Abstract

本发明涉及建筑施工中方塑螺旋筋剪力柱,采用“X”型筋交叉编结焊接成方型箍架,再将主筋纵向延“X”型交叉点焊接固定,再用螺旋箍筋缠绕在主筋外围,在柱的上端焊接连接板,其下端焊接连接板在连接板的下端等效现浇砼锥体,在使用时将柱与带有砼锥体一端插人另一柱上端连接板中焊接固定。该剪力柱其强度、刚度、局部稳定,整体稳定性可大幅度提高,降低了楼体的重量和成本,制做简单,运输方便,提高了施工速度。

本发明涉及建筑行业的剪力柱
目前,钢筋混凝土结构建筑技术不能象钢结构和钢一钢筋混凝土组合那样广泛用于超高层建筑技术领域,其主要原因现行钢混凝土结构技术中的金属骨架力学性质不合理造成的。在现行建筑中,大都采用粗钢筋直立(纵向)相互平行围成筒状,细钢筋则以箍筋的形式垂直环绕在粗筋的外围,用这种结构的骨架,刚度、强度都比较低,延性差。中国专利932482538、96203672.2解决了上述存在的问题,但经过试用有它不足的一面,本发明在此基础上进行了改进,从而更进一步解决了柱与柱的连接,并采用螺旋箍筋外围缠绕进一步提高了柱的强度和延性。
本发明目的在于设计的方型螺旋筋剪力柱,是在CN93248253.8原有基础上进一步改进,采用螺旋箍筋外围缠绕以便进一步提高其强度和延性,同时在柱的上端焊接连接板,下端焊接连接板后等效现浇砼锥体,在使用时,将柱的带有砼锥体下端插入另一柱上端连接板内焊接即可,该剪力柱结构合理,坚固耐用,安全可靠,充分利用了混凝土抗压、钢筋抗拉的材料特性,减小构件中的横截面,同时可节省钢材和混凝土。

本发明设计的方型螺旋剪力柱,它是由“X”型筋、直筋、螺旋箍筋、上下连接板组成,“X”型筋交叉编结形成方型框架,采用焊接的方式加以固定,延交叉点纵向焊接主筋,螺旋箍筋缠绕在直筋的外围,与CN962012.2所不同的是在该柱的上端焊接有连接板(1)、下端焊接有连接板(2),并在连接板(2)下端等效现浇砼锥体(3),在使用时将带有砼锥体的一端插入另一柱的上连接板中,该连接板与带有砼锥体的结合部位焊接固定即可。
实施例
本发明所述的方型螺旋筋剪力柱在制做中,首先将“X”型筋焊接成筒状,再将主筋纵向延“X”型筋交叉点焊接固定形成方型框架,再用螺旋箍筋缠绕在主筋外围,再在柱的上端焊接连接板,柱的下端焊接连接板,并在连接板下端等效现浇砼锥体,使用时将柱带有砼锥体的一端插入另一端连接板,沿其连接板与带有砼锥体的结合部位焊接固定。该产品易在工厂制做,运输方便,装卸不易变形,大大提高了施工速度,降低节约施工成本。

1、一种用于楼房建筑中的金属骨架方型螺旋筋剪力柱,它是由“X”型筋、直筋、螺旋箍筋、上下连接板组成,“X”型筋交叉编结形成方型框架,采用焊接的方式加以固定,延交叉点纵向焊接主筋,螺旋箍筋缠绕在直筋的外围,其特征在于,在该柱的上端焊接有第一连接板(1),下端焊接有第二连接板(2),并在连接板(2)下端等效现浇砼锥体(3)。
