技术领域
本发明涉及粉剂农药技术领域，具体为一种粉剂农药的生产工艺及应用。
背景技术
我国生产可湿性粉剂农药已有几十年的历史，但是可湿性粉剂农药结块、悬浮率低、润湿时间长的问题一直困扰着广大农药生产企业，特别是生产乙磷铝和代森锰锌复配的可湿性粉剂农药结块问题是更加突出，多数厂家往往由于上述问题的存在使得农药的稳定性差，效果不理想，药效发挥不好，浪费了原药及助剂，增加了农业生产成本；另外，现有的分级农药的治疗效果普遍比较单一，一种农药只能消灭一种病害虫，防治面较窄，且农药的毒性较高，易对周围环境造成污染，而且现有的粉剂农药的生产工艺繁琐，设备要求高，生产效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种粉剂农药的生产工艺及应用，以解决背景技术提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种粉剂农药的生产工艺，包括以下步骤：
步骤一：称取原药：称取甲霜灵10-30份、苄嘧磺隆8-35份、苯磺隆8-20份、代森锰锌50-65份、二氯喹啉酸45-55份、吡虫啉5-15份、异丙隆45-55份、吡嘧磺隆5-25份、噻嗪酮20-30份和苯噻酰草胺40-80份作为原药备用；
步骤二：混合搅拌：将步骤一中准备的原药放入配料釜中进行配料，配料完成后投放到拌合机中，然后向拌合机中依次加入分散剂、填充剂和润湿剂，启动拌合机搅拌均匀，得到混合料A；
步骤三：气流粉碎：将混合料A取出并送到气流粉碎机中进行气流粉碎，得到农药微粉；
步骤四：将经过气流粉碎产生的农药微粉加入到旋风分离器中进行旋风分离，经过脉冲除尘捕集器收集后再混合，然后通过自动粉剂包装机分装得到农药粉剂成品。
优选的，所述步骤二中的填充剂为羧甲基淀粉钠、羟丙基淀粉或醋酸酯淀粉的任意一种。
优选的，所述步骤二中的分散剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
优选的，所述步骤二中的润湿剂为丁基萘磺酸钠盐或异丙基萘磺酸钠的任意一种。
优选的，所述步骤二中拌合机的搅拌速度为120-150rmp，搅拌时间为15-25分钟，搅拌时温度机内温度保持在25-30℃。
优选的，所述步骤四中得到的农药粉剂的粉粒直径在80微米以下。

步骤二：混合搅拌：将步骤一中准备的原药放入配料釜中进行配料，配料完成后投放到拌合机中，然后向拌合机中依次加入分散剂、填充剂和润湿剂，启动拌合机搅拌均匀，得到混合料A；
步骤三：气流粉碎：将混合料A取出并送到气流粉碎机中进行气流粉碎，得到农药微粉；
步骤四：将经过气流粉碎产生的农药微粉加入到旋风分离器中进行旋风分离，经过脉冲除尘捕集器收集后再混合，然后通过自动粉剂包装机分装得到农药粉剂成品。

步骤四：将经过气流粉碎产生的农药微粉加入到旋风分离器中进行旋风分离，经过脉冲除尘捕集器收集后再混合，然后通过自动粉剂包装机分装得到农药粉剂成品。

步骤一：称取原药：称取甲霜灵10-30份、苄嘧磺隆8-35份、苯磺隆8-20份、代森锰锌50-65份、二氯喹啉酸45-55份、吡虫啉5-15份、异丙隆45-55份、吡嘧磺隆5-25份、噻嗪酮20-30份和苯噻酰草胺40-80份作为原药备用；
步骤二：混合搅拌：将步骤一中准备的原药放入配料釜中进行配料，配料完成后投放到拌合机中，然后向拌合机中依次加入分散剂、填充剂和润湿剂，启动拌合机搅拌均匀，得到混合料A；
步骤三：气流粉碎：将混合料A取出并送到气流粉碎机中进行气流粉碎，得到农药微粉；
步骤四：将经过气流粉碎产生的农药微粉加入到旋风分离器中进行旋风分离，经过脉冲除尘捕集器收集后再混合，然后通过自动粉剂包装机分装得到农药粉剂成品。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉剂农药的生产工艺，其特征在于：所述步骤二中的润湿剂为丁基萘磺酸钠盐或异丙基萘磺酸钠的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉剂农药的生产工艺，其特征在于：所述步骤二中拌合机的搅拌速度为120-150rmp，搅拌时间为15-25分钟，搅拌时混合釜内温度保持在25-30℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉剂农药的生产工艺，其特征在于：所述步骤四中得到的农药粉剂的粉粒直径在80微米以下。
