Abstract
本发明公开了一种纸塑铝复合包装膜,包括由上至下粘合连接的薄膜层、纸质层、铝箔层和聚乙烯薄膜层;所述薄膜层与纸质层通过耐化学的双组分聚氨酯胶粘合连接;纸质层和铝箔层通过耐化学的水性聚氨酯胶粘合连接;铝箔层和聚乙烯薄膜层通过耐化学的水性聚氨酯胶粘合连接。本发明制备工艺简单,制备的成品包装膜外观具有纸质化,在保持原有物化性能不变的基础上,较一般铝质复合膜在袋的挺度、耐穿刺性、开口易撕性等使用性能方面得到有明显的提高和改善。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装技术领域,具体是一种纸塑铝复合包装膜及其生产工艺。
背景技术
包装为在流通过程中保护产品,方便储运,促进销售,按一定的技术方法所用的容器、材料和辅助物等的总体名称;也指为达到上述目的在采用容器,材料和辅助物的过程中施加一定技术方法等的操作活动。
化妆品的包装也是吸引消费者购买化妆品的一个非常重要因素,复合膜包装用纸塑铝的复合材质,纸塑铝的复合材质由于在使用方便性、快捷性和环保无污染性方面具有明显的使用优势,得到消费者的普遍青睐。包装膜包装用纸塑铝复合材料外观具有纸质化,此复合材料物化性能较一般铝质复合膜在袋的挺度、耐穿刺性、开口易撕性等方面得到有明显的提高和改善,而其他保质性能方面(透氧性、透湿性、热封性)保持不变,这样此新型材料在包装好面膜后的使用性能在外观上与纸质袋完全相似而内在保质性能则完全与塑铝复合袋相同,同时纸包装袋是易化解物,属于符合环保政策要求的产品。现有的铝质复合膜在袋的挺度、耐穿刺性、开口易撕性等使用性能方面仍需进行提高和改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纸塑铝复合包装膜及其生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种纸塑铝复合包装膜,包括由上至下粘合连接的薄膜层、纸质层、铝箔层和聚乙烯薄膜层;所述薄膜层与纸质层通过耐化学的双组分聚氨酯胶粘合连接;纸质层和铝箔层通过耐化学的水性聚氨酯胶粘合连接;铝箔层和聚乙烯薄膜层通过耐化学的水性聚氨酯胶粘合连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:薄膜层采用双向拉伸聚酯薄膜。
作为本发明进一步的方案:薄膜层的厚度为12-28μm,纸质层的克重为40-50g/㎡,铝箔层的厚度为7-15μm,聚乙烯薄膜层的厚度为60-100μm。
作为本发明进一步的方案:水性聚氨酯胶包括以下重量份的原料:水性聚氨酯树脂35-40份、成膜剂5-10份和去离子水25-30份。
一种纸塑铝复合包装膜的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,制备水性聚氨酯胶:将水性聚氨酯树脂与去离子水混合,搅拌15-20分钟;再加入成膜剂,搅拌20分钟,得到水性聚氨酯胶待用;
步骤二,将薄膜层和纸质层运到干式复合机周围,薄膜层表面采用电晕进行处理,通过涂布系统在薄膜层的电晕面涂布双组分聚氨酯胶,将薄膜层与纸质层进行复合,然后依次经过50℃-60℃-70℃-80℃热风烘干后,在50℃下熟化2天,得到半成品A;半成品A结构为:薄膜层/双组分聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/纸质层;
步骤三,将水性聚氨酯胶、铝箔层和上步所得半成品A都运送到涂布系统附近,通过涂布系统在半成品与铝箔层上涂布水性聚氨酯胶,将半成品A与铝箔层进行复合,然后依次进行35℃-40℃-45℃-50℃热风烘干后,得到半成品B;半成品B的结构为:薄膜层/双组分聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/纸质层/水性聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/铝箔层;
步骤四:通过涂布系统在上步所得的半成品B与聚乙烯薄膜层上涂布水性聚氨酯胶,将半成品B与聚乙烯薄膜层进行复合,然后依次进行35℃-40℃-45℃-50℃烘干后,得到成品;成品的结构为:薄膜层/双组分聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/纸质层/水性聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/铝箔层/水性聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/聚乙烯薄膜层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤二中双组分聚氨酯胶的涂布量为3.5-5g/㎡;步骤三和步骤四中水性聚氨酯胶的涂布量为3.0-4.5g/㎡。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤二和步骤三在胶水热风烘干系统中进行热风烘干;步骤四在石英管固化烘箱中进行烘干。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制备工艺简单,制备的成品包装膜外观具有纸质化,在保持原有物化性能不变的基础上,较一般铝质复合膜在袋的挺度、耐穿刺性、开口易撕性等使用性能方面得到有明显的提高和改善。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-2,一种纸塑铝复合包装膜,包括由上至下粘合连接的薄膜层1、纸质层2、铝箔层3和聚乙烯薄膜层4;所述薄膜层1与纸质层2通过耐化学的双组分聚氨酯胶粘合连接;纸质层2和铝箔层3通过耐化学的水性聚氨酯胶粘合连接;铝箔层3和聚乙烯薄膜层4通过耐化学的水性聚氨酯胶粘合连接;薄膜层1采用双向拉伸聚酯薄膜;铝箔层3采用软质食品级铝箔材料制成;薄膜层1的厚度为12-28μm,纸质层2的克重为40-50g/㎡,铝箔层3的厚度为7-15μm,聚乙烯薄膜层4的厚度为60-100μm;水性聚氨酯胶包括以下重量份的原料:水性聚氨酯树脂35-40份、成膜剂5-10份和去离子水25-30份。
一种纸塑铝复合包装膜的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,制备水性聚氨酯胶:将水性聚氨酯树脂与去离子水混合,搅拌15-20分钟;再加入成膜剂,搅拌20分钟,得到水性聚氨酯胶待用;
步骤二,将薄膜层1和纸质层2运到干式复合机周围,薄膜层1表面采用电晕进行处理,通过涂布系统6在薄膜层1的电晕面涂布双组分聚氨酯胶,双组分聚氨酯胶的涂布量为3.5-5g/㎡,将薄膜层1与纸质层2进行复合,然后在胶水热风烘干系统7中依次经过50℃-60℃-70℃-80℃热风烘干后,在50℃下熟化2天,得到半成品A;半成品A结构为:薄膜层1/双组分聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/纸质层2;
步骤三,将水性聚氨酯胶、铝箔层3和上步所得半成品A都运送到涂布系统6附近,通过涂布系统6在半成品与铝箔层3上涂布水性聚氨酯胶,水性聚氨酯胶的涂布量为3.0-4.5g/㎡,将半成品A与铝箔层3进行复合,然后在胶水热风烘干系统7中依次进行35℃-40℃-45℃-50℃热风烘干后,得到半成品B;半成品B的结构为:薄膜层1/双组分聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/纸质层2/水性聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/铝箔层3;
步骤四:通过涂布系统6在上步所得的半成品B与聚乙烯薄膜层4上涂布水性聚氨酯胶,水性聚氨酯胶的涂布量为3.0-4.5g/㎡,将半成品B与聚乙烯薄膜层4进行复合,然后在有石英管热辐射的烘干环境中,即石英管固化烘箱5中依次进行35℃-40℃-45℃-50℃烘干后,得到成品;成品的结构为:薄膜层1/双组分聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/纸质层2/水性聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/铝箔层3/水性聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/聚乙烯薄膜层4;行业的复合材料缩写为:PET(OPP)/纸/Al/PE。
本发明制备工艺简单,制备的成品包装膜外观具有纸质化,在保持原有物化性能不变的基础上,较一般铝质复合膜在袋的挺度、耐穿刺性、开口易撕性等使用性能方面得到有明显的提高和改善;且制备的成品耐腐蚀耐化学性能良好,符合环保的要求,耐高温,热封效果好。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。
Claims (7)
1.一种纸塑铝复合包装膜,其特征在于,包括由上至下粘合连接的薄膜层(1)、纸质层(2)、铝箔层(3)和聚乙烯薄膜层(4);所述薄膜层(1)与纸质层(2)通过耐化学的双组分聚氨酯胶粘合连接;纸质层(2)和铝箔层(3)通过耐化学的水性聚氨酯胶粘合连接;铝箔层(3)和聚乙烯薄膜层(4)通过耐化学的水性聚氨酯胶粘合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸塑铝复合包装膜,其特征在于,薄膜层(1)采用双向拉伸聚酯薄膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纸塑铝复合包装膜,其特征在于,薄膜层(1)的厚度为12-28μm,纸质层(2)的克重为40-50g/㎡,铝箔层(3)的厚度为7-15μm,聚乙烯薄膜层(4)的厚度为60-100μm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纸塑铝复合包装膜,其特征在于,水性聚氨酯胶包括以下重量份的原料:水性聚氨酯树脂35-40份、成膜剂5-10份和去离子水25-30份。
5.一种根据权利要求4所述的纸塑铝复合包装膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,制备水性聚氨酯胶:将水性聚氨酯树脂与去离子水混合,搅拌15-20分钟;再加入成膜剂,搅拌20分钟,得到水性聚氨酯胶待用;
步骤二,将薄膜层(1)和纸质层(2)运到干式复合机周围,薄膜层(1)表面采用电晕进行处理,通过涂布系统(6)在薄膜层(1)的电晕面涂布双组分聚氨酯胶,将薄膜层(1)与纸质层(2)进行复合,然后依次经过50℃-60℃-70℃-80℃热风烘干后,在50℃下熟化2天,得到半成品A;半成品A结构为:薄膜层(1)/双组分聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/纸质层(2);
步骤三,将水性聚氨酯胶、铝箔层(3)和上步所得半成品A都运送到涂布系统(6)附近,通过涂布系统(6)在半成品与铝箔层(3)上涂布水性聚氨酯胶,将半成品A与铝箔层(3)进行复合,然后依次进行35℃-40℃-45℃-50℃热风烘干后,得到半成品B;半成品B的结构为:薄膜层(1)/双组分聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/纸质层(2)/水性聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/铝箔层(3);
步骤四:通过涂布系统(6)在上步所得的半成品B与聚乙烯薄膜层(4)上涂布水性聚氨酯胶,将半成品B与聚乙烯薄膜层(4)进行复合,然后依次进行35℃-40℃-45℃-50℃烘干后,得到成品;成品的结构为:薄膜层(1)/双组分聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/纸质层(2)/水性聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/铝箔层(3)/水性聚氨酯胶粘合剂层/聚乙烯薄膜层(4)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的纸塑铝复合包装膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤二中双组分聚氨酯胶的涂布量为3.5-5g/㎡;步骤三和步骤四中水性聚氨酯胶的涂布量为3.0-4.5g/㎡。
7.根据权利要求5所述的纸塑铝复合包装膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤二和步骤三在胶水热风烘干系统(7)中进行热风烘干;步骤四在石英管固化烘箱(5)中进行烘干。
