Abstract

本发明涉及建筑材料中螺旋筋剪力柱(筒),其主要是采用“X”型筋交叉编结焊接成筒状,再将直筋纵向延“X”型两交叉点焊接固定,再用螺旋箍筋缠绕在直筋的外围,柱的两端分别焊接有螺纹套连接器,将柱与柱连接固定。该剪力柱其强度、刚度、局部稳定、壁体稳定性大大提高,同时大幅度降低了楼体的重量和成本,同时易在工厂制做,运输方便,大幅度提高工程进度,是建筑高层、超高层楼房的佳品。

本发明涉及建筑行业
目前,钢筋混凝土结构建筑技术不能象钢结构和钢-钢筋混凝土组合那样广泛用于超高层建筑技术领域。其主要原因现行钢筋混凝土结构技术中的金属骨架力学性质不合理造成的。在现行建筑中,大都采用粗钢筋直立(纵向),相互平等围成筒状,细钢筋则以箍筋的形式垂直环绕在粗筋的外围,用这种结构的骨架,钢度、强度都比较低,延性差。中国专利ZL93248253.8解决了上述存在的问题,但经过试用有它不足的一面,本发明是在此基础上进行了改进,从而解决了柱与柱的连接,并采用螺旋箍筋外围缠绕进一步提高了柱的强度和延性。
本发明目的在于设计的螺旋筋剪力柱,是在ZL93248253.8原有的基础上进一步改进,采用螺旋箍外围缠绕以更进一步提高其强度和延性,同时将柱的两端焊接螺纹套连接器,实现了柱与柱的最佳连接方式。该剪力柱结构合理,坚固耐用,安全可靠,充分利用了混凝土抗压、钢筋抗拉的材料特性,减小构件的横截面,同时可节省钢材和混凝土。

本发明设计的螺旋筋剪力柱(筒),它是由“X”型筋、直筋、螺旋箍筋、螺纹套连接器组成,其主要是“X”型筋(3)交叉编结形成筒状,采用焊接的方式加以固定,其夹角90°,延交叉点纵向焊接直筋(4),螺纹箍筋(2)缠绕在直筋(4)的外围,在柱的两端分别焊接有螺纹套连接器,可将柱与柱连接固定。在制做中,首先将“X”型筋焊接成筒状,再将直筋纵向延“X”型筋交叉点焊接固定形成柱壁,再用螺旋箍筋缠绕在柱壁外围,其缠绕两端密,中间稀;再柱的两端分别焊接带有螺纹套连接器,可将柱与柱之间连接固定。
实施例:
本发明所述的螺旋筋剪力柱(筒)在制做中,首先将“X”型筋焊接成筒状,再将直筋纵向延“X”型筋交叉点焊接固定形成柱壁,再用螺旋箍筋缠绕在柱壁外围,其缠绕两端密、中间稀;再在柱的两端分别焊接带有螺纹套连接器,可将柱与柱之间连接固定。该产品易在工厂制做,运输方便,装卸不易变形,大大提高了施工速度,降低了施工成本。

1、一种用于楼房建筑中的金属骨架螺旋筋剪力柱(筒),它是由“X”型筋、直筋、螺旋箍筋、螺纹套连接器组成,其特征在于,“X”型筋(3)交叉编结形成筒状,采用焊接的方式加以固定,其夹角为90°,延交叉点纵向焊接直筋(4),螺旋箍筋(2)缠绕在直筋(4)的外围,在柱的两端分别焊接有螺纹套连接器(1),可将柱与柱连接固定。
