5份,在高温炉中进行高温加热,温度为500-600℃,待熔融后冷至室温研磨得到填料;
