In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 10-11, the axial movement of the support feet 1 is limited by rotating the retaining member 2 so that the retaining member 2 is directed downward and the inner peripheral wall of the retaining member 2 is then disengaged from the outer peripheral wall of the mounting plate 202 (e.g. the retaining member 2 is located below the mounting plate 202), thereby being in an unlocked position, by rotating the retaining member 2 so that the retaining member 2 is moved upward and then in a locked position, the retaining member 2 can be placed around the mounting plate 202 and the retaining member 2 can be fastened to the outer peripheral wall of the mounting plate 202 so that the inner peripheral wall of the mounting plate 202 is in direct abutment with the outer peripheral wall of the support feet 1, i.e. in a locked position, the inner peripheral wall of the mounting plate 202 is not in indirect abutment with other structures but in direct abutment with the outer peripheral wall of the support feet 1. Therefore, the structure is simplified, and the cost is reduced.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown with reference to fig. 11 and 14, the lower portion of the inner peripheral wall of the locker 2 is formed as a first locking portion 21 of a circular truncated cone shape, the first locking portion 21 extending obliquely toward a direction close to the central axis of the locker 2 in the top-to-bottom direction, and the first locking portion 21 abuts against the outer peripheral wall of the mounting plate 202 in the locking position. It can be understood here that the first locking portion 21 is a locking surface of a lower portion of the inner peripheral wall of the locker 2, and specifically, since the first locking portion 21 extends obliquely toward a direction close to the central axis of the locker 2 in the top-to-bottom direction, when the locker 2 moves upward from the unlocked position to the locked position, the first locking portion 21 applies a gradually increasing locking force to the mounting plate 202 in a radial direction and in a direction close to the central axis of the locker 2, a portion of the mounting plate 202 engaged with the first locking portion 21 is deformed toward a direction close to the central axis of the locker 2 by the locking force, and the mounting plate 202 applies a radially inward locking force to the support foot 1 and finally clasps the support foot 1, thereby restricting the upward and downward movement (i.e., axial movement) of the support foot 1 and realizing the locking function. Therefore, the first locking part 21 has a good locking effect, and is beneficial to realizing the purpose of locking under the action of a small locking force.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cone half angle of the first locking portion 21 is α, and α has a value in a range of: alpha is more than 0 degree and less than or equal to 45 degrees. That is, the first locking portion 21 is formed in a truncated cone shape, and a half of a cone angle corresponding to the truncated cone is α. For example, α is 1 °, 2 °, 3 °, 4 °, 5 °, 6 °, 7 °, 8 °, 9 °, 10 °, 11 °, 12 °, 13 °, 14 °, 15 °, 16 °, 17 °, 18 °, 19 °, 20 °, 21 °, 22 °, 23 °, 24 °, 25 °, 26 °, 27 °, 28 °, 29 °, 30 °, 31 °, 32 °, 33 °, 34 °, 35 °, 36 °, 37 °, 38 °, 39 °, 40 °, 41 °, 42 °, 43 °, 44 °, or 45 °. This is advantageous in that the locking effect of the first locking portion 21 can be further improved, and the locking can be achieved with a small locking force.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 13, the lower portion of the mounting plate 202 is formed as a first locking inclined portion 2021, the first locking inclined portion 2021 extends obliquely in a direction from top to bottom toward the central axis of the mounting plate 202, and in the locking position, the first locking portion 21 abuts against the outer peripheral wall of the first locking inclined portion 2021 so that the first locking inclined portion 2021 embraces the support leg 1. Specifically, for example, an upper portion of the inner circumferential wall of the locking member 2 is provided with an internal thread, a lower portion of the inner circumferential wall of the locking member 2 is formed with a first locking portion 21, the internal thread and the first locking portion 21 are arranged in the vertical direction, an upper portion of the outer circumferential wall of the mounting plate 202, that is, an outer circumferential wall of the mounting plate body 2024 described above is provided with an external thread, a lower portion of the mounting plate 202, that is, a portion of the mounting plate 202 having the second gap 2023 (a structure defined by the plurality of connecting plates 2025 described above) is formed as a first locking inclined portion 2021, and the first locking inclined portion 2021 extends obliquely toward a direction close to the central axis of the mounting plate 202 in the vertical direction, so that, when the locking member 2 is rotated and the internal thread on the inner circumferential wall of the locking member 2 is gradually engaged with the external thread on the mounting plate 202, the first locking portion 21 comes into contact with the first locking inclined portion 1 as the thread moves upward, and applies a radially inward locking force to the first locking inclined portion 2021, the first locking inclined portion 2021 is caused to be in a deformed and contracted state, so that the first locking inclined portion 2021 applies a radially inward locking force to the support leg 1 and finally clasps the support leg 1 to limit the axial movement of the support leg 1, thereby achieving the purpose of locking.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the conical half angle of the first locking inclined portion 2021 is β, and β has a value in a range of: beta is more than 0 degree and less than or equal to 45 degrees. The first locking slope portion 2021 is formed in a truncated cone shape, and a half of a cone angle corresponding to the truncated cone is β. Therefore, the locking effect can be improved, and the purpose of locking can be realized under the action of a small locking force.
Alternatively, the conical half angle of the first locking inclined portion 2021 and the conical half angle of the first locking portion 21 are different. Specifically, the conical half angle of the first locking slope portion 2021 is smaller than that of the first locking portion 21. This is advantageous in achieving wire abutment between the first locking portion 21 and the first locking slope 2021, thereby improving the abutment effect.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the conical half angle of the first locking inclination portion 2021 is equal to the conical half angle of the first locking portion 21. This is advantageous in achieving surface contact between the first locking portion 21 and the first locking inclined portion 2021, thereby improving the contact effect.
Here, it is understood that when the first locking slanting portion 2021 is defined by the plurality of connecting plates 2025 described above, the circular truncated cone shape at this time means that the outline of the first locking slanting portion 2021 is circular truncated cone shape.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 4 and 7, the lower end of the inner peripheral wall of the locker 2 is provided with a second locking portion 22, and the second locking portion 22 includes a flange 221 and an annular abutment plate 222. Wherein, the one end of turn-ups 221 links to each other with the lower extreme of the internal perisporium of retaining member 2 and the other end orientation is close to the direction extension of the central axis of retaining member 2, and butt plate 222 links to each other and upwards extends with the other end of turn-ups 221, and at the locking position, the lower extreme of mounting panel 202 is located between the internal perisporium of retaining member 2 and the periphery wall of butt plate 222, mounting panel 202 and butt plate 222 butt so that mounting panel 202 hugs closely supporting legs 1 through butt plate 222. Specifically, by rotating retaining member 2 to move retaining member 2 downward so that the inner peripheral wall of retaining member 2 is disengaged from the outer peripheral wall of mounting plate 202 (e.g., retaining member 2 is located below mounting plate 202), thereby being in the unlocked position, by rotating retaining member 2 to move retaining member 2 upward, retaining member 2 can be moved such that the lower end of mounting plate 202 is located between the inner peripheral wall of retaining member 2 and the outer peripheral wall of abutment plate 222, mounting plate 202 abuts abutment plate 222 to apply a radially inward locking force to abutment plate 222, thereby mounting plate 202 clasps abutment plate 222, abutment plate 222 deforms radially inward to apply a radially inward locking force to support foot 1, and finally clasps support foot 1 for the purpose of locking support foot 1. Thus, the structure is simple.
Alternatively, the second locking portion 22 and the locking member 2 are a single piece. For example, the flange 221, the abutment plate 222 and the retaining member 2 are an integral part. Therefore, the production process is simplified, the production cost is reduced, and the connection strength between the turned edge 221 and the abutting plate 222 and between the turned edge 221 and the locking piece 2 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the lower end of the inner circumferential wall of the mounting plate 202 is formed as a second locking inclined surface 2022 having a truncated cone shape, the second locking inclined surface 2022 is inclined in a direction from bottom to top toward the central axis of the mounting plate 202, and the second locking inclined surface 2022 abuts against the outer circumferential wall of the abutment plate 222 in the locking position. In some embodiments of the present invention, the second locking ramp 2022 has a cone half angle γ, where γ is in the range of: gamma is more than 0 degree and less than or equal to 45 degrees. That is, the second locking slope 2022 is formed in a truncated cone shape, and γ is a half of a conical angle corresponding to the truncated cone. In some embodiments of the present invention, the upper portion of the abutment plate 222 is formed as a second locking inclined portion 2221 having a truncated cone shape, the second locking inclined portion 2221 is inclined toward a direction close to the central axis of the lock member 2 in a bottom-up direction, and the second locking inclined surface 2022 abuts against the outer peripheral wall of the second locking inclined portion 2221 in the locking position. Therefore, the locking effect of the second locking inclined portion 2221 can be improved, and the purpose of locking can be achieved by a small locking force.
Alternatively, the conical half angle of the second locking inclined portion 2221 and the conical half angle of the second locking inclined surface 2022 are different. Specifically, the conical half angle of the second locking inclined portion 2221 is smaller than the conical half angle of the second locking inclined surface 2022. Thereby, the line abutment between the second locking inclined surface 2022 and the second locking inclined portion 2221 is facilitated, thereby improving the abutment effect.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the conical half angle of the second locking inclined portion 2221 is equal to the conical half angle of the second locking inclined surface 2022. Alternatively, in alternative embodiments, the base assembly 100 includes four leveling foot assemblies 10, with the four leveling foot assemblies 10 being located at the four corners of the square base 20.

Claims (17)

1. A base assembly, comprising:
the base is provided with an installation channel, the base comprises a base body and an annular installation plate arranged on the lower surface of the base body, the installation channel comprises a first installation channel and a second installation channel which are arranged along the vertical direction and are communicated, the first installation channel is formed on the base body, and the second installation channel is limited by the installation plate;
the leveling foot assembly comprises a supporting foot and a locking piece, the upper end of the supporting foot is positioned in the mounting channel, at least part of the locking piece surrounds the part, positioned outside the first mounting channel, of the supporting foot, and the locking piece can move up and down in the rotating process so that the supporting foot can be switched between a locking state and an unlocking state;
in the locking position, the locking piece is fastened on the outer peripheral wall of the mounting plate so that the inner peripheral wall of the mounting plate is directly abutted against the outer peripheral wall of the supporting foot;
a first locking portion formed in a truncated cone shape at a lower portion of an inner peripheral wall of the locker, the first locking portion extending obliquely in a direction approaching a central axis of the locker in a top-down direction, the first locking portion abutting against an outer peripheral wall of the mounting plate at the locking position;
the cone half angle of the first locking part is alpha, and the value range of the alpha is as follows: alpha is more than 0 degree and less than or equal to 45 degrees.
2. The base assembly of claim 1, wherein the lower portion of the mounting plate is formed as a first locking inclined portion in a circular truncated cone shape, the first locking inclined portion extending obliquely in a direction from top to bottom toward a central axis of the mounting plate, and the first locking portion abuts against an outer peripheral wall of the first locking inclined portion in the locking position.
3. The base assembly of claim 2, wherein the first locking ramp has a cone half angle β, β ranging from: beta is more than 0 degree and less than or equal to 45 degrees.
4. The base assembly according to claim 1, wherein the inner peripheral wall of the retaining member is provided with a second locking portion, the second locking portion comprises a flange and an annular abutting plate, one end of the flange is connected with the lower end of the inner peripheral wall of the retaining member, the other end of the flange extends towards the direction close to the central axis of the retaining member, the abutting plate is connected with the other end of the flange and extends upwards, the lower end of the mounting plate is located between the inner peripheral wall of the retaining member and the outer peripheral wall of the abutting plate at a locking position, and the mounting plate is abutted to the abutting plate so that the mounting plate can be tightly held by the abutting plate to the supporting legs.
5. The base assembly of claim 4, wherein a lower end of the inner circumferential wall of the mounting plate is formed as a second locking slope of a truncated cone shape, the second locking slope being inclined toward a direction close to the central axis of the mounting plate in a direction from bottom to top, the second locking slope abutting against the outer circumferential wall of the abutting plate in the locking position.
6. The base assembly of claim 5, wherein the second locking ramp has a cone half angle γ ranging from: gamma is more than 0 degree and less than or equal to 45 degrees.
7. The base assembly of claim 5, wherein the upper portion of the abutting plate is formed as a second locking inclined portion having a truncated cone shape, the second locking inclined portion being inclined toward a direction close to the central axis of the locker in a bottom-up direction, the second locking inclined surface abutting against a peripheral wall of the second locking inclined portion in the locking position.
8. The base assembly of claim 7, wherein an angle between the second locking ramp and an axial direction of the retaining member is η, wherein η has a range of values: eta is more than 0 degree and less than or equal to 45 degrees.
9. The base assembly of claim 4, wherein the second locking portion includes a first notch formed by an upper end surface of the abutting plate being recessed downward, the first notch being a plurality of notches spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the abutting plate, the mounting plate abutting a portion of the abutting plate between adjacent two of the first notches in the locked position.
10. The base assembly of claim 1, wherein the lower end of the mounting plate is recessed upwardly to form a second plurality of notches spaced circumferentially about the mounting plate, portions of the mounting plate between adjacent second notches gripping the support foot in the locked position.
11. The base assembly of claim 1, wherein an upper portion of the inner peripheral wall of the retaining member is provided with internal threads and an upper portion of the outer peripheral wall of the mounting plate is provided with external threads, the external threads engaging the internal threads in the locked position.
12. The base assembly of claim 1, wherein a plurality of anti-slip ribs are disposed on the outer peripheral wall of the retaining member, each anti-slip rib extends in the axial direction of the retaining member, and the plurality of anti-slip ribs are spaced apart in the circumferential direction of the retaining member.
13. The base assembly of claim 1, wherein the leveling foot assembly further comprises a compression spring, the compression spring is located in the mounting channel, and a lower end of the compression spring abuts against an upper end of the support foot.
14. The base assembly of claim 13, wherein the mounting channel is closed at the top and open at the bottom, and the upper end of the compression spring abuts against an inner top wall of the mounting channel;
