wherein the bluing treatment equipment in the step f comprises a treatment box (1), a rolling wheel (21) and an extrusion piece (22) for assisting the chain to move, a control device for controlling the extrusion piece (22) to move up and down, a first conveying roller (31), a second conveying roller (32), a third conveying roller (33), a fourth conveying roller (34) and a fifth conveying roller (35) for conveying the chain, a discharge hole (11) arranged on the side wall of the treatment box (1), a fixing device for fixing the end part of the chain, a connecting piece (41) connected with the fixing device and a containing box (51) for placing the chain which is bluing, the first conveying roller (31), the second conveying roller (32) and the fifth conveying roller (35) are all arranged in a horizontal state, the third conveying roller (33) and the fourth conveying roller (34) are both arranged in a vertical state, a filter element (511) for filtering the bluing solution is arranged on the containing box (51); before carrying out bluing treatment to the chain, firstly pull fixing device, pass fixing device along fifth conveying roller (35), fourth conveying roller (34), third conveying roller (33), the order of second conveying roller (32) and first conveying roller (31) is in proper order, connecting piece (41) pass along with fixing device, then pull out from between extruded piece (22) and rolling wheel (21), then fixing device fixes the chain after the heat treatment, connecting piece (41) are retrieved through mechanical power, drive fixing device and return, fixing device drives the one end of chain and moves, the chain reacts in bluing solution in processing case (1) this moment, move out discharge gate (11) until the one end of chain, pull out remaining chain, place in containing box (51), treat after the solution on the chain drips and does, carry out the output.
