Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of household appliances, and particularly provides a household appliance and an adjustable bottom foot thereof.
Background
The cabinet base of the washing machine is generally mounted with a plurality of adjustment legs. When the ground on which the washing machine is placed is uneven, the washing machine can be in a complete machine horizontal state by adjusting the height of each adjusting foot position of the base from the ground, so that the problem of large body shaking amplitude of the washing machine in a working state due to gravity center offset of the washing machine is solved.
At present, most of adjusting feet arranged on the washing machine are foot bolts. Specifically, a threaded hole matched with the foot bolt is formed in the base of the box body of the washing machine, and the foot bolt is screwed in/out of the threaded hole to adjust the extending length of the foot bolt relative to the base of the washing machine, so that the washing machine can be in a horizontal state of the whole machine. The drawback of the footing bolt is that: when the floor has uneven structures such as recesses or protrusions, even if the washing machine is in a horizontal state by adjusting the extension length of each foot bolt, the bottom of the foot bolt supported in the recesses or protrusions may not be in full contact with the floor, which may cause the washing machine to be unstably placed in some situations (e.g., when the washing machine slightly vibrates during washing operation), and the horizontal state of the washing machine may not be maintained.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new adjustable foot for a household appliance to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, i.e. to solve the problem of poor stability of the foot bolt of the prior washing machine when the floor is placed on uneven ground, in one aspect, the invention provides an adjustable foot of a household appliance, wherein the adjustable foot comprises an upright foot component and an auxiliary foot component movably sleeved on the upright foot component, and the auxiliary foot component and the upright foot component jointly support the household appliance in a placing position.
In the above-mentioned preferred technical solution of the adjustable foot, the auxiliary leg assembly includes a plurality of flaring legs and a mounting ring passing through the plurality of flaring legs along the circumferential direction, and the plurality of flaring legs can move along the circumferential direction relative to the mounting ring so as to adjust the circumferential distribution density of the plurality of flaring legs on the mounting ring.
In a preferred technical solution of the above adjustable footing, the upright support leg assembly includes a stud, each of the outwardly expanded support legs is provided with a fastening ring, and the mounting ring sleeves the outwardly expanded support legs to the stud in a manner of passing through the fastening ring.
In the above-mentioned preferred technical solution of the adjustable foot, the adjustable foot further includes an adjusting nut located above the auxiliary leg assembly, and the adjusting nut can move on the stud in the axial direction of the stud so as to adjust the axial position of the auxiliary leg assembly on the stud.
In the above preferred technical solution of the adjustable footing, the adjustable footing further includes a spacer movably sleeved on the stud and located between the outward-expanding support leg and the adjusting nut.
In a preferred embodiment of the adjustable foot, the spacer has different thicknesses along its circumference.
In the preferable technical scheme of the adjustable foot, the upper side of the gasket can be attached to the adjusting nut, and the lower side of the gasket is of a special-shaped structure, so that the gasket forms different thicknesses along the circumferential direction of the gasket.
In a preferred embodiment of the adjustable foot, the adjustable foot further includes a limiting member sleeved to the stud and located below the mounting ring, and the limiting member is used for limiting the lowest position of the auxiliary leg assembly on the stud.
In a preferred embodiment of the adjustable foot, the position-limiting member is fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the stud.
In another aspect, the invention also provides a household appliance comprising any one of the adjustable feet described above.
As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, in the technical solution of the present invention, the adjustable foot of the electric home appliance includes an upright leg assembly and an auxiliary leg assembly, wherein the auxiliary leg assembly is movably sleeved on the upright leg assembly so as to be able to adjust the position of the auxiliary leg assembly on the upright leg assembly. Through the arrangement, when the placing position for placing the household appliance is uneven (if the placing position has a bulge or a pit), the household appliance can adjust the extending length of the upright supporting leg assembly and the position of the auxiliary supporting leg assembly on the upright supporting leg assembly according to the actual flatness of the placing position of each adjustable footing, so that the auxiliary supporting leg assembly and the upright supporting leg assembly can jointly support the household appliance at the placing position, enough contact area is ensured between the adjustable footing and the placing position, and the household appliance can be always in a stable horizontal placing state.

Detailed Description
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications. For example, although the adjustable foot of the present invention is described in connection with a washing machine, the application of the adjustable foot of the present invention is obviously not limited to a washing machine, and other appliances or devices besides a laundry treatment device such as a washing machine may be provided with the adjustable foot to improve the adaptability of the appliance device to the place where the appliance device is placed, such as a refrigerator, a furniture cabinet, etc.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms of direction or positional relationship indicated by the terms "upper", "lower", "vertical", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are only for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted" and "connected" are to be interpreted broadly, e.g., as being fixed or detachable or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring first to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic view showing the operation of the adjustable foot of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic view showing the overall structure of the adjustable foot of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the washing machine includes a cabinet (not shown) and a washing tub (not shown) disposed in the cabinet, and a plurality of adjustable feet are disposed at the bottom of the cabinet, so that the washing machine can be supported on the ground through the adjustable feet. The adjustable foot comprises an upright supporting leg assembly 1 and an auxiliary supporting leg assembly 2, wherein the auxiliary supporting leg assembly 2 is movably sleeved on the upright supporting leg assembly 1, so that the auxiliary supporting leg assembly 2 can move to the position on the upright supporting leg assembly 1, which can enable the auxiliary supporting leg assembly 2 to be supported on the ground, while the upright supporting leg assembly 1 is supported on the ground, and the auxiliary supporting leg assembly 2 and the upright supporting leg assembly 1 jointly support the washing machine on the ground.
Through the arrangement, when the washing machine is placed on the ground with poor flatness (for example, when some adjustable feet of the washing machine are just supported on the concave or convex positions of the ground), the washing machine can be supported on the ground through the upright support leg assembly 1, and the auxiliary support leg assembly 2 can be supported on the ground near the upright support leg assembly 1 in a manner of adjusting the position of the auxiliary support leg assembly 2 on the upright support leg assembly 1, so that the situation that the washing machine cannot stably keep the horizontal placement state due to the fact that the upright support leg assembly 1 is supported on the concave or convex positions of the ground and the contact area with the ground is small is avoided. That is to say, the washing machine can be supported on the ground through the upright support leg assembly 1 and the auxiliary support leg assembly 2 together, so that the problem that the placing stability of the washing machine is influenced due to the fact that the contact area between the adjustable bottom feet of the washing machine and the ground is too small is avoided, the washing machine can be kept in a horizontal placing state more reliably, the problems that the machine body shakes violently and the noise is large due to the fact that the washing machine is not placed stably when the washing machine is in a working state (such as washing operation) are effectively solved, and user experience is improved.
Referring next to fig. 4 and with continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of the adjustable foot upstanding leg assembly of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, in particular, the upright leg assembly 1 includes a stud 11, a bottom of a cabinet of the washing machine (e.g., a corner position of the bottom of the cabinet) is provided with a threaded hole matching with the stud 11, and the stud 11 is screwed to the cabinet of the washing machine through the threaded hole, so that a user can adjust a protruding length of the stud 11 relative to the bottom of the cabinet of the washing machine by screwing in/out the stud 11, thereby enabling the washing machine to achieve horizontal placement of the cabinet by adjusting each stud 11 in a manner that each stud 11 is at an appropriate protruding length respectively under the condition that the floor is uneven.
More specifically, the stud 11 is also provided with a lock nut 12. After the protruding length of the stud 11 relative to the bottom of the box body of the washing machine is adjusted, the locking nut 12 is rotated towards the direction close to the bottom of the box body along the axial direction of the stud 11 until the locking nut 12 is tightly abutted to the outer side surface of the bottom of the box body, so that the matching between the external thread on the stud 11 and the threaded hole in the bottom of the box body is tighter, and the protruding length of the stud 11 is prevented from changing and the horizontal placing state of the washing machine is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the stud 11 is in threaded connection with the box body in a loose mode after the washing machine is placed for a long time. In addition, the bottom of the stud 11 is also bonded/coated with a base pad 111. The bottom pad 111 is made of elastic material such as rubber, and the stud 11 is supported to the ground through the bottom pad 111, so as to increase the friction force between the stud 11 and the ground, prevent the washing machine in the working state from sliding and shifting on the ground when slightly vibrating due to the greater smoothness of the ground (for example, the ground is paved by building materials with greater smoothness such as ceramic tiles), or prevent the stud 11 from damaging the ground due to the excessive pressure acting on the ground (for example, the ground is paved by building materials with poor pressure resistance such as wooden floors). Of course, in order to further enhance the stable supporting effect of the adjustable foot, a plurality of suction cups 112 are further disposed on the bottom mat 111 on the side close to the ground. In the case that the stud 11 is supported to the ground, the suction cup 112 is pressed to the ground due to the gravity of the washing machine while the stud 11 supports the washing machine, thereby being in a state of being adsorbed to the ground, and the placement stability of the washing machine is greatly increased when the ground is laid by a smooth material that can be adsorbed, such as tiles, wooden floors, etc.
In the above description, it is first noted that the stud 11 may have a column-shaped structure with an external thread formed thereon, or a fastener such as a bolt may be used. Secondly, the lock nut 12 is not limited to the above locking manner of screwing to be close to the bottom of the box body, for example, a clamping structure combination can be arranged between the lock nut 12 and the box body, when the lock nut 12 is rotated to be close to the box body, the clamping structure combination is in a clamping state, so that the lock nut 12 is prevented from loosening in a manner of limiting the change of the relative position of the lock nut 12 and the box body, and the change of the extending length of the stud 11 matched with the lock nut 12 relative to the bottom of the box body is limited. That is, the locking manner and the specific structure of the lock nut 12 are not limited as long as the lock nut 12 can satisfy the protruding length requirement of the lock stud 11.
Referring again to fig. 3 with continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 3 is a schematic illustration of the auxiliary leg assembly of the adjustable foot of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the auxiliary leg assembly 2 includes a plurality of strip-shaped flaring legs 22 and a mounting ring 21 passing circumferentially through the plurality of flaring legs 22 as a preferred embodiment. The flaring legs 22 are disposed on the mounting ring 21, and the mounting ring 21 is sleeved on the stud 11, so that the flaring legs 22 can move circumferentially relative to the mounting ring 21, so that the circumferential distribution density of the plurality of flaring legs 22 on the mounting ring 21 can be adjusted. And the adjustable foot further comprises an adjusting nut 3 matched with the stud 11, the adjusting nut 3 is matched to the stud 11 and is positioned above the mounting ring 21 and the flaring legs 22, so that the adjusting nut 3 can adjust the axial position of the auxiliary leg assembly 2 on the stud 11 in a mode of abutting against and pushing the auxiliary leg assembly 2 downwards when moving upwards and downwards on the stud 11 along the axial direction.
When the washing machine is placed on an uneven ground, firstly, the extension lengths of the studs 11 at the bottom of the box body of the washing machine are respectively adjusted and locked, so that the box body is in a horizontal placing state of the whole machine. At this time, the washing machine is supported to the ground only by the stud 11, and the flared legs 22 do not contact the ground (or lightly contact the ground without support); then, the adjusting nut 3 is rotated downwards along the axial direction of the stud 11, so that the adjusting nut 3 moves downwards relative to the stud 11 and abuts against the top end of the mounting ring 21/the flaring leg 22, so as to push the auxiliary leg assembly 2 to move downwards along the axial direction of the stud 11, and change the position of the auxiliary leg assembly 2 on the stud until the bottom end of the flaring leg 22 is supported to the ground, and at the moment, the washing machine is supported to the ground through the auxiliary leg assembly 2 besides the upright leg assembly 1.
During the adjustment of the auxiliary foot assemblies 2 of each adjustable foot, due to the uneven position on the ground, therefore, except that the adjustable feet supported on the flat position of the ground are completely adjusted according to the steps, when adjusting the auxiliary foot assembly 2 supported on the stud 11 at an uneven position (pit or bump) on the ground, the distribution density of the flaring legs 22 on the mounting ring 21 is adjusted according to the support condition of the studs 11 on the ground before the adjusting nuts 3 press the auxiliary leg assemblies 2 to the ground, in order to move the majority of the flaring legs 22 to a position on the collar 21 where a greater degree of support is required, so that a large pressure of the washing machine acting on a certain portion of the auxiliary leg assembly 2 can be dispersed to the plurality of the splayed legs 22 which are densely distributed, thereby increasing the supporting stability of the auxiliary leg assembly 2. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, for the adjustable foot of FIG. 1, the washing machine may have a tendency to tilt to the left, as per the orientation of FIG. 1, when the stud 11 is supported on a ledge of the ground. At this time, the washing machine applies a concentrated pressure to the auxiliary leg assembly 2 mainly to the flared legs 22 located at the left side portion of the stud 11. In this case, the plurality of flared legs 22 may be moved to the left half of the mounting ring 21, so that the flared legs 22 on the left side of the stud 11 are densely distributed to increase the supporting force of the auxiliary leg assembly 2 on the left side of the stud 11 to the stud 11 (i.e., the washing machine), so that the upright leg assembly 1 can support the washing machine more stably under the action of the auxiliary leg assembly 2.
With continued reference to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the flared legs 22 are more preferably assembled to the mounting ring 21 in the following manner: a snap ring 221 is provided on the outer side (or inner side) of a position near the top end of each of the flaring legs 22, and the mounting ring 21 slidably connects all the flaring legs 22 to the mounting ring 21 in such a manner as to freely pass through the snap ring 221 of each flaring leg 22, so that the flaring legs 22 can be arranged on the stud 11 along the circumference of the stud 11 when the mounting ring 21 is sleeved on the stud 11. The mounting ring 21 is able to freely pass through the retaining ring 221 (i.e., the retaining ring 221 has a radial dimension greater than the mounting ring 21), so that the flared legs 22 are able to freely slide along the mounting ring 21 via the retaining ring 221.
In the above embodiment, the fastening ring 221 is a ring-shaped structure that is fixedly connected to the flaring leg 22 by welding or the like or integrally formed by casting or the like. And the snap ring 221 may be any ring-shaped structure such as a circular ring, a square ring, etc. capable of allowing the mounting ring 21 to pass through. In addition, the position of the fastening ring 221 is not limited to the outer side (or the inner side) of the position of the flaring leg 22 near the tip, for example, the fastening ring 221 may be provided on the surface of the tip of the flaring leg 22 or the position of the flaring leg 22 near the middle.
Since the outward-expanding support leg 22 is moved toward the ground by being pushed by the adjusting nut 3 and is supported on the ground, and the thickness of the adjusting nut 3 is relatively small, in order to shorten the moving process of the outward-expanding support leg 22 (i.e. shorten the moving path of the adjusting nut 3), quickly place the outward-expanding support leg 22 in the supporting state and shorten the adjusting time of the outward-expanding support leg 22 when the user adjusts the auxiliary support leg assembly 2, preferably, the adjustable foot further comprises a washer 4, and the washer 4 is movably sleeved on the stud 11 and is located between the outward-expanding support leg 22 (i.e. the auxiliary support leg assembly 2) and the adjusting nut 3. When the adjusting nut 3 moves along the stud 11 in the direction close to the ground, the adjusting nut 3 abuts against the gasket 4 and pushes the flaring legs 22 to move downwards through the gasket 4. Specifically, the spacer 4 has different thicknesses along the circumferential direction thereof, wherein, as a specific embodiment, the upper side of the spacer 4 is attached to the adjusting nut 3 (i.e. the adjusting nut 3 is a normal nut with a planar lower surface, and the upper side of the spacer 4 is also a planar surface and is flush with the lower side of the adjusting nut 3), and the lower side is a special-shaped structure 41 (such as a raised structure, a recessed structure, a curved surface, an inclined surface, etc.).
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the underside of the gasket 4 is beveled (i.e., the contoured structure 41 is beveled) such that one side (i.e., the right side in fig. 1 or 2) of the gasket 4 has a greater thickness and the other side (i.e., the left side in fig. 1 or 2) has a lesser thickness. Before the adjusting nut 3 presses the gasket 4 to push the outward-expanding supporting feet 22 towards the direction close to the ground, the gasket 4 is rotated to make the position with larger thickness of the gasket 4 aligned with the outward-expanding supporting feet 22 distributed more densely on the mounting ring 21, and then the adjusting nut 3 is rotated to adjust the position of the auxiliary supporting foot component 2 on the stud 11. In this case, the adjusting nut 3 is moved a short distance to push the expanding foot 22 to be supported on the ground, and the length of the moving path of the adjusting nut 3 on the stud 11 is shortened. And when the auxiliary support leg assembly 2 is in a state of being supported on the ground, the thicker part of the gasket 4 is abutted between the adjusting nut 3 and the plurality of the outer expanding support legs 22 which are densely distributed, so that the abutting force of the plurality of the outer expanding support legs 22 which are densely distributed is larger, and the abutting between the outer expanding support legs 22 and the gasket 4 can be tighter, so as to ensure the reliable support of the outer expanding support legs 22 which are densely distributed. Of course, the above-mentioned irregular structure 41 may be an irregular convex structure fixedly connected to the lower side of the gasket 4, that is, the manner of arranging the gasket 4 with uneven thickness is not only the above-mentioned manner of directly forming the irregular structure on the gasket 4.
Since the support effect of the flaring legs 22 is poor due to the excessive included angle between the flaring legs 22 and the studs 11 when the flaring legs 22 are located too close to the ground on the studs 11, in order to avoid the excessive low location of the flaring legs 22 on the studs 11, the adjustable foot preferably further comprises a limiting member 5, wherein the limiting member 5 is sleeved on the studs 11 and located below the mounting ring 21, so as to limit the lowest location of the auxiliary leg assembly 2 (particularly the mounting ring 21 of the auxiliary leg assembly 2) on the studs 11 by blocking the mounting ring 21 from moving downwards continuously. Specifically, the stop member 5 is provided on the stud 11 at a position close to the ground. As an example, the stop member is a nut that is screwed onto the stud 11 and mates with the stud 11. The stopper member 5 may be a block-shaped structure provided on the stud 11 by a fixing method such as welding, bonding, or fastening, or an integral molding method such as casting. The specific shape of the block-shaped structure is not limited to a column shape, as long as the block-shaped structure can block the mounting ring 21 from moving towards the ground. Of course, when the range of the angle of the flaring leg 22 is not large (for example, the degree of freedom between the flaring leg 22 and the mounting ring is relatively small or the rigidity of the flaring leg 22 is large, so that the flaring angle of the flaring leg 22 does not change greatly), the stud 11 may not be provided with the stop member 5.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that although the flared legs 22 are shown as strip-like structures provided with an inwardly concave curvature, this is not a limitation. For example, in the case of satisfying the supporting requirement, the flaring legs may also be a straight strip structure obliquely arranged on the stud 11 or a strip structure provided with a wavy undulating arc. In addition, according to the actual supporting requirement, the bottom of the expanding foot 22 may also be provided with a bottom pad 111 and/or a suction cup 112 to avoid scratching the ground and enhance the stability of the expanding foot 22 when supporting the washing machine.
In summary, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of adjustable feet are disposed at the bottom of the cabinet of the washing machine. The adjustable footing comprises an upright leg assembly 1 and an auxiliary leg assembly 2 movably disposed on the upright leg assembly 1, wherein the upright leg assembly 1 comprises a stud 11 vertically screwed to the bottom of the tank, and the auxiliary leg assembly 2 comprises a mounting ring 21 slidably fitted onto the stud 11 and a plurality of flared legs 22 slidably connected to the mounting ring 21. An adjusting nut 3 for adjusting the position of the flaring support leg 22 is also matched on the stud 11 and above the mounting ring 21. Through the arrangement, when the washing machine is placed on uneven ground, the washing machine can be supported on the ground through the stud 11 and can also be supported on the ground through the outward-expanding support legs 22, so that the situation that when the washing machine is supported on the ground only through the stud 11, the contact area between the stud 11 and the ground is too small, and the washing machine cannot be kept in a horizontal placement state all the time is avoided. And the distribution density of the expanding support legs 22 on the mounting ring 21 can be adjusted according to the actual placing environment of the washing machine, so as to ensure that the auxiliary support leg assembly 2 can stably support the washing machine, and further enhance the placing stability of the washing machine.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
