Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of soil improvement, in particular to a granulating agent for soilless spray seeding of a high and steep rocky slope and an application method thereof.
Background
At present, the pellet spray seeding, the foreign soil spray seeding and the hydraulic spray seeding are widely applied, the foreign soil spray seeding is suitable for the base layer spray seeding and has high efficiency, the high-order pellet spray seeding cost is slightly high, the hydraulic spray seeding is supplemented by an organic matter spray seeding technology, chemical fertilizer pollution and loss of particles and sticky particles are easily caused by the hydraulic spray seeding, and the hydraulic spray seeding can be gradually eliminated. The foreign soil spray seeding, hydraulic spray seeding and organic matter spray seeding technology is only suitable for the side slope with the slope rate less than 1:1, and only the granule spray seeding technology is suitable for the steep slope, but the slope rate is less than 1:0.5, but the manufacturing cost is high, and the application and popularization of the method are limited.
Soil materials and preparation are the core of spray seeding technology. As the soil belongs to a non-renewable resource, the storage capacity of the soil is reduced after long-term use, and the use cost is higher and higher. And secondary disasters can be caused to the soil borrowing land by soil borrowing, and the ecological environment of the soil borrowing land is damaged. In addition, because the soil has heavy self weight, small caking property, easy landslide and difficult application on the rocky slope of more than 60 ℃, the technical problem which needs to be solved is how to reduce the soil consumption or not use the soil in the spray-seeding technology and realize the spray-seeding application on the slope of more than 60 ℃.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a clustering agent for soilless spray seeding of a high and steep rocky slope and an application method thereof, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
the clustering agent for soilless spray seeding of the high and steep rocky slope comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of polyacrylamide and 5-8 parts of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion.
Preferably, the polyacrylamide is anionic polyacrylamide with the molecular weight of 1600 ten thousand.
Preferably, the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion has the solid content of 55.5% and the viscosity of 3800 mPa.
Preferably, the preparation method of the granulating agent for soilless spray seeding of the high and steep rocky slope comprises the following steps:
(1) adding clear water into the stirring tank to the position 1/3 of the volume of the stirring tank, then adding the polypropylene amine mill, and simultaneously dispersing the polypropylene amine mill by utilizing water flow at the water inlet of the stirring tank to prevent polyacrylamide from agglomerating to prepare polyacrylamide emulsion with the mass concentration of 0.2-0.5%;
(2) adding the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion into a stirring tank, and uniformly stirring to obtain the aggregate for soilless spray seeding of the high-steep rocky slope, wherein the mass ratio of the polyacrylamide solid to the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion is 1: 1-1: 4.
The soilless spray-seeding matrix is prepared by adopting iron tailings, dried sludge and other raw materials under the condition of not using soil.
When the granulating agent is used, the granulating agent is conveyed to a spray gun through a pipeline pump by a granule stirring tank, meanwhile, the spray-seeding matrix is conveyed to the spray gun through a matrix stirring bin pump, and the granulating agent and the matrix are mixed and sprayed to a slope surface by the spray gun; or directly adding the aggregate into a matrix stirring bin, directly stirring and uniformly mixing, and spraying to the slope surface through a spray gun.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the granulating agent disclosed by the invention can enable the soilless spray-seeding matrix to form an agglomerated structure, can ensure that the granular structure is stable for a long time, the matrix is loose, breathable and strong in adhesive force, can meet the spray-seeding requirement of a high and steep slope with the gradient of more than 60 degrees, and has better water retention capability.
