本发明公开了一种条烟叠烟设备用的分拣计数装置。包括输送机构Ⅰ,输送机构Ⅰ经过渡机构与输送机构Ⅱ连接;所述的输送机构Ⅰ包括两条用于夹持运送条烟的输送带ⅠA和输送带ⅠB;所述的输送机构Ⅱ包括两条用于夹持运送条烟的输送带ⅡA和输送带ⅡB,输送机构Ⅰ的输送速度小于输送机构Ⅱ输送速度;所述的过渡机构包括连接输送带ⅠA和输送带ⅡA间间隙的过渡皮带,过渡皮带上方设有压紧轮;所述的输送机构Ⅱ的出口处设有计数器;所述的输送带ⅠB和输送带ⅡB均经连接板与调节气缸连接。本发明能够分拣不同厚度条烟,适用性强,且可靠性好。

Description

一种条烟叠烟设备用的分拣计数装置
技术领域
本发明涉及条烟分拣设备技术领域,特别是一种条烟叠烟设备用的分拣计数装置。
背景技术
目前在卷烟生产领域,对条烟订单的分拣码叠主要是通过机械手从传送带上抓取条烟,然后再将条烟码叠至指定位置;该装置虽然取代了人工码叠,提高了效率;但是该装置在使用过程中还存下下述缺点:首先,使用机械手成本较高;其次,机械手来回抓取的过程中,行程较大,对码叠效率限制较大;再次,机械手来回抓取的过程中,如果速度过快,会造成较大的晃动,影响装置的稳定性和可靠性。为了克服上述问题,申请人设计了一种条烟叠烟设备;该设备替代了机械手码垛,降低了成本,同时提高了码叠效率。但是为了满足厚度不同的异形条烟的分拣码叠, 还需要设计一种分拣计数装置,该分拣计数装置要能够分拣不同厚度的异形条烟;但目前还发现一种能与条烟叠烟设备匹配使用的、能分拣不同厚度条烟的分拣计数装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种条烟叠烟设备用的分拣计数装置。本发明能够分拣不同厚度条烟,适用性强,且可靠性好。
本发明的技术方案:一种条烟叠烟设备用的分拣计数装置。包括输送机构Ⅰ,输送机构Ⅰ经过渡机构与输送机构Ⅱ连接;所述的输送机构Ⅰ包括两条用于夹持运送条烟的输送带ⅠA和输送带ⅠB;所述的输送机构Ⅱ包括两条用于夹持运送条烟的输送带ⅡA和输送带ⅡB,输送机构Ⅰ的输送速度小于输送机构Ⅱ输送速度;所述的过渡机构包括连接输送带ⅠA和输送带ⅡA间间隙的过渡皮带,过渡皮带上方设有压紧轮;所述的输送机构Ⅱ的出口处设有计数器;所述的输送带ⅠB和输送带ⅡB均经连接板与调节气缸连接。
前述的条烟叠烟设备用的分拣计数装置中,所述的输送带ⅠA、输送带ⅠB、输送带ⅡA、输送带ⅡB分别与传动轮ⅠA、传动轮ⅠB、传动轮ⅡA、传动轮ⅡB连接;所述的传动轮ⅠA、传动轮ⅠB直径相等,传动轮ⅡA、传动轮ⅡB直径相等;传动轮ⅠA直径大于传动轮ⅡA;所述的传动轮ⅠA下方还设有分拣驱动机构,所述的传动轮ⅡA下方还设有张紧机构,张紧机构包括设置于传动轮ⅡA下方的张紧轮,张紧轮与转轴转动连接,转轴经滑动槽与支架滑动连接,所述的转轴与支架间还经张紧弹簧连接;所述的分拣驱动机构包括设置于传动轮ⅠA下方的驱动轮,驱动轮分别与驱动电机和驱动皮带连接 ;所述的驱动皮带依次穿过张紧轮外侧、传动轮ⅡA内侧、传动轮ⅡB外侧、传动轮ⅠB外侧、传动轮ⅠA内侧和驱动轮外侧构成一个驱动链。
与现有技术相比,本发明的分拣计数装置由输送机构Ⅰ、过渡机构、输送机构Ⅱ依次连接构成;输送机构Ⅰ的输送速度小于输送机构Ⅱ输送速度;输送机构Ⅰ和输送机构Ⅱ的输送带ⅠB和输送带ⅡB均经连接板与调节气缸连接;输送机构Ⅱ的出口处设有计数器;分拣时,条烟由输送机构Ⅰ进入并被其夹持输送,之后再由过渡皮带输送到输送机构Ⅱ;条烟由输送机构Ⅱ夹持输送时,因输送机构Ⅱ与输送机构Ⅰ间存在输送速度差,该速度差会将夹持输送的条烟间的间距拉开;防止位于输送机构Ⅱ出口的计数器数错,以此提高设备的可靠性;除此外,通过调节气缸驱动输送带ⅠB和输送带ⅡB的同时上/下移动,能改变输送机构Ⅰ和输送机构Ⅱ的夹持间隙,使得分拣计数装置能够分拣计数不同厚度的条烟,以此实现了异形条烟的分拣,提高了装置的适用性。
本发明通过驱动皮带依次穿过张紧轮外侧、传动轮ⅡA内侧、传动轮ⅡB外侧、传动轮ⅠB外侧、传动轮ⅠA内侧和驱动轮外侧构成一个驱动链,同时将张紧机构的转轴经滑动槽与支架滑动连接,转轴与支架间还经张紧弹簧连接;通过该结构,实现了通过一个驱动电机同时控制分拣计数装置的各输送带的目的,减少了电机的使用数量,降低了设备成本,同时也降低了系统控制的复杂度,增强了系统的可靠性。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例1。一种条烟叠烟设备用的分拣计数装置,构成如图1和2所示,包括输送机构Ⅰ11,输送机构Ⅰ11经过渡机构12与输送机构Ⅱ13连接;所述的输送机构Ⅰ11包括两条用于夹持运送条烟的输送带ⅠA111和输送带ⅠB112;所述的输送机构Ⅱ13包括两条用于夹持运送条烟的输送带ⅡA131和输送带ⅡB132,输送机构Ⅰ11的输送速度小于输送机构Ⅱ13输送速度;所述的过渡机构12包括连接输送带ⅠA111和输送带ⅡA131间间隙的过渡皮带121,过渡皮带121上方设有压紧轮122(设置压紧轮,当条烟由过渡皮带输送时压住条烟上表面,以防止条烟发生跳动);所述的输送机构Ⅱ13的出口处设有计数器;所述的输送带ⅠB112和输送带ⅡB132均经连接板14与调节气缸16连接。
前述的输送带ⅠA111、输送带ⅠB112、输送带ⅡA131、输送带ⅡB132分别与传动轮ⅠA113、传动轮ⅠB114、传动轮ⅡA133、传动轮ⅡB134连接;所述的传动轮ⅠA113、传动轮ⅠB114直径相等,传动轮ⅡA133、传动轮ⅡB134直径相等;传动轮ⅠA113直径大于传动轮ⅡA133;所述的传动轮ⅠA113下方还设有分拣驱动机构17,所述的传动轮ⅡA133下方还设有张紧机构15,张紧机构15包括设置于传动轮ⅡA133下方的张紧轮151,张紧轮151与转轴152转动连接,转轴152经滑动槽153与支架154滑动连接,所述的转轴152与支架154间还经张紧弹簧155连接;所述的分拣驱动机构17包括设置于传动轮ⅠA113下方的驱动轮171,驱动轮171分别与驱动电机172和驱动皮带173连接 ;所述的驱动皮带173依次穿过张紧轮151外侧、传动轮ⅡA133内侧、传动轮ⅡB134外侧、传动轮ⅠB114外侧、传动轮ⅠA113内侧和驱动轮171外侧构成一个驱动链(参见图2)。当输送带ⅠB112和输送带ⅡB132的同时上/下移动时,转轴152沿滑动槽153滑动,同时张紧弹簧155始终拉住转轴152,以保持驱动皮带173张紧。
前述的分拣计数装置1与条烟叠烟设备匹配使用,该条烟叠烟设备构成如图1-9所示,分拣计数装置1与码垛装置2连接,码垛装置2与移垛装置3连接;具体地,所述分拣计数装置1的输送机构Ⅱ13的出口与码垛装置2连接;
所述的码垛装置2包括一对竖向设置的码垛链条21,两码垛链条21上一一对应地分布有链板22;
所述的移垛装置3包括移垛平台31,移垛平台31的入口端设有能够竖直升降的托承板32,移垛平台31沿移垛方向的两侧还分别设有移垛链条33,移垛链条33上设有移垛推杆34,托承板32位于两移垛链条33上的移垛推杆34间;所述的托承板32还位于两码垛链条21间的间隙下方。
使用条烟叠烟设备分拣码叠时,条烟由输送机构Ⅰ11进入并被输送机构Ⅰ11的输送带ⅠA111和输送带ⅠB112夹持输送,之后再由过渡皮带121输送到输送机构Ⅱ13;送到输送机构Ⅱ13后,条烟由输送机构Ⅱ13的输送带ⅡA131和输送带ⅡB132夹持输送,因输送机构Ⅱ13与输送机构Ⅰ11间存在输送速度差,该速度差会将处于输送机构Ⅱ13中夹持输送的条烟间的间距拉开;拉开后,被条烟被位于输送机构Ⅱ13出口的计数器计数,完成分拣;完成分拣后,条烟由输送机构Ⅱ13的出口滑入一一对应设置的码垛装置2的两链板22上,之后该两链板22在码垛链条21驱动下下移,同时,上一层的两链板22等待另一条条烟的滑入,依此循环,链板不断22将分拣完成的条烟下移,最终依次堆叠在托承板32上;堆叠时,托承板32上的条烟每堆叠一层,托承板32就下降一层,当堆叠至预设层数时,码垛装置2停止堆叠(此时条烟经分拣计数装置1也停止输送),托承板32与移垛装置3的移垛平台31平齐,移垛链条33驱动移垛推杆34将码叠完成的烟垛沿移垛平台31长度方向推出。
分拣时,调节气缸16根据条烟厚度驱动输送带ⅠB112和输送带ⅡB132的同时上/下移动,改变输送机构Ⅰ11和输送机构Ⅱ13的夹持间隙,使得分拣计数装置1能够分拣计数不同厚度的条烟。输送带ⅠB112和输送带ⅡB132的同时上/下移动时经调节导柱18导向。
托承板32的驱动机构具体包括直线电机35,直线电机35与托承板32连接,托承板32上/下移动时由托承板导杆36导向(参见图8)。
前述的输送机构Ⅰ11的入口处设有烟姿调整装置4,烟姿调整装置4包括入口输送台41,入口输送台41沿输送方向的两侧设有限位档条42,两限位档条42的入口端形成喇叭口43。条烟进入输送机构Ⅰ11前,由喇叭口43进入到入口输送台41,入口输送台41输送,输送时由限位档条42校正条烟姿态;校正后,再被入口输送台41输送给输送机构Ⅰ11。设置该结构,能够校正条烟在进入输送机构Ⅰ11时的姿态,更利于后续条烟的分拣码垛,进一步提高装置运行的稳定性。
前述的两码垛链条21均经伞齿轮副23与减速箱24连接,减速箱24与码垛电机25连接。码垛链条21的运动经过码垛电机25驱动,减速箱24与伞齿轮副23传动(参见图6)。通过该结构,能够提高一一对应的链板移动的同步性,使得条烟在码叠输送时更加平稳,进而提高码垛品质,降低了垮垛的风险。
前述的码垛装置2的入口处还设有毛刷机构26。该结构,能够防止因输送机构Ⅱ13速度过快,使条烟飞出链板的情况,进一步提高了设备运行的稳定性。

1.一种条烟叠烟设备用的分拣计数装置,其特征在于:包括输送机构Ⅰ(11),输送机构Ⅰ(11)经过渡机构(12)与输送机构Ⅱ(13)连接;所述的输送机构Ⅰ(11)包括两条用于夹持运送条烟的输送带ⅠA(111)和输送带ⅠB(112);所述的输送机构Ⅱ(13)包括两条用于夹持运送条烟的输送带ⅡA(131)和输送带ⅡB(132),输送机构Ⅰ(11)的输送速度小于输送机构Ⅱ(13)输送速度;所述的过渡机构(12)包括连接输送带ⅠA(111)和输送带ⅡA(131)间间隙的过渡皮带(121),过渡皮带(121)上方设有压紧轮(122);所述的输送机构Ⅱ(13)的出口处设有计数器;所述的输送带ⅠB(112)和输送带ⅡB(132)均经连接板(14)与调节气缸(16)连接。
