Description

Ship-shaped floating body structure
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a ship-shaped floating body structure including a hull portion and a residential area attached to an upper deck of the hull portion.
Background
In the case of newly constructing a ship-shaped floating body structure such as a cargo ship, an FPSO (floating production storage and offloading facility), a residential area is generally constructed or installed on an upper deck of a hull portion after the hull portion is constructed. Piping for communicating various tanks, and equipment is provided in the hull, and a remote control valve, a pump for transportation, and the like are provided in the piping. These machines such as remote control valves and pumps are controlled by a loading/unloading control device. In general, a loading/unloading control device is installed in a loading/unloading control room which is installed in a residential area and monitors and operates loading/unloading, and a remote operation unit for monitoring and operating is installed in the loading/unloading control room together with the loading/unloading control device (see paragraph [0062] of patent document 1).

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, in the conventional structure of the ship-shaped floating body structure, the residential area is provided on the upper deck of the hull portion, and the test operation of each machine provided in the hull portion cannot be performed until the loading/unloading control device provided in the loading/unloading control room is connected to each machine of the hull portion. Particularly, when the hull portion is constructed in a different dock from the residential area or the top deck, it takes time to test each machine of the hull portion, and the process time is wasted. Further, there is a problem that wiring work for connecting each of the devices provided in the hull portion to the loading and unloading control device provided in the residential area is often performed.
The invention aims to perform test operation of various machines arranged on a ship body part in an early stage of a building process of a ship-shaped floating body structure.
Means for solving the problems
The ship-shaped floating body structure of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a hull section provided with an area in which a residential area is installed; a controlled device provided in the hull part and related to loading and unloading; and a control unit for controlling the controlled device, the control unit being provided inside the hull portion.
A remote control unit for remotely controlling the control unit is provided in a place other than the inside of the hull unit. In addition, it is preferable that the remote operation part is provided in a residential area.
A junction box for connecting a signal line connecting the control unit and the remote operation unit may be provided at a boundary between the hull unit and the residential area. The ship-shaped floating body structure is, for example, a floating body type production storage and unloading device.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, test operations of various machines provided in the hull can be performed at an early stage of the building process of the ship-shaped floating body structure.
Drawings

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Figure 1 is a schematic side view of a portion of a populated area containing a boat shaped buoyant structure according to one embodiment of the present invention.
The ship-shaped floating structure 10 according to the present embodiment is a floating structure such as floating production storage and offloading equipment (FPSO), for example. The hull 12 of the ship-shaped floating structure 10 is a main body, and a residential area 16 and a top side tank (not shown) are provided on an upper deck 14 thereof. The living area 16 is provided in a predetermined area on the stern side of the hull portion 12, for example, and the topside module is provided on the upper deck 14 in front of the living area 16, but the living area 16 may be provided in a predetermined area on the bow side, or may be provided on both the bow and the stern sides.
The hull portion 12 is, for example, constructed in a first construction dock, and then, for example, moved to a second construction dock where the residential area 16 is constructed in parallel, where the residential area 16 is provided to the upper deck 14 of the hull portion 12, and a top side hatch is provided to the upper deck 14. Further, the hull portion 12 and the residential area 16 may also be constructed as different sections in the same dock.
In the cargo space 18 in the hull portion 12, a plurality of cargo tanks (not shown) for storing oil, gas, and the like and a plurality of ballast tanks (not shown) for receiving ballast water are provided. In each tank, for example, a radar-type or pressure-type level gauge 22 is provided. A remote control valve 24 is provided in the piping of the cargo compartment 18 to control the flow rate thereof. In addition, other machines 26 are provided in the cargo bay 18.
The radar/pressure gauge 22, the remote control valve 24, and other machines 26 in the cargo bay 18 are connected to a load handling control unit (control unit) 28 provided outside the cargo bay, such as the cabin 20, in the hull portion 12 via signal lines laid out on the upper deck 14. In the nacelle 20, a plurality of systems 30 such as a drive device (a turbine, a motor, a diesel engine, etc.) of a cargo pump for loading and unloading oil and gas in the cargo tank, a drive device (a turbine, a motor, a diesel engine, etc.) of a ballast pump for taking and discharging ballast water, an inert gas system for supplying inert gas into the storage tank, an automatic dredging device, and the like are provided, and each device in the systems 30 is connected to a loading and unloading control unit 28 through a signal line.
In the hull portion 12, a residential area 16 is provided above the nacelle 20. A junction box 32 is provided at a boundary with the residential area 16 in a residential area installation area of the hull portion 12. The junction box 32 is a device for connecting a signal line from a remote controller (remote operation unit) 36 to a signal line from the loading/unloading control unit 28 in the nacelle 20 after the completion of the hull portion 12, and the remote controller (remote operation unit) 36 is provided in the loading/unloading control room 34 of the residential area 16 installed/constructed on the hull portion 12 and remotely operates the loading/unloading control unit 28 in the nacelle 20.
The cargo handling control unit 28 is provided with a radar-type/pressure-type level gauge control unit for operating the radar-type or pressure-type level gauge 22, a control valve control unit for controlling opening and closing of the remote control valve 24, a control unit for controlling the other equipment 26 in the cargo bay 18, a control unit for controlling a drive device of a cargo handling pump (a turbine, a motor, a diesel engine, etc.) and a drive device of a ballast pump (a turbine, a motor, a diesel engine, etc.) included in the system 30 in the nacelle 20, an inert gas device control panel, an intrinsic safety barrier for an inert gas device, a relay unit for an automatic dredging device, and other control units, and the respective equipment can be controlled by the cargo handling control unit 28. When each control unit attached to the loading/unloading control unit 28 is connected to the remote controller 36 of the residential area 16, remote operation can be performed using the remote controller 36.
That is, according to the configuration of the present embodiment, even in the hull portion, it is possible to realize monitoring and control of the respective devices provided in the hull portion 12, which has been conventionally possible only from the control console of the loading/unloading (centralized) control room 34 of the residential area 16. Thus, for example, at the stage of completion of construction of the hull portion 12 of the first construction dock, the operation of the radar/pressure gauge 22, the remote control valve 24, the other machines 26, and the system 30 can be performed using the loading/unloading control unit 28 provided in the nacelle 20. Therefore, as in the related art, by moving the hull portion 12 to the second construction dock and installing the residential area 16, even if the connection between the remote controller 36 and the junction box 32 is not completed, the test operation of the above-described respective machines installed in the hull portion 12 can be performed, and the wiring work of the second construction dock only requires the connection between the junction box 32 of the hull portion 12 and the remote controller 36, so that the efficiency of the construction work can be improved.
Further, since the load handling control unit 28 is normally used only during test operation or the like, the display device and the input device can be simplified and used by installing a portable personal computer or the like, for example. On the contrary, the remote controller 36 of the loading/unloading control room 34 does not need to have a function of directly controlling each device, and only needs to have a remote operation function of the loading/unloading control unit 28 and a display for monitoring the device.
Although the present embodiment has been described using an FPSO as an example, the present invention can be applied to a cargo ship such as a tanker. In the present embodiment, the equipment targeted for the loading/unloading control unit and the remote controller may be equipment unrelated to loading/unloading as long as it is installed in the hull portion, and the remote controller may be installed in a place other than the living area.
