Description

Household appliance and bottom foot assembly thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of household appliances, and particularly provides a household appliance and a bottom foot assembly thereof.
Background
The cabinet base of the washing machine is generally mounted with a plurality of adjustment legs. When the ground on which the washing machine is placed is uneven, the washing machine can be in a horizontal state of the whole machine by adjusting the height of each adjusting foot of the base from the ground, so that the problem of large shaking amplitude of the washing machine body when the washing machine is in a working state due to gravity center offset is solved.
At present, most of adjusting feet arranged on the washing machine are foot bolts. Specifically, a threaded hole matched with the foot bolt is formed in the base of the box body of the washing machine, and the foot bolt is screwed in/out of the threaded hole to adjust the extending length of the foot bolt relative to the base of the washing machine, so that the washing machine can be in a horizontal state of the whole machine. The drawback of the footing bolt is that: when the washing machine is placed on the ground and has a concave or convex uneven structure, even if the washing machine is in a horizontal state of the whole machine by adjusting the extending length of each foot bolt, the bottom of the foot bolt supported at the concave or convex position may not be completely contacted with the placed ground, so that the washing machine may be unstably placed under certain conditions (such as when the body of the washing machine slightly vibrates during washing operation), and the horizontal state of the whole machine cannot be always maintained.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new foot assembly for a home appliance that solves the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, i.e., to solve the problem of poor stability of the foot bolt of the conventional washing machine when the floor is placed on the uneven ground, in one aspect, the present invention provides a foot assembly of a home appliance, the foot assembly including an upright leg and an inclined leg movably fitted over the upright leg, the inclined leg supporting the upright leg from a side so as to support the home appliance in a placing position together with the upright leg.
In a preferred technical solution of the above footing assembly, the inclined supporting leg includes a base body, a connecting structure is disposed on an upper side of the base body, the base body is movably sleeved to the upright supporting leg through the connecting structure, a lower side of the base body is supported at the placing position, and an included angle is formed between the base body and the vertical direction.
In a preferred embodiment of the foot assembly, the upright leg includes a stud, and the connecting structure is a ring-shaped structure disposed on the upper side of the base and allowing the stud to pass through.
In a preferred embodiment of the foot assembly, the base body is a curved plate, the upper side of which is connected to the ring-shaped structure.
In a preferred embodiment of the foot assembly, the upper side of the curved plate has a smaller width than the lower side of the curved plate.
In a preferred embodiment of the above foot assembly, the curved plate is provided with a support pad on its underside.
In a preferred embodiment of the foot assembly, the foot assembly further comprises an adjustment nut located above the connecting structure, the adjustment nut being axially movable on the stud for adjusting the axial position of the base body on the stud.
In a preferred embodiment of the above foot assembly, the foot assembly further includes a spacer movably sleeved to the stud and located between the inclined support leg and the adjusting nut, and the spacer has different thicknesses along a circumferential direction thereof.
In a preferred technical solution of the above foot assembly, the foot assembly further includes a locking nut matched with the stud, and the locking nut locks the stud in a manner of abutting against the bottom of the household appliance.
In another aspect, the invention further provides a household appliance, which comprises any one of the foot components.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in the solution of the present invention, the foot assembly of the household appliance comprises an upright leg and a tilting leg, wherein the tilting leg is movably sleeved on the upright leg so as to be able to adjust the axial position of the tilting leg on the upright leg. Through the arrangement, when the placing position for placing the household appliance is uneven (such as a place position with a bulge or a pit), a user can adjust the extending length of the upright support leg and the axial position of the inclined support leg on the upright support leg according to the actual flatness of the placing position of each foot component, so that the inclined support leg can support the upright support leg from the side part, the washing machine can be supported by the auxiliary upright support leg, the household appliance can be supported at the placing position by the inclined support leg and the upright support leg, sufficient contact area is ensured between the foot component and the placing position, and the household appliance can be always in a stable horizontal placing state.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications. For example, although the foot assembly of the present invention is described in conjunction with the cabinet of a washing machine, the application of the foot assembly of the present invention is obviously not limited to the washing machine, and other appliances/devices besides the laundry treatment device such as a washing machine can be configured with the foot assembly to improve the adaptability of the appliances/devices to the place where the appliances/devices are placed, such as a refrigerator, a furniture cabinet, etc.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms of direction or positional relationship indicated by the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are only for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted" and "connected" are to be interpreted broadly, e.g., as being fixed or detachable or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring first to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is an operational view of the foot assembly of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a general structural view of the foot assembly of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the washing machine includes a cabinet (not shown) and a washing tub (not shown) sleeved in the cabinet, and a plurality of foot assemblies are disposed at the bottom of the cabinet so that the foot assemblies can support the washing machine on the ground. The foot component comprises an upright supporting leg 1 and an inclined supporting leg 2, wherein the inclined supporting leg 2 is movably sleeved on the upright supporting leg 1, so that the inclined supporting leg 2 can move to the position on the upright supporting leg 1 and can support the inclined supporting leg 2 on the ground while the upright supporting leg 1 supports to the ground, and the inclined supporting leg 2 can support the washing machine in a manner of supporting to the upright supporting leg 1, namely, the inclined supporting leg 2 supports the upright supporting leg 1 from the circumferential side part of the upright supporting leg 1 so as to assist the upright supporting leg 1 to support the washing machine, so that the inclined supporting leg 2 and the upright supporting leg 1 can jointly support the washing machine on the ground.
Through the arrangement, when the washing machine is placed on the ground with poor flatness (for example, when some foot components of the washing machine are just supported on the concave or convex positions of the ground), the washing machine can be supported on the ground through the upright support legs 1, and the inclined support legs 2 can be supported on the ground near the upright support legs 1 in a manner of adjusting the positions of the inclined support legs 2 on the upright support legs 1, so that the situation that the washing machine cannot stably keep the horizontal placement state due to the fact that the upright support legs 1 are supported on the concave or convex positions of the ground and the contact area with the ground is small is avoided. That is to say, the washing machine can be supported on the ground through the upright support legs 1 and the inclined support legs 2, so that the problem that the contact area between the bottom foot assembly of the washing machine and the ground is too small to influence the placing stability of the washing machine is avoided, the washing machine can be more reliably kept in a horizontal placing state, the problems of severe vibration and high noise of the machine body caused by unstable placing of the washing machine in a working state (such as washing operation) are effectively solved, and the user experience is improved.
Referring next to fig. 4 and with continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 4 is a schematic illustration of the construction of the upstanding leg of the foot assembly of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, in particular, the upright support 1 includes a stud 11, a bottom of a cabinet of the washing machine (e.g., a corner position of the bottom of the cabinet) is provided with a threaded hole matching with the stud 11, and the stud 11 is screwed to the cabinet of the washing machine through the threaded hole, so that a user can adjust the extending length of the stud 11 relative to the bottom of the cabinet of the washing machine by screwing in/out the stud 11, thereby enabling the washing machine to achieve horizontal placement of the cabinet by adjusting each stud 11 under the condition that the floor is uneven and by respectively enabling each stud 11 to be at a proper extending length.
More specifically, the stud 11 is also provided with a lock nut 3. After the protruding length of the stud 11 relative to the bottom of the box body of the washing machine is adjusted, the locking nut 3 is rotated towards the direction close to the bottom of the box body along the axial direction of the stud 11 until the locking nut 3 is tightly abutted to the outer side surface of the bottom of the box body, so that the matching of the external thread on the stud 11 and the threaded hole in the bottom of the box body is tighter, and the protruding length of the stud 11 is prevented from changing and the horizontal placing state of the washing machine is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the stud 11 is in threaded connection with the box body in a loose mode after the washing machine is placed for a long time. In addition, the bottom of the stud 11 is also glued/coated with a first support pad 12. The first supporting pad 12 is made of elastic material such as rubber, and the stud 11 is supported to the ground through the first supporting pad 12, so as to increase the friction force between the stud 11 and the ground, prevent the washing machine in the working state from sliding and shifting on the ground when slightly vibrating due to the larger smoothness of the ground (for example, the ground is paved by building materials with larger smoothness such as ceramic tiles), or avoid the stud 11 from damaging the ground due to the overlarge pressure applied on the ground (for example, the ground is paved by building materials with poorer pressure resistance such as wooden floors). Of course, in order to further enhance the stable supporting effect of the adjustable foot, the first supporting pad 12 is further provided with a plurality of suckers 13 on the side close to the ground. In the case that the stud 11 is supported to the ground, the suction cup 13 is pressed to the ground due to the gravity of the washing machine while the stud 11 supports the washing machine, thereby being in a state of being adsorbed to the ground, and the placement stability of the washing machine is greatly increased when the ground is laid by a smooth material that can be adsorbed, such as tiles, wooden floors, etc.
In the above description, it is first noted that the stud 11 may have a column-shaped structure with an external thread formed thereon, or a fastener such as a bolt may be used. Secondly, the locking nut 3 is not limited to the locking mode of screwing to be close to the bottom of the box body, for example, a clamping structure combination can be arranged between the locking nut 3 and the box body, when the locking nut 3 is rotated to be close to the box body, the clamping structure combination is in a clamping state, so that the locking nut 3 is prevented from loosening in a mode of limiting the change of the relative position of the locking nut 3 and the box body, and the change of the extending length of the stud 11 matched with the locking nut 3 relative to the bottom of the box body is limited. That is, the locking manner and the specific structure of the lock nut 3 are not limited as long as the lock nut 3 can satisfy the protruding length requirement of the lock stud 11.
Referring again to fig. 3 and with continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 3 is a schematic illustration of the construction of the angled leg of the foot assembly of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the tilt leg 2 includes a base 21 and a connection structure 22, wherein the connection structure 22 is provided on the upper side of the base 1 by fixing connection such as welding or bonding or integral molding such as casting, and the lower side of the base 21 is supported on the ground near the stud 11. And the foot assembly further comprises an adjusting nut 4 matching the stud 11, the adjusting nut 4 being fitted onto the stud 11 and located above the connecting structure 22, so that the adjusting nut 4, when moving up and down axially on the stud 11, is able to adjust the axial position of the tilting leg 2 on the stud 11 by abutting and pushing down the tilting leg 2, mainly the connecting structure 22 of the tilting leg 2. On the basis, the base body 21 and the vertical direction (namely the axial direction of the stud 11) form an included angle, so that when the base body 21 and the stud 11 are simultaneously supported on the ground, the inclined base body 21, the vertical stud 11 and the ground can form a triangular structure, and the supporting effect of the foot component is optimized. That is, while the stud 11 supports the washing machine, the base body 21 also supports the washing machine by being supported obliquely to the stud 11, largely ensuring stable placement of the washing machine.
Referring again to FIG. 5, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the angled leg of the foot assembly of the present invention showing the angle of the base and the vertical. As shown in fig. 5, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the "base 21 has an angle with the vertical direction (i.e. the axial direction of the stud 11)" can be understood as: each with the central axis L of the stud 111After the overlapped surface a passes through the base body 21, the upper end point M and the lower end point N of the cutting plane are connected to obtain a connecting line L under the condition of neglecting the thickness of the base body 212Then L is1And L2The angle b is approximately the angle between the base 21 and the vertical (i.e. the axial direction of the stud 11). That is, in the case where the base 21 has an angle with the vertical direction, the base 21 is expanded obliquely outward from the upper side to the lower side.
When the washing machine is placed on an uneven ground, firstly, the extension lengths of the studs 11 at the bottom of the box body of the washing machine are respectively adjusted and locked, so that the box body is in a horizontal placing state of the whole machine. At this time, the washing machine is supported to the ground only by the stud 11, and the base body 21 does not contact the ground (or lightly contacts the ground without support); then, the adjusting nut 4 is rotated downwards along the axial direction of the stud 11, so that the adjusting nut 4 moves downwards relative to the stud 11 and abuts against the top end of the connecting structure 22, so as to push the inclined support leg 2 to move downwards along the axial direction of the stud 11, and change the position of the inclined support leg 2 on the stud until the bottom end of the base body 21 is supported to the ground, and at the moment, the washing machine is supported to the ground through the inclined support leg 2 besides the upright support leg 1.
In the process of adjusting the inclined support legs 2 of each foot component, due to the uneven position on the ground, except that the foot components supported at the flat position on the ground are completely adjusted according to the steps, when the inclined support legs 2 supported at the uneven position (pit or bulge) on the stud 11 are adjusted, before the inclined support legs 2 are pressed to the ground by the adjusting nuts 4, the base body 21 of the inclined support legs 2 is adjusted to one side of the stud 11 according to the support condition of the stud 11 on the ground, namely, the base body 21 is adjusted to one side of the stud 11 (for example, one position in the circumferential direction of the stud 11 such as the front side, the rear side, the left side and the right side of the stud 11) in a mode of rotating the base body 21 along the circumferential direction of the stud 11, so that the pressure of the washing machine acting on the stud 11 can be dispersed to the inclined support legs 2 mostly, thereby increasing the support stability of the foot assembly. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, for the foot assembly of FIG. 1, when the stud 11 is supported on a ledge of the ground, the washing machine may have a tendency to tilt to the left, as per the orientation of FIG. 1. At this time, the pressure of the washing machine against the stud 11 is mainly concentrated to the portion located on the left side of the stud 11. In this case, the base body 21 may be moved to the left side of the stud 11 to increase the supporting force of the foot assembly to the washing machine, so that the upright legs 1 can more stably support the washing machine by the inclined legs 2.
With continued reference to fig. 1, 2 and 3, as a preferred embodiment, the connecting structure 22 is a ring-shaped structure disposed on the base 21 and allowing the stud 11 to pass through. The substrate 21 is a curved plate. The curved plate is provided with an arc which is recessed outwards relative to the stud 11, so that the shape of the upper side of the curved plate can be matched with the annular structure (namely the annular structure illustrated in the figure), the upper side of the curved plate can be ensured to be attached to the annular structure along the circumferential direction, and the curved plate and the annular structure have larger contact area, so that the connection between the curved plate and the annular structure is more reliable. More preferably, the width of the upper side of the curved plate is smaller than that of the lower side of the curved plate, so as to avoid the influence of the small contact area between the curved plate and the ground on the supporting effect.
In the above embodiments, the ring-shaped structure is a ring-shaped structure that is connected to the curved plate by a fixed connection such as welding or an integral molding such as casting. Although the annular structure is exemplified as a circular ring structure, the annular structure may be any other annular structure having any shape such as a polygonal ring that can allow the stud 11 to pass therethrough. Further, the position of the ring-shaped structure is not limited to the upper side of the curved plate, and the ring-shaped structure may be provided near the middle of the curved plate. In addition, according to the actual supporting requirement, the lower side of the curved plate may be provided with the second supporting pad 23 and/or the suction cup 13 to avoid scratching the ground, enhance the friction force between the curved plate and the smooth ground, and improve the stability of the inclined leg 2 when supporting the washing machine.
Since the inclined supporting leg 2 is moved to a direction close to the ground and supported on the ground by being pushed down by the adjusting nut 4, and the thickness of the adjusting nut 4 is relatively small, in order to shorten the moving process of the inclined supporting leg 2 (i.e. shorten the moving path of the adjusting nut 4) and quickly place the inclined supporting leg 2 in a supporting state when the user adjusts the inclined supporting leg 2, the adjusting time of the inclined supporting leg 2 is shortened, preferably, the foot assembly further comprises a gasket 5, and the gasket 5 is movably sleeved on the stud 11 and is located between the ring structure and the adjusting nut 4. When the adjusting nut 4 moves along the stud 11 in the direction close to the ground, the adjusting nut 4 abuts against the washer 5 and pushes the tilting leg 2 to move downward through the washer 5. The spacer 5 has different thicknesses along the circumferential direction thereof, wherein, as a specific embodiment, the upper side of the spacer 5 is attached to the adjusting nut 4 (i.e. the adjusting nut 4 is a normal nut with a planar lower surface, and the upper side of the spacer 5 is also a planar surface and is flush with the lower side of the adjusting nut 4), and the lower side is a special-shaped structure 51 (such as a raised structure, a recessed structure, a curved surface, an inclined surface, etc.).
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the underside of the gasket 5 is beveled (i.e., the contoured structure 51 is beveled) such that one side (i.e., the right side in fig. 1 or 2) of the gasket 5 has a greater thickness and the other side (i.e., the left side in fig. 1 or 2) has a lesser thickness. Before the adjusting nut 4 presses the gasket 5 to push the inclined support leg 2 towards the ground, the gasket 5 is rotated to align the position of the larger thickness of the gasket 5 with the position of the curved plate connected to the annular structure, and then the adjusting nut 4 is rotated to adjust the position of the inclined support leg 2 on the stud 11. In this case, the curved plate can be pushed to be supported on the ground by moving the adjusting nut 4 only a short distance, and the length of the moving path of the adjusting nut 4 on the stud 11 is shortened. Of course, the above-mentioned irregular structure 51 may be an irregular convex structure fixedly connected to the lower side of the gasket 5, that is, the manner of arranging the gasket 5 with uneven thickness is not only the above-mentioned manner of directly forming the irregular structure on the gasket 5.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that although the substrate 21 is shown as a curved plate structure, this is not a limitation. For example, the base body 21 may be a flat plate structure obliquely disposed on the stud 11 or a plate structure provided with an undulating undulation in a case where the support requirement is satisfied. In addition, embodiments of the connection structure 22 are not limited to a ring structure. For example, the connecting structure 22 may also be a plate-like structure connected to the base body 21 provided with a through hole that allows the stud 11 to pass through. The specific structural forms of the base 21 and the connecting structure 22 may be varied without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
In summary, in the preferred technical solution of the present invention, a plurality of foot assemblies are disposed at the bottom of the cabinet of the washing machine. The foot assembly comprises an upright leg 1 and an inclined leg 2 movably arranged on the upright leg 1, wherein the upright leg 1 comprises a stud 11 vertically screwed to the bottom of the box body, and the inclined leg 2 comprises a connecting structure 22 slidably sleeved on the stud 11 and a base body 21 connected to the connecting structure 22. An adjusting nut 4 for adjusting the position of the inclined supporting leg 2 is also matched on the stud 11 and above the connecting structure 22. Through the arrangement, when the washing machine is placed on uneven ground, the washing machine can be supported on the ground through the stud 11 and also can be supported on the ground through the inclined support legs 2, so that the situation that when the washing machine is supported on the ground only through the stud 11, the contact area between the stud 11 and the ground is too small, the washing machine cannot be kept in a horizontal placing state all the time is avoided, and the placing stability of the washing machine is enhanced.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
