本发明属于原油脱硫技术领域,具体涉及一种原油吸附脱硫用脱硫剂。该原油吸附脱硫用脱硫剂,包括以下物质:硫酸亚铁、活性炭粉、过硫酸钾溶液和氨基苯。其有益效果是:本发明一种原油吸附脱硫用脱硫剂合成方法简单,即可直接使用,提高脱硫率,同时,可广泛的适用于炼厂原油及干气、液化气及油田气、天然气中硫的脱除。

一种原油吸附脱硫用脱硫剂
技术领域
本发明属于原油脱硫技术领域,具体涉及一种原油吸附脱硫用脱硫剂。
背景技术
原油中含有碳、氢、氧、硫、氮等元素,其中含硫化合物在无氧环境中,容易被厌氧细菌吞噬、发酵,生成硫化氢和水。常温时,硫化氢是一种无色有臭鸡蛋气味的剧毒气体,对人体危害严重,就石油行业而言,硫化氢气体的分布非常广泛,对作业工人存在潜在的生命伤害等安全隐患。腐蚀输油官网和下游炼化设备,并在一定程度上污染了周围环境,同时给油田员工和居民带来一定的安全隐患。相关实验研究表明,油井和集输系统中硫化氢大部分是硫酸盐还原菌代谢所得。而最早从原油中脱除硫化氢的方法就是深度闪蒸,但是深度闪蒸后,原油中还溶有100~200mg/L 的硫化氢,不能达到彻底脱除硫化氢的目的,因此使用化学脱硫剂是必须的。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种原油吸附脱硫用脱硫剂。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种原油吸附脱硫用脱硫剂,包括以下物质:硫酸亚铁、活性炭粉、过硫酸钾溶液和氨基苯,其原料组成按质量配比为:硫酸亚铁10-18份;活性炭粉80-100份;过硫酸钾溶液19-30份;氨基苯40-50份。
将上述各物质制成本发明的方法是:
1).将活性炭粉浸渍至过硫酸钾溶液内进行氧化处理,并烘干备用;
2).将步骤1中烘干后的活性炭粉与氨基苯混合搅拌1-2h,制得混合物;
3).将硫酸亚铁和步骤2)中制得的混合物进行混合,制得混合颗粒物;
4).将步骤3)中的混合物颗粒物进行干燥,其中干燥温度为130℃,干燥时间1-3h,最后进行焙烧,在氮气保护下400-480℃温度下焙烧1-5h既得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种原油吸附脱硫用脱硫剂合成方法简单,即可直接使用,提高脱硫率,同时,可广泛的适用于炼厂原油及干气、液化气及油田气、天然气中硫的脱除。

以下给出本发明的具体实施例,用来对本发明的构成进行进一步说明。
实施例1
本发明一种原油吸附脱硫用脱硫剂,包括以下物质:硫酸亚铁、活性炭粉、过硫酸钾溶液和氨基苯,其原料组成按质量配比为:硫酸亚铁10份;活性炭粉80份;过硫酸钾溶液19份;氨基苯40份。
将上述各物质制成本发明的方法是:
1).将活性炭粉80份浸渍至过硫酸钾溶液19份内进行氧化处理,并烘干备用;
2).将步骤1中烘干后的活性炭粉与氨基苯40份混合搅拌1-2h,制得混合物;
3).将硫酸亚铁10份和步骤2)中制得的混合物进行混合,制得混合颗粒物;
4).将步骤3)中的混合物颗粒物进行干燥,其中干燥温度为130℃,干燥时间1-3h,最后进行焙烧,在氮气保护下400-480℃温度下焙烧1-5h既得。
实施例2
本发明一种原油吸附脱硫用脱硫剂,包括以下物质:硫酸亚铁、活性炭粉、过硫酸钾溶液和氨基苯,其原料组成按质量配比为:硫酸亚铁15份;活性炭粉90份;过硫酸钾溶液21份;氨基苯45份。
将上述各物质制成本发明的方法是:
1).将活性炭粉90份浸渍至过硫酸钾溶液21份内进行氧化处理,并烘干备用;
2).将步骤1中烘干后的活性炭粉与氨基苯45份混合搅拌1-2h,制得混合物;
3).将硫酸亚铁15份和步骤2)中制得的混合物进行混合,制得混合颗粒物;
4).将步骤3)中的混合物颗粒物进行干燥,其中干燥温度为130℃,干燥时间1-3h,最后进行焙烧,在氮气保护下400-480℃温度下焙烧1-5h既得。
实施例3
本发明一种原油吸附脱硫用脱硫剂,包括以下物质:硫酸亚铁、活性炭粉、过硫酸钾溶液和氨基苯,其原料组成按质量配比为:硫酸亚铁18份;活性炭粉100份;过硫酸钾溶液30份;氨基苯50份。
将上述各物质制成本发明的方法是:
1).将活性炭粉100份浸渍至过硫酸钾溶液30份内进行氧化处理,并烘干备用;
2).将步骤1中烘干后的活性炭粉与氨基苯50份混合搅拌1-2h,制得混合物;
3).将硫酸亚铁18份和步骤2)中制得的混合物进行混合,制得混合颗粒物;
4).将步骤3)中的混合物颗粒物进行干燥,其中干燥温度为130℃,干燥时间1-3h,最后进行焙烧,在氮气保护下400-480℃温度下焙烧1-5h既得。

本发明未详细描述的技术、形状、构造部分均为公知技术。

1.一种原油吸附脱硫用脱硫剂,其特征在于,包括以下物质:硫酸亚铁、活性炭粉、过硫酸钾溶液和氨基苯,其原料组成按质量配比为:硫酸亚铁10-18份;活性炭粉80-100份;过硫酸钾溶液19-30份;氨基苯40-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种原油吸附脱硫用脱硫剂,其特征是:所述其原料组成按质量配比为:硫酸亚铁15份;活性炭粉90份;过硫酸钾溶液21份;氨基苯45份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种原油吸附脱硫用脱硫剂,其特征是:所述其原料组成按质量配比为:硫酸亚铁18份;活性炭粉100份;过硫酸钾溶液30份;氨基苯50份。
