In summary, the following steps: according to the waste collection and nursing device in operating room nursing, when waste is thrown above the placing hole 5, the infrared sensor 9 controls the box cover 4 to move away, when the waste is liquid waste, the forward and reverse motors 12 are started to drive the rotating plate 14 to rotate, the liquid waste slides to the right end of the storage box 1 along with the surface of the rotating plate 14, when the waste is not the liquid waste, the waste falls to the top of the partition plate 21 along with the rotating plate 14 and is detected by the humidity sensor 22, and meanwhile, the second air cylinder 26 and the first air cylinder 24 are controlled and controlled to push the waste to enter the two different collection boxes 35 for classified storage.
