纸尿裤如果透气性不好,不仅很容易使宝宝患尿布疹,而且还会使男宝宝的阴囊局部环境温度增高,可能会影响睾丸发育,尤其是1岁以后的宝宝更应注意。吸收性好。纸尿裤吸收力的大小不取决于厚薄,甚至恰恰相反。纸尿裤表层的材质也要挑选干爽而不回渗的。另外最好选择4层结构的纸尿裤,即表层、吸收层、防漏底层之外多加一层吸水纤维纸的,这样会更少渗漏。触感舒适。新生儿的肌肤触觉非常敏感,对不良刺激更加敏。水凝胶是一种在水中能迅速溶胀但不溶解的、具有三维交联网络结构的功能性高分子材料.双网络水凝胶是由相互独立且相互贯穿的两个水凝胶体系构所成的,较单网络水凝胶而言,双网络水凝胶因大大提高了材料的机械性能而得到了较多关注其中,以生物高分子制备的水凝胶因含有丰富的羟基、羧基和氨基等官能团而具有良好的吸附重金属的性能.常用的生物高分子如壳聚糖、明胶、纤维素、海藻酸钠等,具有成本低廉、可生物降解性的优点。为了构建拥有丰富官能团以能够高效吸附去除重金属离子且具有良好吸水性能的磁性高分子复合水凝胶,通过与聚乙烯醇凝胶和磁性纳米Fe3O4的复配,以海藻酸钠与Ca2+交联形成第一网络,得到磁性单网络水凝胶;磁性单网络水凝胶继续通过聚乙烯醇冷冻解冻循环形成第二网络,获得双网络磁性水凝胶,本领域技术人员。,亟待开发出新型的防疮弹性纸尿裤,以满足更高的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种磁性防疮弹性纸尿裤吸水芯的制备方法。首先制备复合磁性颗粒,其次制备聚乳酸改性聚乙二醇乳液,然后以聚乳酸改性聚乙二醇乳液和丙烯酰胺在复合磁性颗粒表面原位聚合,制备吸水芯微粒混合填料,混合挤出即得。
一种磁性防疮弹性纸尿裤吸水芯的制备方法,包括如下步骤:一、取乙酰丙酮铁溶解至去离子水中,分散成黄色澄清溶液,再加入醋酸钠、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇、丙三醇和乙酰柠檬酸三戊酯,继续混合搅拌,充分溶解后转移至水热反应釜内衬中,密封反应釜,升高温度至180~200℃,保温10~12h,冷却到室温,磁性分离,采用去离子水清洗产物2~3次,冷冻干燥,得灰褐色磁性粉末,再与滑石粉和高岭土一起混合研磨,得到复合磁性颗粒;其中乙酰丙酮铁、去离子水、醋酸钠、丙三醇、乙酰柠檬酸三戊酯、滑石粉、高岭土、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇的质量比为1:7~9:0.05~0.1:0.05~0.1:0.2~0.4:1~1.4:3~5:0.05~0.1:0.3~0.55;二、将L-丙交酯和聚乙二醇按1:3~4的质量比加入到反应容器中,混合搅拌均匀,采用5~10%的氢氧化钠溶液调节体系的pH为8~9,升高温度至70~75℃,加入催化剂溶液和乳化剂,恒温塑料桨机械搅拌80~100min,得到聚乳酸改性聚乙二醇乳液;三、将复合磁性颗粒加入到2~5倍重量份的聚乳酸改性聚乙二醇乳液中,超声震荡30~40min,加入pH为6~7的丙烯酸溶液,丙烯酸溶液质量分数为23~35%,搅拌均匀后加入丙烯酰胺,继续搅拌均匀,加入过硫酸钾和N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,氮气氛围下,升高温度至60~65℃,恒温磁力搅拌3~5h,得到黏性混合物;其中复合磁性颗粒、丙烯酸溶液、丙烯酰胺、过硫酸钾和N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺的质量比为1:1.4~1.6:0.3~0.4:0.05~0.08:0.2~0.24;四、将凹凸棒土、羟基磷灰石、硫酸钾、无水氯化钙、碳酸钙和氯化钠混合均匀后,研磨粉碎30~40min,按固液比4~5:1,加入去离子水,50~60℃磁力搅拌1.5~2h,70~80℃真空干燥24~36h,得到吸水芯微粒填料;其中凹凸棒土、羟基磷灰石、硫酸钾、无水氯化钙、碳酸钙和氯化钠的质量比为1:0.4~0.5:0.15~0.18:0.03~0.05:0.06~0.08:0.12~0.15;五、将吸水芯微粒填料置于干燥箱中进行预热10~15min,温度为50~70℃,利用高速混合机将黏性混合物与吸水芯微粒填料按重量份数比10:1混合均匀,同时鼓吹70~90℃的热风对其进行干燥发泡,将黏性混合物通过双螺杆挤出机在80~90℃挤出,得到磁性防疮纸尿裤弹性芯材。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明公开的磁性防疮弹性纸尿裤吸水芯的制备方法,先制备复合磁性颗粒,其次再制备聚乳酸改性聚乙二醇乳液,然后以聚乳酸改性聚乙二醇乳液和丙烯酰胺在复合磁性颗粒表面原位聚合,混合吸水芯微粒填料,共混改性挤出即得。吸水芯微粒填料不仅可以提高吸水芯的保水、吸水能力,还间接提高了吸水芯的强度,而聚乳酸的引入不仅提高了乳液的稳定性,还进一步提高了吸水芯的强度和生物可降解性,而符合磁性颗粒,经过海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇的表面改性,可以更好的与吸水芯基体相结合,很大程度上减少的磁性粒子的团聚,进一步提高磁性粒子的分散,同时具有一定的磁疗效果,而且大大提高了吸水芯材料的抗老化性能。

一种磁性防疮弹性纸尿裤吸水芯的制备方法,包括如下步骤:一、取乙酰丙酮铁溶解至去离子水中,分散成黄色澄清溶液,再加入醋酸钠、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇、丙三醇和乙酰柠檬酸三戊酯,继续混合搅拌,充分溶解后转移至水热反应釜内衬中,密封反应釜,升高温度至200℃,保温12h,冷却到室温,磁性分离,采用去离子水清洗产物3次,冷冻干燥,得灰褐色磁性粉末,再与滑石粉和高岭土一起混合研磨,得到复合磁性颗粒;其中乙酰丙酮铁、去离子水、醋酸钠、丙三醇、乙酰柠檬酸三戊酯、滑石粉、高岭土、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇的质量比为1:7:0.05:0.05:0.2:1:3:0.05:0.3;二、将L-丙交酯和聚乙二醇按1:3~4的质量比加入到反应容器中,混合搅拌均匀,采用10%的氢氧化钠溶液调节体系的pH为8,升高温度至70℃,加入催化剂溶液和乳化剂,恒温塑料桨机械搅拌80min,得到聚乳酸改性聚乙二醇乳液;三、将复合磁性颗粒加入到2倍重量份的聚乳酸改性聚乙二醇乳液中,超声震荡30min,加入pH为7的丙烯酸溶液,丙烯酸溶液质量分数为35%,搅拌均匀后加入丙烯酰胺,继续搅拌均匀,加入过硫酸钾和N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,氮气氛围下,升高温度至65℃,恒温磁力搅拌5h,得到黏性混合物;其中复合磁性颗粒、丙烯酸溶液、丙烯酰胺、过硫酸钾和N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺的质量比为1:1.6:0.4:0.08:0.24;四、将凹凸棒土、羟基磷灰石、硫酸钾、无水氯化钙、碳酸钙和氯化钠混合均匀后,研磨粉碎30~40min,按固液比4~5:1,加入去离子水,50~60℃磁力搅拌1.5~2h,70~80℃真空干燥24~36h,得到吸水芯微粒填料;其中凹凸棒土、羟基磷灰石、硫酸钾、无水氯化钙、碳酸钙和氯化钠的质量比为1:0.5:0.18:0.05:0.08:0.15;五、将吸水芯微粒填料置于干燥箱中进行预热15min,温度为50~70℃,利用高速混合机将黏性混合物与吸水芯微粒填料按重量份数比10:1混合均匀,同时鼓吹90℃的热风对其进行干燥发泡,将黏性混合物通过双螺杆挤出机在90℃挤出,得到磁性防疮纸尿裤弹性芯材。
进一步的,所述羟基磷灰石为颗粒形式,平均粒径小于或等于200μm。
进一步的,其特征在于,所述催化剂为过氧化二碳酸二环己酯、二丁基二月桂酸锡、过氧化二碳酸二环己酯。
进一步的,所步骤(4)中的凹凸棒土预先2450MHz微波加热热处理8min。
进一步的,所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇6000。

注:以上致病性化脓杆菌指绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌;吸水倍率按GB/T8939卫生巾(含卫生护垫)中5.3规定的方法测定;渗透性能按GB/T8939卫生巾(含卫生护垫)中附录A进行;水分按GB/T462-2008纸和纸板水分的测定规定的方法测定;渗透性能按GB/T28004-201纸尿裤(片、垫)中附录A规定的方法测定;pH值按GB/T28004-201纸尿裤(片、垫)中附录B规定的方法测定;可迁移性荧光增白剂按GB/T27741-2011第5章中规定的方法进行检验;甲醛按GB/T2912.1一2009规定的方法进行检验;微生物指标按GB/T15979中附录B规定的方法测定;环氧乙烷残留量按GB15979-2002一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准中附录D规定的方法测定;GB/T22875-2018纸尿裤和卫生巾用高吸收性树脂;吸盐水性:配置0.9%氯化钠溶液(水温23℃±1℃)装入60cm×60cm×60cm测试塑料容器中,测试溶液深约25cm,取已知质量(初始质量M0)的样品一片,将试样完全浸入氯化钠溶液中,试样的使用面朝下:用手轻轻压住试样使其完全浸没20min,然后取出试样完全离开水面,试样使用面朝下垂直悬挂在铁架上(铁架高度需大于试样长度的1/3)5min,称其质量M1(3)计算吸盐水倍率β=M1-M0/M0,按同样方法测试5条样品取5次试验结果平均值作为测定结果。
Claims (5)
1.一种磁性防疮弹性纸尿裤吸水芯的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:一、取乙酰丙酮铁溶解至去离子水中,分散成黄色澄清溶液,再加入醋酸钠、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇、丙三醇和乙酰柠檬酸三戊酯,继续混合搅拌,充分溶解后转移至水热反应釜内衬中,密封反应釜,升高温度至180~200℃,保温10~12h,冷却到室温,磁性分离,采用去离子水清洗产物2~3次,冷冻干燥,得灰褐色磁性粉末,再与滑石粉和高岭土一起混合研磨,得到复合磁性颗粒;其中乙酰丙酮铁、去离子水、醋酸钠、丙三醇、乙酰柠檬酸三戊酯、滑石粉、高岭土、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇的质量比为1:7~9:0.05~0.1:0.05~0.1:0.2~0.4:1~1.4:3~5:0.05~0.1:0.3~0.55;二、将L-丙交酯和聚乙二醇按1:3~4的质量比加入到反应容器中,混合搅拌均匀,采用5~10%的氢氧化钠溶液调节体系的pH为8~9,升高温度至70~75℃,加入催化剂溶液和乳化剂,恒温塑料桨机械搅拌80~100min,得到聚乳酸改性聚乙二醇乳液;三、将复合磁性颗粒加入到2~5倍重量份的聚乳酸改性聚乙二醇乳液中,超声震荡30~40min,加入pH为6~7的丙烯酸溶液,丙烯酸溶液质量分数为23~35%,搅拌均匀后加入丙烯酰胺,继续搅拌均匀,加入过硫酸钾和N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,氮气氛围下,升高温度至60~65℃,恒温磁力搅拌3~5h,得到黏性混合物;其中复合磁性颗粒、丙烯酸溶液、丙烯酰胺、过硫酸钾和N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺的质量比为1:1.4~1.6:0.3~0.4:0.05~0.08:0.2~0.24;四、将凹凸棒土、羟基磷灰石、硫酸钾、无水氯化钙、碳酸钙和氯化钠混合均匀后,研磨粉碎30~40min,按固液比4~5:1,加入去离子水,50~60℃磁力搅拌1.5~2h,70~80℃真空干燥24~36h,得到吸水芯微粒填料;其中凹凸棒土、羟基磷灰石、硫酸钾、无水氯化钙、碳酸钙和氯化钠的质量比为1:0.4~0.5:0.15~0.18:0.03~0.05:0.06~0.08:0.12~0.15;五、将吸水芯微粒填料置于干燥箱中进行预热10~15min,温度为50~70℃,利用高速混合机将黏性混合物与吸水芯微粒填料按重量份数比10:1混合均匀,同时鼓吹70~90℃的热风对其进行干燥发泡,将黏性混合物通过双螺杆挤出机在80~90℃挤出,得到磁性防疮纸尿裤弹性芯材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁性防疮弹性纸尿裤吸水芯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四的羟基磷灰石为颗粒形式,平均粒径小于或等于200μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁性防疮弹性纸尿裤吸水芯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述催化剂为过氧化二碳酸二环己酯、二丁基二月桂酸锡、过氧化二碳酸二环己酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁性防疮弹性纸尿裤吸水芯的制备方法,其特征在于,所步骤(4)中的凹凸棒土预先2450MHz微波加热热处理8~10min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁性防疮弹性纸尿裤吸水芯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇6000。
