With the continuous improvement of marine equipment technology and deep water culture technology, deep water and open sea cage culture at home and abroad is greatly developed in recent years. The HDPE gravity type floating net cages in Norway, American dish-shaped net cages, Japanese metal net cages and the like are most widely applied, but for the field of net cage culture in China, because of the limitation of the production technology level, the existing culture net cages are all floating structures, have the defects of insufficient strength and stability, are mostly distributed in coastal near sea areas with the water depth within 30m, and the net cage structures are all fixed in a certain water area, so that the danger cannot be avoided by self when the bad weather is encountered.
Therefore, the design of a novel deepwater floating type articulated marine ranching device which can be applied to open sea and deepwater culture, has excellent motion performance and good stability, can resist big storms and can adjust the posture of the net cage is very important by combining the actual sea conditions of coastal sea areas and the culture operation conditions of fishing farms in China.
Disclosure of Invention

The mooring structure comprises a cable guider, a fiber cable and a positioning anchor, wherein the cable guider is fixed with the bottom of the net cage, and the cable guider is connected with the seabed positioning anchor through the fiber cable.
The fiber cable is made of polyethylene.

The signal floating pile 12 provides better marine indication capability for the marine ranching device when encountering low visibility and foggy weather, provides certain navigation aid capability for sailing ships, and reduces the danger of accidental collision. The positioning ballast structure comprises two ballast tanks 7 and a mooring structure, wherein the ballast tanks 7 are positioned at the central position of the bottom of the net cage 5 and are arranged along the vertical direction, the two ballast tanks 7 are connected by adopting a hinge structure 9, the weight of the lower ballast tank is greater than that of the upper ballast tank, the influence of the rotation direction in the rolling and pitching directions is large due to the action of wind and wave flow of the marine ranching device in seawater, the posture of the device can be well adjusted by the hinge structure 9, and the occurrence of large-angle deviation accidents is prevented, as shown in fig. 6, the hinge structure 9 comprises a gasket 91, a pressure plate 92 and a base 93, wherein the base 93 is inserted into the lower ballast tank, the pressure plate 92 is arranged above the lower ballast tank, and the gasket 91 is inserted between the pressure plate 92 and the upper surface of the lower ballast tank; the mooring structures are fixed around the bottom of the net cage 5 and are uniformly distributed at intervals of 90 degrees in a scattering manner along the circumferential direction of the net cage 5, and each mooring structure comprises a cable guider 80, fiber cables 81 and positioning anchors 82, wherein the cable guider 80 is fixed at the bottom of the net cage 5 and is respectively connected with the seabed positioning anchors 82 through polyethylene fiber cables 81, the fiber cables 81 are sequentially distributed at intervals of 90 degrees, and the fiber cables 81 are arranged at an angle of 45 degrees with the horizontal direction, as shown in fig. 3.
The water surface area of the invention is small, the water inlet volume is large, and the effect influence of wind wave flow is greatly relieved by reducing the wind area on water; the upper main structure of the device is made of steel materials to provide a certain strength support for the device, a watertight telescopic hydraulic cylinder structure and baffle plates at two sides of a net cage are arranged below a steel platform, the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the baffle plates, the baffle plates are controlled to tightly press and release the net cage through extension and contraction operations, and four rows of rubber wedge-shaped damping blocks with equal intervals are arranged on the contact planes of the baffle plates and the net cage in order to reduce the friction damage with an external net cage; the underwater net cage structure is divided into an inner part and an outer part, the outer steel structure and the buoyancy cabin provide strength and buoyancy guarantee, the inner net layer structure is provided with a net port filter layer and an artificial hole reef, the artificial hole reef comprises net holes, attachment rods, plant algae, an organic feed nutrition layer and the like, and good growth, breeding and food seeking places are provided for fish schools.
Because the marine ranching device works in a deep sea area, the sea condition is complex, the storm condition is severe, the device structure, particularly the underwater net cage part, is influenced by storms, undercurrents, tides and the like, and large-angle translation and rotation are easy to occur, the invention restricts the heaving motion in the vertical direction of the net cage and the swaying and surging motion in the horizontal direction by arranging the baffle plate connected with the hydraulic cylinder structure at the neck part of the net cage; the articulated connection is arranged at the connection position of the ballast tank at the bottom of the net cage, so that the posture adjustment in the rotation direction of the net cage can be facilitated, meanwhile, four cable guides connected to the seabed positioning anchor from the bottom of the net cage are arranged on two sides of the ballast tank, and the cables are sequentially arranged at intervals of 90 degrees, so that the safe and effective stable operation of the marine ranching device is ensured.
