The inner drum cover operating device of the top-opening laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein one end of the sealing member is provided with a tapered structure, and the sealing member presses an edge of the through-hole by the tapered structure, thereby sealing the through-hole.
4. The inner drum cover operating device of the top-opening type laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the sealing member is made of an elastic material.
5. The inner drum cover operating device of the top-opening laundry treating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the elastic material is a waterproof material.
6. The inner drum cover operating device of the top-opening laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the operating member is an arc-shaped rack gear.
7. The inner drum cover operating device of the top-opening type clothes treating apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising a slide rail provided on the outer drum and/or the cabinet, wherein the arc-shaped rack is slidably connected with the slide rail.

The inner drum cover operating device of the top-loading type laundry treating apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the driving unit includes a motor and a gear, a housing of the motor is connected to the sliding rail, a rotating shaft of the motor is coaxially fixed to the gear, and the gear is engaged with the arc-shaped rack.
9. The inner drum cover operating device of the top-opening type laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein an open cover key is provided on the inner drum cover, and the operating member opens the inner drum cover by operating the open cover key.
10. A top-loading laundry treating apparatus, characterized in that the top-loading laundry treating apparatus comprises the inner drum cover operating device of any one of claims 1 to 9.
