本发明公开了一种粉剂农药的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:称取原药、混合搅拌、气流粉碎、旋风分离、除尘收集和包装机分装;该粉剂农药广泛应用于农业领域;本发明工艺中的配方设计更加合理,由本发明配方中的原药以及各种助剂配比加工而成的粉剂农药,不仅不易结块、润湿性好,而且可以大大提高农药的稳定性,可以有效的发挥药效,治疗效果多样,增强其灭虫、除草和防治草再生的效果,防治面较广,该粉剂农药的环保型较高,不易对周围环境造成污染;另外,本发明的制备工艺更加的简单、设备要求低、制备的速度快、生产效率得到很大的提高,可以让药效得到更好的发挥,利于推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及粉剂农药技术领域,具体为一种粉剂农药的生产工艺及应用。
背景技术
我国生产可湿性粉剂农药已有几十年的历史,但是可湿性粉剂农药结块、悬浮率低、润湿时间长的问题一直困扰着广大农药生产企业,特别是生产乙磷铝和代森锰锌复配的可湿性粉剂农药结块问题是更加突出,多数厂家往往由于上述问题的存在使得农药的稳定性差,效果不理想,药效发挥不好,浪费了原药及助剂,增加了农业生产成本;另外,现有的分级农药的治疗效果普遍比较单一,一种农药只能消灭一种病害虫,防治面较窄,且农药的毒性较高,易对周围环境造成污染,而且现有的粉剂农药的生产工艺繁琐,设备要求高,生产效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种粉剂农药的生产工艺及应用,以解决背景技术提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种粉剂农药的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称取原药:称取甲霜灵10-30份、苄嘧磺隆8-35份、苯磺隆8-20份、代森锰锌50-65份、二氯喹啉酸45-55份、吡虫啉5-15份、异丙隆45-55份、吡嘧磺隆5-25份、噻嗪酮20-30份和苯噻酰草胺40-80份作为原药备用;
步骤二:混合搅拌:将步骤一中准备的原药放入配料釜中进行配料,配料完成后投放到拌合机中,然后向拌合机中依次加入分散剂、填充剂和润湿剂,启动拌合机搅拌均匀,得到混合料A;
步骤三:气流粉碎:将混合料A取出并送到气流粉碎机中进行气流粉碎,得到农药微粉;
步骤四:将经过气流粉碎产生的农药微粉加入到旋风分离器中进行旋风分离,经过脉冲除尘捕集器收集后再混合,然后通过自动粉剂包装机分装得到农药粉剂成品。
优选的,所述步骤二中的填充剂为羧甲基淀粉钠、羟丙基淀粉或醋酸酯淀粉的任意一种。
优选的,所述步骤二中的分散剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
优选的,所述步骤二中的润湿剂为丁基萘磺酸钠盐或异丙基萘磺酸钠的任意一种。
优选的,所述步骤二中拌合机的搅拌速度为120-150rmp,搅拌时间为15-25分钟,搅拌时温度机内温度保持在25-30℃。
优选的,所述步骤四中得到的农药粉剂的粉粒直径在80微米以下。
一种如上所述的粉剂农药的应用,该粉剂农药广泛应用于农业领域。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺中的配方设计更加合理,由本发明配方中的原药以及各种助剂配比加工而成的粉剂农药,不仅不易结块、润湿性好,而且可以大大提高农药的稳定性,可以有效的发挥药效,治疗效果多样,增强其灭虫、除草和防治草再生的效果,防治面较广,该粉剂农药的环保型较高,不易对周围环境造成污染;另外,本发明的制备工艺更加的简单、设备要求低、制备的速度快、生产效率得到很大的提高,该粉剂农药广泛应用于农业领域,可以让药效得到更好的发挥,利于推广。

实施例一:
一种粉剂农药的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称取原药:称取甲霜灵10份、苄嘧磺隆35份、苯磺隆10份、代森锰锌50份、二氯喹啉酸50份、异丙隆50份、吡嘧磺隆20份和苯噻酰草胺80份作为原药备用;
步骤二:混合搅拌:将步骤一中准备的原药放入配料釜中进行配料,配料完成后投放到拌合机中,然后向拌合机中依次加入分散剂、填充剂和润湿剂,启动拌合机搅拌均匀,得到混合料A;
步骤三:气流粉碎:将混合料A取出并送到气流粉碎机中进行气流粉碎,得到农药微粉;
步骤四:将经过气流粉碎产生的农药微粉加入到旋风分离器中进行旋风分离,经过脉冲除尘捕集器收集后再混合,然后通过自动粉剂包装机分装得到农药粉剂成品。

步骤一:称取原药:称取甲霜灵10份、苄嘧磺隆32份、苯磺隆10份、代森锰锌58份、二氯喹啉酸50份、异丙隆50份、吡嘧磺隆10份和苯噻酰草胺80份作为原药备用;
步骤二:混合搅拌:将步骤一中准备的原药放入配料釜中进行配料,配料完成后投放到拌合机中,然后向拌合机中依次加入分散剂、填充剂和润湿剂,启动拌合机搅拌均匀,得到混合料A;
步骤三:气流粉碎:将混合料A取出并送到气流粉碎机中进行气流粉碎,得到农药微粉;
步骤四:将经过气流粉碎产生的农药微粉加入到旋风分离器中进行旋风分离,经过脉冲除尘捕集器收集后再混合,然后通过自动粉剂包装机分装得到农药粉剂成品。

步骤一:称取原药:称取吡虫啉WP15份和噻嗪酮WP30份作为原药备用;
步骤二:混合搅拌:将步骤一中准备的原药放入配料釜中进行配料,配料完成后投放到拌合机中,然后向拌合机中依次加入分散剂、填充剂和润湿剂,启动拌合机搅拌均匀,得到混合料A;
步骤三:气流粉碎:将混合料A取出并送到气流粉碎机中进行气流粉碎,得到农药微粉;
步骤四:将经过气流粉碎产生的农药微粉加入到旋风分离器中进行旋风分离,经过脉冲除尘捕集器收集后再混合,然后通过自动粉剂包装机分装得到农药粉剂成品。
进一步地,步骤二中的填充剂为醋酸酯淀粉。
进一步地,步骤二中的分散剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
进一步地,步骤二中的润湿剂为异丙基萘磺酸钠。

进一步地,步骤四中得到的农药粉剂的粉粒直径在80微米以下。
以上三组实施例均可作为本发明的制备工艺,其中实施例一和实施例二制备的粉剂农药为除草剂,实施例三制备的粉剂农药为杀虫剂;本发明工艺中的配方设计更加合理,由本发明配方中的原药以及各种助剂配比加工而成的粉剂农药,不仅不易结块、润湿性好,而且可以大大提高农药的稳定性,可以有效的发挥药效,治疗效果多样,增强其灭虫、除草和防治草再生的效果,防治面较广,该粉剂农药的环保型较高,不易对周围环境造成污染;另外,本发明的制备工艺更加的简单、设备要求低、制备的速度快、生产效率得到很大的提高,该粉剂农药广泛应用于农业领域,可以让药效得到更好的发挥。

1.一种粉剂农药的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称取原药:称取甲霜灵10-30份、苄嘧磺隆8-35份、苯磺隆8-20份、代森锰锌50-65份、二氯喹啉酸45-55份、吡虫啉5-15份、异丙隆45-55份、吡嘧磺隆5-25份、噻嗪酮20-30份和苯噻酰草胺40-80份作为原药备用;
步骤二:混合搅拌:将步骤一中准备的原药放入配料釜中进行配料,配料完成后投放到拌合机中,然后向拌合机中依次加入分散剂、填充剂和润湿剂,启动拌合机搅拌均匀,得到混合料A;
步骤三:气流粉碎:将混合料A取出并送到气流粉碎机中进行气流粉碎,得到农药微粉;
步骤四:将经过气流粉碎产生的农药微粉加入到旋风分离器中进行旋风分离,经过脉冲除尘捕集器收集后再混合,然后通过自动粉剂包装机分装得到农药粉剂成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉剂农药的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中的填充剂为羧甲基淀粉钠、羟丙基淀粉或醋酸酯淀粉的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉剂农药的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中的分散剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉剂农药的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中的润湿剂为丁基萘磺酸钠盐或异丙基萘磺酸钠的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉剂农药的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中拌合机的搅拌速度为120-150rmp,搅拌时间为15-25分钟,搅拌时混合釜内温度保持在25-30℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉剂农药的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四中得到的农药粉剂的粉粒直径在80微米以下。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的粉剂农药的应用,其特征在于:该粉剂农药广泛应用于农业领域。
