Most of the floating fishery culture platforms designed and developed at home and abroad currently are large truss-type structures. The floating culture platform provides huge culture water bodies and also causes a plurality of problems in the process of building, transporting and installing. Firstly, different from the slender configuration of a ship, the culture platform has large dimension and approximate length-width dimension, and the width of a dock is higher in the platform construction process, so that most shipyards do not have the construction capability of the culture platform; secondly, the culture platform is large in size, large-area netting has large wind resistance, a large semi-submersible barge is required to be used for dry towing or a large number of towing wheels are required to be used for wet towing in the transportation process, and the transportation cost is high; finally, in the installation process of the culture platform, because the culture platform has a huge volume and needs a certain number of engineering ships for matching, the culture platform can only be installed and positioned in an open sea area, and cannot be arranged in relatively narrow sea area spaces such as narrow bays, offshore wind farms and the like, so that the application range of the culture platform is limited.
