Background
The lead-acid accumulator is mainly made of lead and its oxide, and the electrolyte is a kind of sulfuric acid solution. In a discharge state, the main component of the positive electrode is lead dioxide, and the main component of the negative electrode is lead; in the charged state, the main components of the anode and the cathode are lead sulfate. The battery is divided into an exhaust type storage battery and a maintenance-free lead-acid battery. The lead-acid accumulator features its plastic sealing cover with vent hole on its top. These filling caps are used for filling pure water, checking electrolyte and exhausting gas. Along with the upgrade of the manufacturing technology of the storage battery, the lead-acid storage battery is developed into a lead-acid maintenance-free storage battery and a colloid maintenance-free storage battery, and electrolyte or distilled water is not required to be added in the use of the lead-acid storage battery. Oxygen is mainly generated by the positive electrode, so that oxygen circulation can be achieved by absorbing the oxygen at the negative electrode, and moisture reduction can be prevented. The lead acid water battery is mostly applied to the starting of tractors, tricycles and automobiles, etc., and the maintenance-free lead acid battery has wider application range, including uninterrupted power supply, electric vehicle power, electric bicycle battery, etc.
In the production of the lead-acid storage battery, after the pole plate wrapping sheets enter the groove, in order to prevent the sheets from falling and improve the subsequent cast welding quality, the side negative pole lugs of each single cell need to slightly bend towards the center of the single cell. The existing operation method is that the corresponding iron sheet is used for bending the tab manually, so that the labor requirement is high and the production efficiency is low; and later dissection of the lagging battery reveals that the upper end of the AGM separator close to the side negative plate in the battery cluster is damaged in a penetrating way, so that the battery is micro-shorted. When the damage is manual bending of the tab, the tab is forced to squeeze the separator, and the squeezed separator is subjected to current in the later repeated charge and discharge process to form penetrating damage, so that the battery is micro-short-circuited, and the service life of the battery is greatly reduced.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the side-inserted bending electrode is adopted, the AGM separator is protected by the electrode lug limiting slotting tool while the electrode lug is accurately bent, the technical problem of micro-short circuit caused by extrusion damage of the AGM separator can be effectively solved, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.

Further, the battery limit groove 4 is fixed on the base 1 through a screw, and the battery limit groove 4 is arranged to be of a U-shaped structure with the same direction as the adjusting groove 5.
Further, a protective cover 8 is installed on the upper baffle plate 2 right above the adjusting groove 5, and the middle part of the protective cover 8 is arranged to be of a hollow structure communicated with the adjusting groove 5.
Furthermore, one end of the pole group limiting pressing strip 7 is inserted into the pressing strip resetting box 6 and is connected through a rotating shaft 14, an adjusting bolt 15 is screwed and inserted into the pressing strip resetting box 6 through threads, the bottom of the adjusting bolt 15 is abutted to the end of the pole group limiting pressing strip 7, and the outer end of the pole group limiting pressing strip 7 is connected with the protective cover 8 through a spring 16.

Further, the lug bending cutter 12 is parallel to the base 1, a plurality of pairs of lug cutting heads 13 are arranged on opposite surfaces of the lug bending cutter 12 on the lug bending device 10 side by side, the root parts of opposite surfaces of each pair of two lug cutting heads 13 are provided with lug bending final acting surfaces 17, the end parts of the lug bending final acting surfaces are provided with transition curved surfaces 18, the lug bending final acting surfaces 17 form an included angle of 33 degrees with the vertical direction when the lug bending cutter 12 is horizontally placed right side up, the lug bending effect is good, the lug is not damaged, and the transition curved surfaces 18 are used for guiding the lug along the curved surface to the final acting surfaces 17 in a compliant manner.
Working principle: during operation, the battery is pushed into the battery limiting groove 4, the side surface of the battery is required to be completely attached to the inner wall of the battery limiting groove 4, and the side negative plate lug at the upper end of the battery is arranged between the two lug bending devices 10; the electrode group limiting pressing strips 7 are downwards stirred, so that the electrode lugs on the same side of the electrode group are arranged on two sides of the electrode group limiting pressing strips 7 and are positioned on the same straight line, the width of the electrode group limiting strips 7 is just matched with the spacing between the electrode lugs of the battery, each electrode lug on one straight line before and after the electrode lug bending action is ensured, and the subsequent cast welding quality is ensured; at the moment, the electrode group limiting pressing strip 7 is 1-2mm lower than the upper end of the electrode lug of the side negative plate, and the pressing position of the electrode group limiting pressing strip 7 can be set by screwing the adjusting bolt 15; starting the air cylinder 9 to operate, wherein the air cylinder 9 pushes the tab limiting inserting knife 11 and the bent tab cutter 12 to operate simultaneously, at the moment, the outer edge of the limiting inserting strip 19 is tightly attached to the negative tab, the tab is prevented from extruding the AGM partition plate when the tab is bent, the limiting inserting strip 19 is integrally connected with the bent tab cutter 12, the tab is subjected to bending operation, and then the cutter is automatically reset; and taking out the battery with the bent tab and flowing into the next working procedure.
