It can be understood by those skilled in the art that in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, whether the inner cylinder cover is closed or not can be detected by the detecting means provided on the outer cylinder. Specifically, when the inner cylinder cover which is not closed rotates along with the inner cylinder to abut against the detection device, the detection device sends out a signal that the inner cylinder cover is not closed. The top-opening clothes processing equipment is prevented from starting to work when the inner drum cover is not closed, and the inner drum is prevented from being clamped into the outer drum and cannot rotate.
Further, the inner cylinder cover closing detection system further comprises a trigger component arranged at the free end of the inner cylinder cover, and the inner cylinder cover abuts against the detection device through the trigger component.
Still further, the detection device includes a lock body, a lock pin, an elastic member, a detection switch or a detection sensor, a controller, and a motor. Wherein, the lock pin is connected with the lock body in a sliding way; the elastic component is arranged between the lock body and the lock pin; the detection switch or the detection sensor is arranged on the lock body; the controller is in communication connection with the detection switch or the detection sensor; the motor is in control connection with the controller. When the inner cylinder cover is not closed, the inner cylinder cover can abut against the lock pin and drive the lock pin to retract into the lock body along with the rotation of the inner cylinder. A detection switch or sensor signals the controller when the latch is retracted. The controller judges that the inner cylinder cover is not closed according to the signal, and then sends an instruction to the motor, so that the motor drives the inner cylinder to rotate back to the original position, and meanwhile, the lock pin slides out of the lock body under the action of the elastic component.
Therefore, when the inner cylinder cover closing detection system is applied to the top-opening type drum washing machine, whether the inner cylinder cover is closed or not can be detected before the washing machine starts washing operation, and when the outer cylinder cover is not closed, the inner cylinder can be rotated to the original position to remind a user to close the inner cylinder cover, so that the normal use of the user is ensured, and the use experience of the user is optimized.

Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
As shown in figure 1, the top-opening drum washing machine of the invention mainly comprises a box body 1, an outer drum 2 and an inner drum 3 from outside to inside. Wherein, the top of the box body 1 is pivotally provided with an upper cover 11, the top of the outer cylinder 2 is pivotally provided with an outer cylinder cover 21, and the inner cylinder 3 comprises a cylinder body 31 and an inner cylinder cover arranged on the circumference of the cylinder body 31. When the inner drum cover is rotated to the top of the inner drum 3, the upper cover 11, the outer drum cover 21 and the inner drum cover are aligned, and a user can open the upper cover 11, the outer drum cover 21 and the inner drum cover in sequence to put the laundry into the inner drum 3 or take the laundry out of the inner drum.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the inner cylinder cover mainly includes a first inner cylinder cover 32 and a second inner cylinder cover 33. The first inner cylinder cover 32 and the second inner cylinder cover 33 are respectively pivotally provided in the circumferential direction of the cylinder body 31, and the first inner cylinder cover 32 and the second inner cylinder cover 33 are provided in a split manner. Or one skilled in the art can also arrange the inner cylinder cover into one as needed to suit a particular application.
Further, although not shown in the drawings, a person skilled in the art may also provide a linkage mechanism between the first inner cylinder cover 32 and the second inner cylinder cover 33, by which the first inner cylinder cover 32 and the second inner cylinder cover 33 are opened and/or closed synchronously, so that when a user operates one of the inner cylinder covers with one hand, both inner cylinder covers are opened or closed simultaneously. Since the linkage mechanism for synchronously opening and/or closing the first inner cylinder cover 32 and the second inner cylinder cover 33 is well known and commonly used by those skilled in the art, the linkage mechanism will not be described in an excessive way.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the free end of the first inner cylinder cover 32 is provided with a locking groove 321, and the free end of the second inner cylinder cover 33 is provided with a hook 331, when the first cylinder cover 32 and the second inner cylinder cover 33 are both closed, the hook 331 can be locked into the locking groove 321 and fastened with the locking groove 321, and thus the first cylinder cover 32 and the second inner cylinder cover 33 are locked together.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, a boss 22 is provided at the edge of the laundry input opening of the outer tub 2 near the second inner tub cover 33. When the inner cylinder cover is not closed, the hook 331 can be clamped on the boss 22 along with the rotation of the inner cylinder 3 to hinder the further rotation of the inner cylinder 3, thereby avoiding the problem that the first inner cylinder cover 32 and the second inner cylinder cover 33 are clamped in the outer cylinder 2 to prevent the inner cylinder 3 from rotating. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that, when the washing machine is initially operated, the inner tub 3 is rotated in a direction in which the second inner tub cover 33 is opened.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the inner cylinder cover closing detection system of the present invention mainly includes a detection device 4 provided on the outer cylinder 2. Preferably, the detecting means 4 is provided at the edge of the laundry input opening of the tub 2. When the opened second inner cylinder cover 33 rotates with the inner cylinder 3 to abut against the detection device 4, the detection device 4 sends a signal that the inner cylinder cover is not closed. Preferably, the second inner cylinder cover 33 abuts against the detecting device 4 through the hook 331, or one skilled in the art can also provide any other feasible triggering part on the second inner cylinder cover 33 instead of the hook 331 as required, for example, a rectangular boss, a cylinder, a card, etc. Alternatively, the person skilled in the art may also, if desired, bring the detection device 4 into abutment with other areas of the second inner cylinder cover 33.
In addition, the person skilled in the art can also arrange the detecting device 4 at the edge of the laundry input opening of the outer tub 2 close to the first inner tub cover 32 according to the turning direction of the inner tub 3 when the washing machine is in operation. Alternatively, one detection device 4 may be provided on each of both sides of the laundry input opening of the outer tub 2 as needed by those skilled in the art.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, the detection device 4 includes a lock body 41 and a lock pin 42. Wherein, the lock body 41 is provided on the edge of the laundry input port of the outer tub 2, and the locking pin 42 is provided on the lock body 41 in a sliding connection. Also, the lock pin 42 preferably passes through a through hole provided on the boss 22 so that an end of the lock pin 42 can abut against the hook 331 at the first time. Further, one skilled in the art may also secure the lock body 41 to the boss 22 or make the lock body 41 integral with the boss 22, as desired.
Although not shown in the drawings, a resilient member for extending the lock pin 42 out of the lock body 41 and being compressed when the lock pin 42 abuts against the second inner cylinder cover 33 is preferably provided between the lock body 41 and the lock pin 42 so that the lock pin 42 can be retracted into the lock body 41. It should be noted that the elastic member is preferably a spring, or one skilled in the art can also provide the elastic member as any other feasible elastic member, such as a spring sheet, according to the needs.
Further, although not shown in the drawings, a detection switch or a detection sensor is preferably provided on the lock body 41. The detection switch or the detection sensor is used to detect the position state of the lock pin 42. Specifically, when the lock pin 42 is retracted into the lock body 41 from the extended state, or when the lock pin 42 is retracted from the extended state to the end of the stroke of the lock body 41, the lock pin 42 triggers the detection switch or the detection sensor, so that the detection switch or the detection sensor sends out an electrical signal, which is a signal that the inner cylinder cover is not closed.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inner cartridge cover closing detection system further comprises a controller (not shown in the drawings) and a motor (not shown in the drawings). The detection switch or the detection sensor is in communication connection with a controller, which is in turn in control connection with the motor. When the controller receives a signal that the inner cylinder cover is not closed, which is sent by the detection switch or the detection sensor, the controller controls the motor to drive the inner cylinder to rotate back to the original position so as to carry out the cover closing operation again. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the motor is an electric motor, or those skilled in the art may replace the electric motor with other types of motors, such as a pneumatic motor and a hydraulic motor, as needed.
The operation of the inner drum cover closing detection system for the top-loading drum washing machine according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2 and 3.
After the upper cover 11 of the top-loading drum washing machine is closed, the user operates a start button on the washing machine to cause the washing machine to start a laundry treatment operation. When the inner cylinder cover is not closed, the hook 331 on the second inner cylinder cover 33 can abut against the lock pin 42 along with the rotation of the inner cylinder 3, and further drives the lock pin 42 to retract. The retracted latch pin 42 triggers a detection switch or sensor that sends an electrical signal to the controller. The controller receives the electric signal and judges that the inner cylinder cover is not closed, and then the motor is controlled to drive the inner cylinder 3 to rotate back to the original position. At this time, the lock pin 42 is restored with the second inner cylinder cover 33 separated from the lock pin 42. Then the controller makes the washing machine send out an alarm signal to inform the user to close the inner cylinder cover manually again, or the controller directly makes the washing machine close the inner cylinder cover automatically.
In addition, the technical personnel in the field can also make the washing machine directly send out an alarm signal when the controller judges that the inner cylinder is not closed according to the requirement, and inform the user of manually operating to rotate the inner cylinder 3 to the original position.
It should be noted that in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the original position refers to the position where the inner cylinder 3 is rotated to align the inner cylinder cover with the outer cylinder cover 21.
In summary, the system for detecting the closing of the inner cylinder cover of the present invention can not only detect whether the inner cylinder cover is closed before the washing machine works, but also rotate the inner cylinder 3 back to the original position when the inner cylinder cover is not closed, so as to manually or automatically close the inner cylinder cover again.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
