Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a winding apparatus which eliminates bad influence on productivity and reliability due to manual operation, which automates winding operation, whose productivity is enhanced and whose reliability is high regarding the winding operation of an inductance component using a thick wire material. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 11 is turned by the rotation of a motor 1 via a first gear to a fourth gear 2, 3, 5, 6. At this time, winding operation is performed by synchronizing the rotation of the bobbin 11 with the descent of a holding chuck 8 in such a way that the length of a wire material wound on the bobbin 11 becomes identical to the length of a wire material sent out from a nozzle 7. Thereby, the wire material can be sent out without applying any tension to the bobbin 11, and thick wire material can be wound automatically.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a thick wire rod is used in the manufacture of an inductance component, it is impossible to hold the wire rod on a bobbin for winding because the tension applied to the wire rod becomes large. For that purpose, FIG. 4 (a), (b),
As shown in (c), first, only the winding is performed, then the wire is held in the wire holding portion, and the wire is cut into a prescribed length. Further, in the product using the closed loop core as shown in FIG. 5, all the winding work relies on manual work.
