(2) The result of the detection

The blood drug concentrations of the rabbits using the gold water of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 all rapidly increased after 5min in the first stage; then slowly rising within 20-35 min of the second stage, wherein the rising trend is obviously smaller than that of the first stage; in the last 35-45 min, the temperature is further slowly increased, and the rising trend is smaller than that of the second stage; the only difference is that the peak values of examples 1 to 3 are higher than those of comparative examples 1 to 2, indicating that the amounts of the liquid chemicals absorbed in comparative examples 1 and 2 are inferior to those of examples 1 to 3. (1) Experimental methods

10 infants with symptoms of red buttocks were selected, of similar age and 1 year old 2 months, 1 year old 6 months, 11 months, 1 year old 1 month, 1 year old 7 months, 1 year old 3 months, 1 year old 2 months, 1 year old zero 1 month, 1 year old, respectively. These infants had the symptoms for 3 days. The first 8 infant cases were bathed with the golden water prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5, respectively, and the last 2 infant cases were a normal hot water bath control and a blank control, respectively.

The bath method comprises taking bath once every day after lunch and dinner for 1h, and then soothing and falling asleep, wherein the consumption of the golden water is 10mL per 1L of hot water. For 3 days, daily symptoms were observed.

(2) Test results

After 3 days, the infants who use the golden water bath of the examples 1, 2 and 3 have no red buttocks symptoms, no red swelling phenomenon appears on the skin, the time for comforting the infants to sleep is about 10min, the sleeping condition is good, the sleeping time is more than 2h, and the infants do not wake up to cry in the period;

the infants who use the golden water bath of the comparative examples 1 and 2 have improved red buttocks symptoms, occasionally have a little red swelling phenomenon on the skin, and the time for comforting to fall asleep is about 25min, so that the sleep condition is better, the sleep time is about 1.5h, and occasionally wake up and cry at night;

the red buttocks symptoms of the infants who use the golden water bath of the comparative examples 3, 4 and 5 disappear, but the infants of the comparative example 3 take a long time for pacifying and falling asleep, about 40min, and are not easy to pacify; the symptoms of the red buttocks of the infant in comparative example 4 disappeared, and the infant was well soothed and asleep, but the skin was dry and chapped; the infant red butt symptom of comparative example 5 is improved, but the effect is not as good as that of other examples 1-3 and comparative examples 3 and 4, and the reason is analyzed to be probably that partial raw materials in the skin moistening component and the nerve soothing component have certain effect on repairing the red butt symptom.

From the results of application examples 1 and 2, the slow release effect, the absorption effect and the effect of relieving the red wind symptoms of the golden water prepared according to the raw material formula and the preparation method of the examples 1, 2 and 3 can reach better levels, while in comparative examples 1 to 5, the drug absorption amount is relatively low, or the slow release effect and the effect of relieving the red wind symptoms cannot reach satisfactory effects.
