Abstract

本发明提供了一种按压式供墨墨盒,由盒体外壳及其内部的负压墨囊组成,所述负压墨囊内设有控制墨路开闭的阀门,所述盒体外壳的顶部设有能够控制所述阀门开闭的按压弹片。本发明用于喷码机、喷绘机、写真机、打印机的墨路中介于打印头前,不仅可完成负压供墨控制,也可完成正压充墨、挤墨清洗等操作,实现了打印头负压供墨、充墨、挤墨清洗的一体化,且结构设计简单合理,操作便捷。

按压式供墨墨盒
技术领域
本发明涉及一种墨盒,特别是一种喷码机/喷绘机/写真机/打印模组配合使用的按压式供墨墨盒。
背景技术
现有供墨系统存在如下问题:
1)采用墨袋方式给打印头供墨,要求打印头和墨袋保持相对稳定位置,以满足打印头负压的要求。
2)采用二级负压墨盒供墨方式,需要设计负压控制电路,同时也要设计正压维护墨路,不仅成本高,而且由于机械结构的原因,很难做到供墨墨路的小型化、简单化。
3)在喷绘行业普遍采用的负压墨囊,把墨囊置于设备内部,仅能起到过滤和负压控制的作用,不能进行充墨、挤墨等打印头维护操作,而目前针对打印头进行清洗时多是通过设置隔膜泵的方式,成本高且不利于墨路的简洁化。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种按压式供墨墨盒,实现了打印头负压供墨、充墨、挤墨清洗的一体化,且结构设计简单合理,操作便捷。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种按压式供墨墨盒,由盒体外壳及其内部的负压墨囊组成,所述负压墨囊内设有控制墨路开闭的阀门,所述盒体外壳的顶部设有能够控制所述阀门开闭的按压弹片。
作为进一步的优选实施方案,所述盒体外壳由壳体及盒盖组成,所述按压弹片设置在盒盖上。
作为进一步的优选实施方案,所述负压墨囊包括墨囊主体及分别设置在墨囊主体上下两侧的密封活动膜和密封固定膜,所述墨囊主体上设有进墨口及出墨口。
作为进一步的优选实施方案,所述阀门包括自上而下依次设置的阀门压板、第一弹簧、密封圈、阀门本体及第二弹簧。
作为进一步的优选实施方案,所述进墨口上设有防漏针嘴胶塞。优选的,所述防漏针嘴胶塞包括胶塞本体,此胶塞本体的底部设有圆孔,胶塞本体顶部设有与此圆孔相连的切口,所述圆孔的直径小于取墨针的外径。
作为进一步的优选实施方案,所述墨囊主体内设有过滤墨水的滤网。
作为进一步的优选实施方案,所述盒体外壳上贴有加密芯片。
本发明的积极效果:首先,本产品创新性的在盒体外壳上设置了按压弹片,使用者可通过此按压弹片来控制墨囊内部阀门的开闭,以完成充墨、挤墨等打印头维护操作,即不同于传统的设置隔膜泵的思路,本发明仅通过简单的按压弹片设计就实现了打印头负压供墨、充墨、挤墨清洗的一体化,成本低,且为墨路的简洁化提供了有利基础,且维护操作简单便捷,本产品具有极大的市场应用前景。其次,本发明供墨墨盒内部的负压墨囊中含有滤网,以避免墨水中的杂质进入打印头,造成喷嘴的堵塞。再次,本发明吸嘴(出墨口)采用了独特结构的双层防漏针嘴胶塞,在方便使用取墨针取墨的同时,也保证了墨盒的密封性,防止墨水从墨盒中溢出损毁设备。最后,本发明按压式供墨墨盒外壳贴有加密芯片,为设备对墨盒的合法性判断提供了硬件支持。总之,本按压式供墨墨盒集成了稳定的负压供墨、正压充墨、挤墨维护、墨水杂质过滤、墨盒加密等多项功能,为喷码机/喷绘机/写真机/打印模组提供了简单、稳定、可靠及多功能的供墨选择,也为设备小型化提供了有利基础。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明。
参照图1至图4,本发明优选实施例提供一种按压式供墨墨盒,由盒体外壳及其内部的负压墨囊202组成,所述负压墨囊202内设有控制墨路开闭的阀门,所述盒体外壳的顶部设有能够控制所述阀门开闭的按压弹片204。
具体的,所述盒体外壳由壳体203及盒盖201组成,所述按压弹片204设置在盒盖201上。
所述负压墨囊包括墨囊主体304及分别设置在墨囊主体上下两侧的密封活动膜301和密封固定膜306,所述墨囊主体上设有进墨口312及出墨口313。
所述阀门包括自上而下依次设置的阀门压板302、第一弹簧303、密封圈310、阀门本体309及第二弹311簧。
所述进墨口上设有防漏针嘴胶塞307,此防漏针嘴胶塞通过铝帽308固定在出墨口313上。如图5所示,所述防漏针嘴胶塞包括胶塞本体501,此胶塞本体的底部设有圆孔503,胶塞本体顶部设有与此圆孔相连的切口502,所述圆孔的直径小于取墨针的外径。当取墨针插入吸嘴(出墨口)后,圆孔会“抱紧”取墨针而达到此状态下的密封效果,当取墨针拔出后,胶塞的切口闭合也实现了取墨针拔出状态下的密封。
所述墨囊主体内设有过滤墨水的滤网305。
所述盒体外壳上贴有加密芯片205。
如图6所示:正常打印工作时,正压力的墨水流到按压式供墨墨盒处;由墨盒内部的负压墨囊对流向打印头的墨水进行精确负压控制(此时未按压所述按压弹片,阀门闭合,由喷头负压控制阀门开启),以保证打印头不缺针、不漏墨。按压式供墨墨盒内部的负压墨囊中含有滤网,以避免墨水中的杂质进入打印头,造成喷嘴的堵塞。按压式供墨墨盒吸嘴采用双层防漏针嘴胶塞,在方便使用取墨针取墨的同时,也保证了墨盒的密封性,防止墨水从墨盒中溢出损毁设备。按压式供墨墨盒外壳贴有加密芯片,为设备对墨盒的合法性判断提供了硬件支持。
如图7所示:打印头正压维护时,按压所述按压弹片,墨盒内部负压墨囊的阀门打开,形成墨水通路;墨水经过按压式供墨墨盒对打印头实现维护。

1.一种按压式供墨墨盒,由盒体外壳及其内部的负压墨囊组成,所述负压墨囊内设有控制墨路开闭的阀门,其特征在于:所述盒体外壳的顶部设有能够控制所述阀门开闭的按压弹片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种按压式供墨墨盒,其特征在于:所述盒体外壳由壳体及盒盖组成,所述按压弹片设置在盒盖上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种按压式供墨墨盒,其特征在于:所述负压墨囊包括墨囊主体及分别设置在墨囊主体上下两侧的密封活动膜和密封固定膜,所述墨囊主体上设有进墨口及出墨口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种按压式供墨墨盒,其特征在于:所述阀门包括自上而下依次设置的阀门压板、第一弹簧、密封圈、阀门本体及第二弹簧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种按压式供墨墨盒,其特征在于:所述进墨口上设有防漏针嘴胶塞。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种按压式供墨墨盒,其特征在于:所述防漏针嘴胶塞包括胶塞本体,此胶塞本体的底部设有圆孔,胶塞本体顶部设有与此圆孔相连的切口,所述圆孔的直径小于取墨针的外径。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种按压式供墨墨盒,其特征在于:所述墨囊主体内设有过滤墨水的滤网。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种按压式供墨墨盒,其特征在于:所述盒体外壳上贴有加密芯片。
