(1) weighing transparent glaze, a suspending agent and water according to the mass ratio, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture;
(2) and grinding the mixture, sieving, and standing for 10-20 min to obtain the crack enamel glaze slurry.
Further, the grinding is carried out by a ball mill, the grinding speed is 1200-1600r/min, preferably 1400r/min, the grinding time is 10-30 min, the grinding is carried out until the fineness is 0.15 +/-0.05 g and the volume weight is 1.62-1.76 g/ml. Sieving with 80-140 mesh sieve, preferably 140 mesh standard sieve;
and the thickness is the mass of the screen residue after the glaze slurry with the thickness of 100ml passes through a standard screen with the mesh of 150 meshes and is dried.
The invention also provides a method for preparing a crack enamel glaze panel by using the crack enamel glaze slurry, which comprises the following steps:
(1) applying the crack enamel glaze slurry on a steel plate blank subjected to priming treatment in a manner of enameling or wet spraying to obtain an enamel plate;
(2) drying the enamel plate at 300-500 ℃ for 1-2 min, and firing at 780-800 ℃ for 3.5-4.5 min to obtain the crack enamel glaze panel.
The crack enamel glazed panel is simple to prepare and operate, low in cost, time-saving and high in operability, has the special appearance effect of the enamel product glaze, effectively maintains the quality appearance and the advantages of the original basic enamel panel, and endows the surface of the enamel product with an attractive visual effect of natural cracks.
Further, the thickness of the spray in the step (1) is 200-500 μm, the distance between the spray gun and the blank is 15-20 cm, the moving speed of the spray gun is 3-6 cm/s, and the included angle between the gun nozzle and the blank is 80-100 degrees
