技术领域
本发明涉及键盘配件领域,尤指一种可变力按键。
背景技术
键盘是计算机最常用也是最主要的输入设备,通过敲击键盘可以将英文字母、数字、标点符号等输入到计算机中,从而向计算机发出命令、输入数据等。键盘分为机械键盘、薄膜键盘、导电硅胶键盘、电容键盘,其中以机械键盘节奏感强,长期使用手感不会改变深受游戏玩家喜爱。
目前,机械键盘段落感和压力主要靠采用不同轴来改变段落感,如市面上常用的黑、红、青、茶四种轴。黑轴段落感最强;红轴基本上没有段落感;青轴段落感比较小,但层次明显,带有明显的节奏声音;茶轴段落感与青轴差不多,只是层次感不强。如果想感受不同的手感,用户必须购买不同颜色轴的机械键盘。如果不清楚自己的喜好很容易购买不适合自己的机械键盘,从而造成用户重复购买,浪费成本。同样也不能按照自己喜好定义机械轴的段落感和力度。
为解决上述问题,申请人公开了一种磁力式按键(公布号CN107785202A),包括外壳和设于外壳中的中轴本体,所述中轴本体的顶部设有键帽座,所述中轴本体的底部伸入外壳内,按压键帽座后使中轴本体在底座内能够沿竖直方向往复移动,其特征在于:所述中轴本体上设有将中轴本体区分为两段的挡片,在中轴本体的上段设有第一磁性元件,位于第一磁性元件的同轴下设有可上下运动的第二磁性元件,所述中轴本体的下段设有复位弹簧,所述外壳内设有第三磁性元件,所述第三磁性元件为通电电流大小能够调节的通电线圈。
由于第一磁性元件是固定在中轴本体的上段,第二磁性元件是永磁性元件,因此在起始状态下第二磁性元件通过磁力作用吸合在第一磁性元件上,当下压按键触发通电线圈导通时,通过控制电流使第三磁性元件给第二磁性元件一个与按键按压方向相反的斥力,随后改变电流通电方向,第二磁性元件和第三磁性元件之间产生磁力并大于第一磁性元件与第二磁性元件之间的磁力,第二磁性元件延中轴本体向底部运动并撞击设在中轴本体上的挡板,产生下压段落感。
在实际操作中发现,由于第二磁性元件是吸合在第一磁性元件上,第二磁性元件与第三磁性元件间的距离是很远的,则第三磁性元件给第二磁性元件的斥力实际上是很小,同时由于采用线圈,产生的磁场比较弱,因此产生的段落感不强,降低了用户的体验感,需要增大好几倍或数十倍的电流给第三磁性元件才能提高段落感,使用不方便;此外由于磁铁和弹簧穿过线圈中心,线圈也无法增加铁心来增强其效率。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种可变力按键,可实现多种变力方式,大幅提高按键的段落感,提高用户的体验感,同时通过对电流微小的改变,即可明显改变按键的段落感强度。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种可变力按键,包括外壳、中轴、磁环、电磁铁,所述中轴伸入所述外壳内,中轴的顶端固定设置有键帽座,所述中轴的底端和外壳的内底面之间设有复位弹簧,中轴在外壳内可沿竖直方向往复移动,所述中轴的底端还固定设置有限位件,所述限位件底端的外壁沿周向设有凸缘,所述磁环套接在所述限位件外壁并位于所述凸缘上端,且磁环为沿限位件轴向充磁的永磁体,所述电磁铁设置在外壳内的底部,且所述中轴下行移动时,所述电磁铁可穿入所述限位件内部,所述电磁铁的电流大小和方向均能调节。
具体地,所述外壳的底端固定设置有用于对所述电磁铁施加控制电流的控制电路板,所述控制电路板上设有对控制电路板进行触发控制的触发组件,所述触发组件通过中轴下行移动产生触发信号,所述触发组件与控制电路板的输入端连接,所述控制电路板的控制输出端与电磁铁连接。
具体地,所述外壳的底端设有与所述电磁铁对应的通孔,所述电磁铁穿过所述通孔并与所述控制电路板连接。
具体地,所述外壳的内侧面沿竖直方向设有滑槽,所述中轴上设有与滑槽对应的滑块,且所述滑块与所述滑槽滑动连接。

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过采用电磁铁,由于电磁铁4的铁心导磁率远远大于空气,空气的磁导率约为1,而电磁铁所用铁心的导磁率可以到几千,而线圈产生的磁场大小与线圈磁场回路的磁导率成正比,从而在很小的电流作用下可以产生很大的磁力,从而作用到磁铁上的斥力和吸力也增加,可以有效产生向上的推力和向下的拉力,大大改善用户的段落感强度;同时由于磁环套接或设置在限位件内部,在键帽座受压下移时,电磁铁可穿入所述限位件内部,使得电磁铁和磁环的距离可以重合或者远离,从而可实现多种的变力控制方式。

实施例一
请参阅图1-4,本发明关于一种可变力按键,包括外壳1、中轴2、磁环3、电磁铁4,所述中轴2伸入所述外壳1内,中轴2的顶端固定设置有键帽座23,所述中轴2的底端和外壳1的内底面之间设有复位弹簧5,中轴2在外壳1内可沿竖直方向往复移动,所述中轴2的底端还固定设置有限位件6,限位件6可以设置成空心圆柱体,所述限位件6底端的外壁沿周向设有凸缘62,所述磁环3套接在所述限位件6外壁并位于所述凸缘62上端,且磁环3为沿限位件6轴向充磁的永磁体,所述电磁铁4设置在外壳1内的底部,且所述中轴2下行移动时,所述电磁铁4可穿入所述限位件6内部,所述电磁铁4的电流大小和方向均能调节。
由于磁环套接或设置在限位件内部,在键帽座受压下移时,电磁铁可穿入所述限位件内部,使得电磁铁和磁环的距离可以重合或者远离,从而可实现多种的变力控制方式。
下面对几种控制方式作说明。
(1)在自然状态下,磁环3由于重力作用沿限位件6下移后贴合在限位件6底端的凸缘62上,使得磁环3和电磁铁4的距离变小。
当施加一个压力到键帽座23,中轴2带动限位件6向下运动,电磁铁4正向通电后,电磁铁4对磁环3产生斥力,使磁环3沿限位件6向上运动撞击中轴2,从而给中轴2产生一个向上的推力;电磁铁4反向通电后,电磁铁4对磁环3产生磁力,使磁环3迅速向下运动撞击限位件6的凸缘62产生段落感,由于推力和斥力都是是通过磁环3撞击产生的,因此段落感会非常的明显,增加用户的体验感。
(2)在自然状态下,施加一个小电流给电磁铁4,使其对磁环3产生一个斥力,使磁环3保持在中轴2底部,当施加一个压力到键帽座23,中轴2带限位件6向下运动,电磁铁4加大斥力电流,电磁铁4对磁环3产生突变斥力,使磁环3推动中轴2向上产生一个推力,然后再施加一个反向电流给电磁铁使磁铁4与磁环3相吸,使磁环3迅速向下运动撞击凸缘62产生向下的段落感。改变每个阶段的电流大小就可以控制各阶段力度,实现不同的手感。
(3)电磁铁4设计成薄饼状,磁环可以从电磁铁4上面跟随中轴2运动到电磁铁4下面。这默认情况下,给电磁铁4施加一个反向电流,使电磁铁4与磁环2产生斥力,当施加一个压力到键帽座23,中轴2带动磁环3向下运动,当磁环3靠经电磁铁4使向上的推力增加,直到磁环3中心与电磁铁4中心重合,斥力消失。当中轴2推动磁环3继续向下运动时,磁环3受到电磁铁4向下的斥力推动磁环3迅速向下运动产生段落感。这种方式的控制方法和控制电路比较简单。
由于电磁铁4的铁心导磁率远远大于空气,空气的磁导率约为1,而电磁铁所用铁心的导磁率可以到几千,而线圈产生的磁场大小与线圈磁场回路的磁导率成正比,从而在很小的电流作用下可以产生很大的磁力,从而作用到磁铁上的斥力和吸力也增加,可以有效产生向上的推力和向下的拉力,大大改善用户的段落感强度。
中轴2下移时会通过触发组件向控制电路板7发射触发信号,使控制电路板7对电磁铁4施加正向或反向的控制电流,从而使电磁铁4对磁环3产生磁力或斥力。
本实施例中,所述外壳1的底端设有与所述电磁铁4对应的通孔11,所述电磁铁4穿过所述通孔11并与所述控制电路板7连接。
通过在外壳1底端设计通孔11,让电磁铁4直接穿过通孔11,方便将电磁铁4的焊脚41与控制电路板7进行焊接,相比于传统外壳1上设计弹片和焊脚41的对接方式,本实施例的连接方式更加方便且牢固。
本实施例中,所述外壳1的内侧面沿竖直方向设有滑槽12,所述中轴2上设有与滑槽12对应的滑块21,且所述滑块21与所述滑槽12滑动连接。
滑块21与滑槽12的滑动配合,为中轴2的移动提供导向作用,使中轴2的移动更加平稳准确。
本实施例中,所述限位件6是以圆周阵列形式排布的若干圆弧块61。
通过若干沿圆周方向间距排布的圆弧块61组成限位件6,可以节省限位件6的材料,同时减轻键帽座23的重量。
本实施例中,所述中轴2的底端设有导柱22,所述外壳1的底端设有与所述导柱22对应的导套17,所述导柱22插接于所述导套17内,且所述复位弹簧5套接于所述导柱22表面。
通过导柱22沿导套17移动,保证复位弹簧5的弹力作用是沿着竖直方向的,使中轴2的复位平稳准确。
本实施例中,所述外壳1包括底座13和上盖14,所述底座13的外侧面设有卡块15,所述上盖14的侧面设有与所述卡块15对应的卡槽16,通过所述卡块15卡接在所述卡槽16内,所述上盖14与所述底座13固定连接。
通过卡块15与卡槽16的卡接,实现上盖14与底座13的可拆卸连接,方便进行拆修和更换零件。
本实施例中,中轴2的底端设置有磁体,所述磁环3磁吸在磁体上。在自然状态下,磁环3由于中轴2底部磁体吸力保持的中轴3底部,当施加一个压力到键帽座23,中轴2带动限位件7向下运动,电磁铁4正向通电后,电磁铁4对磁环3产生斥力,使磁环3推动中轴2向上产生一个推力,然后再施加一个反向电流给电磁铁4使磁环3与电磁铁4相吸,使磁环3迅速向下运动撞击凸缘62产生向下的段落感。

请参阅图5-6,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种可变力按键,包括外壳1、中轴2、磁环3、电磁铁4,所述中轴2伸入所述外壳1内,中轴2的顶端固定设置有键帽座23,所述中轴2的底端和外壳1的内底面之间设有复位弹簧5,中轴2在外壳1内可沿竖直方向往复移动,所述中轴2的底端还固定设置有限位件6,限位件6可以设置成空心圆柱体,所述限位件6底端的内壁沿周向设有凸缘62,所述磁环3安置在所述限位件6内部并位于所述凸缘62上端,且磁环3为沿限位件6轴向充磁的永磁体,所述电磁铁4设置在外壳1内的底部,且所述中轴2下行移动时,所述电磁铁4可穿入所述限位件6内部,所述电磁铁4的电流大小和方向均能调节。
以上实施方式仅仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通工程技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本发明的权利要求书确定的保护范围内。
Claims (8)
1.一种可变力按键,其特征在于:包括外壳、中轴、磁环、电磁铁,所述中轴伸入所述外壳内,中轴的顶端固定设置有键帽座,所述中轴的底端和外壳的内底面之间设有复位弹簧,中轴在外壳内可沿竖直方向往复移动,所述中轴的底端还固定设置有限位件,所述限位件底端的外壁沿周向设有凸缘,所述磁环套接在所述限位件外壁并位于所述凸缘上端,或者所述限位件底端的内壁沿周向设有凸缘,所述磁环安置在所述限位件内部并位于所述凸缘上端,且磁环为沿限位件轴向充磁的永磁体,所述电磁铁设置在外壳内的底部,且所述中轴下行移动时,所述电磁铁可穿入所述限位件内部,所述电磁铁的电流大小和方向均能调节。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可变力按键,其特征在于:所述外壳的底端固定设置有用于对所述电磁铁施加控制电流的控制电路板,所述控制电路板上设有对控制电路板进行触发控制的触发组件,所述触发组件通过中轴下行移动产生触发信号,所述触发组件与控制电路板的输入端连接,所述控制电路板的控制输出端与电磁铁连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可变力按键,其特征在于:所述外壳的底端设有与所述电磁铁对应的通孔,所述电磁铁穿过所述通孔并与所述控制电路板连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可变力按键,其特征在于:所述外壳的内侧面沿竖直方向设有滑槽,所述中轴上设有与滑槽对应的滑块,且所述滑块与所述滑槽滑动连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可变力按键,其特征在于:所述限位件是以圆周阵列形式排布的若干圆弧块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可变力按键,其特征在于:所述中轴的底端设有导柱,所述外壳的底端设有与所述导柱对应的导套,所述导柱插接于所述导套内,且所述复位弹簧套接于所述导柱表面。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的可变力按键,其特征在于:所述外壳包括底座和上盖,所述底座的外侧面设有卡块,所述上盖的侧面设有与所述卡块对应的卡槽,通过所述卡块卡接在所述卡槽内,所述上盖与所述底座固定连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的可变力按键,其特征在于:所述中轴的底端设置有磁体,所述磁环磁吸在磁体上。
