However, these methods of fixing the thread rubber winding start end have the following problems. That is, the method of (1) for binding the thread rubber to the core ball is currently performed manually because automation is extremely difficult, and the manual binding work is also complicated and requires a considerable amount of time. In short, this contributes to lowering the production efficiency of the wound golf ball.

Further, the method using the adhesive of the above (2) is as follows:
It takes time to dry and cure the adhesive after dropping it,
Adhesives make it easy for foreign matter to adhere, the adhesive makes it easy to contaminate the thread winding device, and makes maintenance of the device complicated. In the case of a liquid center, the thread is frozen and the thread rubber is wound, so that bonding is performed. The agent does not work well and cannot be applied, and the adhesive portion remains, which affects the performance of the golf ball.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a wound ball in which a core is formed by winding a thread rubber around a core ball and a cover is covered with the thread rubber. A bobbin winding method for winding the bobbin core to obtain the bobbin core,
The core ball is gripped by a plurality of gripping claws, and the core ball is held between a plurality of rotatable winding rollers in a state of being separated from each of the winding rollers by a predetermined distance. Is fixed by pressing with a holding claw, and in this state, the core ball is rotated by at least one rotation together with the gripping claw and the holding claw, whereby one or more turns of thread rubber are wound from above the gripping claw and the holding claw. Winding, and then pressing the respective bobbin rollers onto the surface of the core ball from above the rubber thread while avoiding the gripping claws and holding claws, holding the core ball with each bobbin roller and winding the core ball around the core ball. Hold down the thread rubber attached,
After the gripping claw and the holding claw are pulled out from between the core ball and the thread rubber, at least one of the thread winding rollers is driven to rotate to rotate the core ball, thereby winding the thread rubber around the core ball. Provided is a method of winding a wound ball, which is characterized by turning.

According to the above-mentioned thread winding method of the present invention, a core ball grasped by a plurality of pinching claws is firstly arranged between a plurality of thread winding rollers, and the core of the rubber ball is fixed on the surface of the core ball by pressing the winding start end with a pressing claw. Then, the core rubber is rotated by one or more rotations together with the gripping claws and the holding claws, whereby one or more turns of thread rubber are wound from above the gripping claws and the holding claws. This allows
The thread rubber is wound around the core ball with the gripping claws and the holding claws sandwiched therebetween.

Next, the respective bobbin rollers are pressed against the surface of the core ball from above the thread rubber while avoiding the gripping claws and the pressing claws, whereby the core ball is held by the respective bobbin rollers, and the core ball is held. The rubber thread wound around the ball is held down, and the gripping claws and the holding claws are pulled out from between the core ball and the thread rubber. In this case, even if the gripping claw and the holding claw are pulled out from between the core ball and the thread rubber, the thread rubber wound on the surface of the core ball is sandwiched between each of the above-mentioned thread winding rollers and the surface of the core ball. The holding claws and the holding claws are kept wound around the core ball without falling off the surface of the core ball. As a result, the thread rubber becomes 1
The core ball wound around a few turns is held between the winding rollers.

At this time, it is preferable that the winding start end of the thread rubber is sandwiched between the core ball and the thread rubber wound around the core ball. By pressing the winding start end obliquely when pressing and fixing the core on the core ball with the holding claw, the winding start end can be easily fixed in such a form. As described above, since the thread rubber wound on the surface of the core ball is sandwiched between each of the winding rollers and the surface of the core ball, the winding start end is wound around the core ball and the core ball. Even if the thread rubber is not sandwiched between the thread rubber and the thread rubber, the thread rubber does not come off the core ball, and the thread rubber can be started to be satisfactorily wound.

As described above, according to the thread winding method of the present invention,
Since the winding start end can be fixed to the core ball without using an adhesive or moisture, the winding start end can be fixed in a short time, and the core ball can be fixed without adversely affecting the winding device. It can be applied favorably to a solid center or a liquid center. Moreover, the winding start end of the thread rubber is guided to the surface of the core ball supported by the gripping claw, fixed to the surface of the core ball with the holding claw, and the core ball is rotated together with the gripping claw and the holding claw. The winding start end can be fixed by an extremely simple operation, and the winding operation can be performed by fixing the winding start end to the core ball easily and in a short time without complicated work. Furthermore, in this case, a thread rubber hand which grasps the winding start end of thread rubber and guides the thread rubber to the surface of the core ball by automatic control, and a core ball hand provided with the above-mentioned gripping claw and holding claw and capable of automatically controlling the operation of these claw members. By using the above, the work of fixing the winding start end can be easily automated.

In the winding method of the present embodiment, as described above, the rubber thread 5 wound on the surface of the core ball 4 is applied to each of the winding rollers 12 and 1.
As shown in FIG. 6A, the winding start end of the thread rubber 5 is wound around the core ball and the core ball. 6B, the winding start end of the core ball 4 and the thread rubber 5 wound around the core ball 4 are formed. It does not matter even if it is not sandwiched between them. That is, according to the thread winding method of the present invention, even in the latter state (FIG. 6B), the thread rubber 5 does not come off the core ball 4 and the thread rubber 5 can be wound well. You can get started.

Then, the core ball 4 having the thread rubber 5 wound in one or several revolutions (two revolutions in the drawing) is wound onto the thread winding roller 1.
In a state where the core rubber 4 is continuously supplied and the rubber thread 5 is continuously supplied, the two core-shaped bobbin rollers 12, 12 are driven to rotate to rotate the core sphere 4, whereby the core sphere 4 is rotated. The thread rubber 5 is uniformly wound to produce a wound core. In this case, the winding method of the rubber thread 5 can be a conventionally known method such as a random winding method or a great circle winding method.
The winding operation of the thread rubber 5 can be performed by controlling the drive of the thread 12a.
