Abstract
The invention provides a clustering agent for spray seeding of a high and steep slope, which consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of modified polyacrylamide, 0.5-1 part of carrageenan, 0.5-0.8 part of sodium alginate, 1-2 parts of carboxymethyl starch, 1-1.5 parts of ferric chloride and 0.5-0.8 part of calcium chloride. According to the invention, a compounding mode of organic and inorganic aggregating agents is adopted, the polyacrylamide of the organic aggregating agent is modified, the capability of the polyacrylamide of the organic aggregating agent to the soil is improved, the characteristic that sodium alginate is rapidly solidified when meeting calcium ions is combined, and the carrageenan is compounded, so that the soil particles in the spray-seeding matrix can rapidly form a capillary aggregate structure, the matrix can be rapidly granulated, the matrix can be prevented from slipping, the carrageenan-modified polyacrylamide can be used for spraying slopes with the gradient exceeding 70 degrees, and in addition, the long-term stability of the matrix aggregate structure is improved, the soil permeability is kept, and the rain wash resistance is realized through the compounding effect of carboxymethyl starch and ferric chloride.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of slope restoration, in particular to a high and steep slope spraying and seeding aggregate and an application method thereof.
Background
The exploitation of mineral resources provides necessary resources for society on one hand, and on the other hand, ecological environment can be damaged to different degrees, and mine pits seriously damage the original landform structure, so that land desertification and water and soil loss are caused, and the natural ecology is greatly influenced.
The traditional high and steep slope greening mainly adopts net hanging and soil dressing spray seeding, a spray seeding machine is used for spraying slurry consisting of planting soil, fertilizer, water retention agent, adhesive, seeds, polymer granulating agent, stabilizing agent and the like onto a rock or soil slope to form a soil dressing layer, plants germinate and grow in the soil dressing layer to form a vegetation covered slope, and the greening effect is achieved.
The current commonly used granulating agent is polyacrylamide, the granulating agent is suitable for spray seeding greening of traditional high and steep slopes, a relatively ideal greening effect can be obtained under the condition that the slope of the slope is less than 60 degrees, the slope is greater than 60 degrees, particularly when the slope is greater than 70 degrees, due to the fact that the spray seeding matrix is difficult to resist rainwater washing, vegetation is difficult to grow, and due to the dead weight of the matrix, a matrix layer at the lower part of the slope is often thicker, a matrix layer at the top of the slope is thinner, and vegetation coverage on the slope is uneven.

Further, the modified polyacrylamide is prepared by the following method:
a. dissolving sodium hydroxide powder in clear water to prepare a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass concentration of 10%;
b. dissolving oxalic acid powder in absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare 0.2 mol/L oxalic acid ethyl alcohol solution;
c. b, placing the sodium hydroxide solution obtained in the step a in a constant-temperature water bath, heating to 90-95 ℃, adding polyacrylamide with the same mass as the sodium hydroxide obtained in the step a, stirring to dissolve, reacting in the constant-temperature water bath at 90-95 ℃ for 3-3.2 h, and naturally cooling to room temperature;
d. adding the oxalic acid ethanol solution obtained in the step b into the solution cooled in the step c until the pH of the solution is 6-6.5;
e. d, adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the solution obtained in the step d until all the solid is dissolved out;
f. and e, filtering the dissolved solid in the step e, and air-drying at room temperature to obtain the modified polyacrylamide.
Further, the molecular weight of the polyacrylamide in the step c is 1800-2000 ten thousand.
Further, the carrageenan is I-type carrageenan.
An application method of a granulating agent for spray seeding on a high and steep slope comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing 2-4 parts of modified polyacrylamide, 0.5-0.8 part of sodium alginate, 1-2 parts of carboxymethyl starch and 1-1.5 parts of ferric chloride to obtain a mixture;
(2) spraying absolute ethyl alcohol on the surface of 0.5-1 part of carrageenan until the surface of the carrageenan is wet;
(3) dissolving the carrageenan with the wetted surface in the step (2) in water, and adding the mixture in the step (1) into the water to be uniformly stirred to obtain a preparation agent of the granulating agent;
(4) and (3) adding the preparation agent obtained in the step (3) into a mixer of a spray seeding machine, adding other auxiliary materials of the spray seeding matrix, uniformly stirring, adding 0.5-0.8 part of calcium chloride, and stirring for 2-3 min to perform slope spray seeding.

The modified polyacrylamide is prepared by the following method:
a. dissolving sodium hydroxide powder in clear water to prepare a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass concentration of 10%;
b. dissolving oxalic acid powder in absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare 0.2 mol/L oxalic acid ethyl alcohol solution;
c. b, placing the sodium hydroxide solution in the step a in a constant-temperature water bath, heating to 90 ℃, adding polyacrylamide with the same mass as the sodium hydroxide in the step a, stirring to dissolve, reacting in the constant-temperature water bath at 90 ℃ for 3.2h, and naturally cooling to room temperature;
d. adding the oxalic acid ethanol solution in the step b into the cooled solution in the step c to the pH of 6;
e. d, adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the solution obtained in the step d until all the solid is dissolved out;

(4) and (4) adding the preparation agent obtained in the step (3) into a mixer of a spray seeding machine, adding other auxiliary materials of the spray seeding matrix, uniformly stirring, adding 0.8 part of calcium chloride, and stirring for 2min to perform slope spray seeding.
The addition amount of the aggregate is 1kg/m3Spraying the substrate.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a crumb agent for spray seeding of a high and steep slope, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 3 parts of modified polyacrylamide, 0.8 part of carrageenan, 0.6 part of sodium alginate, 1.5 parts of carboxymethyl starch, 1.2 parts of ferric chloride and 0.6 part of calcium chloride.
The modified polyacrylamide is prepared by the following method:
a. dissolving sodium hydroxide powder in clear water to prepare a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass concentration of 10%;
b. dissolving oxalic acid powder in absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare 0.2 mol/L oxalic acid ethyl alcohol solution;
c. b, placing the sodium hydroxide solution in the step a in a constant-temperature water bath, heating to 92 ℃, adding polyacrylamide with the same mass as the sodium hydroxide in the step a, stirring to dissolve, reacting in the constant-temperature water bath at 92 ℃ for 3.1h, and naturally cooling to room temperature;
d. adding the oxalic acid ethanol solution in the step b into the cooled solution in the step c until the pH value of the solution is 6.2;
e. d, adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the solution obtained in the step d until all the solid is dissolved out;
f. and e, filtering the dissolved solid in the step e, and air-drying at room temperature to obtain the modified polyacrylamide.
An application method of a granulating agent for spray seeding on a high and steep slope comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing 3 parts of modified polyacrylamide, 0.6 part of sodium alginate, 1.5 parts of carboxymethyl starch and 1.2 parts of ferric chloride to obtain a mixture;
(2) spraying absolute ethyl alcohol on the surface of 0.6 part of carrageenan until the surface of the carrageenan is wet;
(3) dissolving the carrageenan with the wetted surface in the step (2) in water, and adding the mixture in the step (1) into the water to be uniformly stirred to obtain a preparation agent of the granulating agent;
(4) and (4) adding the preparation agent obtained in the step (3) into a mixer of a spray seeding machine, adding other auxiliary materials of the spray seeding matrix, uniformly stirring, adding 0.6 part of calcium chloride, and stirring for 2.5min to perform slope spray seeding.
The addition amount of the aggregate is 0.8kg/m3Spraying the substrate.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a crumb agent for spray seeding of a high and steep slope, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 4 parts of modified polyacrylamide, 0.5 part of carrageenan, 0.5 part of sodium alginate, 2 parts of carboxymethyl starch, 1.5 parts of ferric chloride and 0.5 part of calcium chloride.
The modified polyacrylamide is prepared by the following method:
a. dissolving sodium hydroxide powder in clear water to prepare a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass concentration of 10%;
b. dissolving oxalic acid powder in absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare 0.2 mol/L oxalic acid ethyl alcohol solution;

(1) uniformly mixing 4 parts of modified polyacrylamide, 0.5 part of sodium alginate, 2 parts of carboxymethyl starch and 1.5 parts of ferric chloride to obtain a mixture;
(2) spraying absolute ethyl alcohol on the surface of 0.5 part of carrageenan until the surface of the carrageenan is wet;
(3) dissolving the carrageenan with the wetted surface in the step (2) in water, and adding the mixture in the step (1) into the water to be uniformly stirred to obtain a preparation agent of the granulating agent;
(4) and (4) adding the preparation agent obtained in the step (3) into a mixer of a spray seeding machine, adding other auxiliary materials of the spray seeding matrix, uniformly stirring, adding 0.5 part of calcium chloride, and stirring for 3min to perform slope spray seeding.
