本发明涉及一种冷切口防散边棉织带的制造方法,包括如下步骤:一、原料筛选:原料采用植物纤维;二、织造:采用经纱和纬纱编制,并在编制过程中添加粘合丝,制成带料;三、上助剂:将织造后的带料再重新上一道化合共聚物乳液,温度为100℃‑140℃,速度为10‑18米/分钟;四、烘干:烘干过程中让纱线通过粘合丝与助剂增加粘合,使纱线之间有一定抱合力,得到成品。该冷切口防散边棉织带的制造方法在产品的纱线上增加粘合丝,同时,在后道处理上也增加粘合剂,可以保证产品冷切不会散口,手撕不开纱线,从而保证了产品的质量。

本发明涉及纺织制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种冷切口防散边棉织带的制造方法。
背景技术:
目前,现有技术中,常规棉织带没有熔点,不像其他织带可以做到切边整齐平滑、无毛边、不散边,热切或者超切(超声波)都会出现散边、散口现象,影响产品使用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种冷切口防散边棉织带的制造方法,能够保证冷切不会散口,手撕不开纱线。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供一种冷切口防散边棉织带的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
一、原料筛选:棉类材料是植物纤维,燃烧后是炭灰,所以没有熔点,作为商标洗唛有切口散边的缺陷,本发明改进了散口这一缺陷,对纱线没有硬性要求,原则上只要是棉纱或者植物纤维都可以,优选为植物纤维;
二、织造:织造方式是传统的梭织工艺,采用经纱和纬纱一上一下编制而成,对经纬密度没有硬性要求,但是在织造过程添加粘合丝,织造步骤是整经、穿纱、调机、织造;
三、上助剂:将织造后的带料再重新上一道化合共聚物乳液,形成膜层,温度为100℃-140℃,速度为10-18米/分钟;
四、烘干:烘干过程中让纱线通过粘合丝与助剂增加粘合,使纱线之间有一定抱合力,在商标洗唛冷切后不会出现散口现象,保证棉等天然纤维在服装上的完整美观性。
其中,步骤一中,植物纤维的细度优选为21-100支。
为了保证粘结性,步骤二中,所述粘合丝采用热熔类粘合丝;步骤三中,所述化合共聚物乳液采用丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,可以起到一定的防水作用,避免其因受到潮湿而出现散边现象。
本发明的有益效果是:该冷切口防散边棉织带的制造方法在产品的纱线上增加粘合丝,同时,在后道处理上也增加粘合剂,可以保证产品冷切不会散口,手撕不开纱线,从而保证了产品的质量。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易被本领域人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例:
一种冷切口防散边棉织带的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
一、原料筛选:原料采用细度为21-100支的植物纤维;
二、织造:采用经纱和纬纱一上一下编制,并在编制过程中添加热熔类粘合丝,制成带料;
三、上助剂:将织造后的带料再重新上一道丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,温度为100℃-140℃,速度为10-18米/分钟,形成膜层,其厚度为0.1-0.3mm;
四、烘干:烘干过程中让纱线通过粘合丝与助剂增加粘合,使纱线之间有一定抱合力,得到成品。
洗水温度为60℃,洗水时间为52分钟,其各项数据如下所示:
洗水色牢度:色变3-4级,沾色3级;
摩擦色牢度:干3-4级,湿2-3级。

一、原料筛选:原料采用植物纤维;
二、织造:采用经纱和纬纱编制,并在编制过程中添加粘合丝,制成带料;
三、上助剂:将织造后的带料再重新上一道化合共聚物乳液,温度为100℃-140℃,速度为10-18米/分钟;
四、烘干:烘干过程中让纱线通过粘合丝与助剂增加粘合,使纱线之间有一定抱合力,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷切口防散边棉织带的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤一中,植物纤维的细度为21-100支。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冷切口防散边棉织带的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤二中,所述粘合丝为热熔类粘合丝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冷切口防散边棉织带的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤三中,所述化合共聚物乳液为丙烯酸酯共聚乳液。
