As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides an automatic process pushing system, which includes a server 2 and at least one client 1. Wherein the server 2 includes a staging area 22 and an authentication unit 21; the suspending area 22 is connected with the identifying unit 21; the staging area 22 is used to write and store process push guide templates. The authentication unit 21 is configured to read the process information and the completion data of the staging area, and authenticate the validity of the data.
Further, the server 2 further includes an asset library 23, and the asset library 23 is connected to the suspending area 22 and is used for storing the assets after the whole long process is completed.
The process automatic pushing method implemented by the process automatic pushing system of the present application is further described below with reference to fig. 2. As shown in fig. 2, the present application provides an automatic process pushing method, which includes the following steps:
s110: and creating a procedure push guide template.
Further, the substep of creating the process push guide template is as follows:
s1101: the long process is broken down into a plurality of sub-processes.
Specifically, each long process is automatically decomposed by the relevant person in charge or system, and a plurality of sub-processes are created according to the decomposed long process. Wherein, the long process is the whole process for completing one movie asset service. The sub-processes are short processes created after a long process is decomposed, the long process comprises at least one sub-process, and the specific number of the sub-processes created in each long process can be determined according to the real-time situation. As one embodiment, the long process is an animator process, and the multiple sub-processes created by breaking down the animator process are a model, a map, a skeleton, and a preview, respectively. Further, each sub-process corresponds to one client 1.
S1102: and configuring the pushing guide of a plurality of sub-processes.
Specifically, the related responsible person or system configures the push guidance among a plurality of sub-processes according to the specific situation of each long process.
Further, there is a push conflict between multiple sub-processes in each long process.
Specifically, the push conflict means: the next sub-process in each long process depends on the previous sub-process, and the next sub-process can continue to execute the sub-process processing or pushing task only after the previous sub-process is completed and pushed to the next sub-process. As an embodiment, in the animation production process, the pushing directions of a plurality of sub-processes are a model, a chartlet, a skeleton and a rehearsal in sequence; after the client side of the processing model finishes the model, the server pushes the working procedures to the client side of the processing chartlet according to the pushing direction, the client side of the processing chartlet carries out chartlet processing after receiving the working procedure pushing, and carries out the working procedure pushing to the client side of the processing skeleton after the chartlet processing is finished. If the mapping is not completed, the skeleton cannot perform the sub-process processing or the pushing task.
S1103: and writing each sub-process and the corresponding process information into a suspension area in sequence according to the pushing guide and storing.
Specifically, each sub-process and the corresponding process information are automatically written into the suspending area 22 and stored by the relevant person or system in accordance with the pushing order of the push guide, and a single process push guide template is configured by a plurality of sub-processes that are written into the suspending area 22 and pushed in accordance with the preset pushing order. The process information at least comprises a number corresponding to the sub-process and is used for storing completion data corresponding to the sub-process which is uploaded by the client and is completed, and the completion data comprises the number of the sub-process, a data packet and a data packet end identifier. The number of the same sub-process is one and only one, that is, the number of the corresponding sub-process in the process information is the same as the number of the sub-process in the completion data for the same sub-process.
Further, in each long process, the number of the previous sub-process is smaller than the number of the next sub-process according to the sequence of the pushing guidance.
Furthermore, for the created process push guide template, in the using process, the relevant responsible person can perform operations of adding, deleting, renumbering, resetting the push sequence of the push guide and the like according to the actual requirements of the current film and television service.
S120: and pushing the guide template automatically according to the process.
Further, the sub-step of automatically pushing the guide template according to the process pushing is as follows:
s1201: and acquiring the completion data of the sub-process.
Specifically, after the client 1 completes its corresponding sub-process, the completion data of the sub-process is uploaded to the corresponding location of the staging area (i.e., the process information of the sub-process).
As one embodiment, a trigger time is set in the buffer 22, and the trigger time includes a time-varying type scan or a time-fixed type scan.
Wherein, time-varying scanning: relevant responsible persons scan the process information in the suspending area 22 in real time according to the actual requirements of the current video service (for example, the current video service is urgent, and the staff who handles the sub-process notifies the responsible persons that the completion data of the sub-process is uploaded) by using the server 2; and if the scanned process information of a certain sub-process is stored with the completion data, the sub-process is the sub-process to be pushed. The server 2 reads the completion data of the sub-process to be pushed, and executes S1202. The time-varying scanning has the advantage of facilitating workers to complete data acquisition at any time according to requirements.
Fixed-time scanning: at least one scanning time point is set in the server 2 by a related person in charge, and when the scanning time point is reached, the server 2 scans the cache region 22; and if the scanned process information of a certain sub-process is stored with the completion data, the sub-process is the sub-process to be pushed. The server 2 reads the completion data of the sub-process to be pushed, and executes S1202.
As another embodiment, a trigger condition is set in the suspended area 22, where the trigger condition is that the server 2 scans the suspended area 22 once the suspended area 22 has new data to upload; and if the scanned process information of a certain sub-process is stored with the completion data, the sub-process is the sub-process to be pushed. The server 2 reads the completion data of the sub-process to be pushed, and executes S1202.
S1202: the validity of the completed data is authenticated.
Specifically, the sub-step of identifying the validity of the completion data is as follows:
s12021: and judging the accuracy of the finished data.
Specifically, the identifying unit 21 reads the acquired completion data, compares the number in the completion data with the number of the corresponding sub-process in the process information, and if the numbers are consistent, the completion data is accurate, and then S12022 is executed. If the serial numbers are not consistent and the finished data are inaccurate, the server 2 does not push the sub-process, sends an alarm of data damage to the client 1 which uploads the finished data and a related responsible person, waits for a worker to process the data, or enters a fault automatic processing step, and processes the fault according to a preset rule of the system.
S12022: and judging whether the pushing guidance of the sub-process is correct or not.
Specifically, as an embodiment, for the first sub-process in the process pushing guide template, the identifying unit 21 obtains the number of the next sub-process of the sub-process according to the process pushing guide template, determines whether the number of the sub-process is smaller than the number of the next sub-process, and if yes, executes S12023. If the sub-process is not satisfied, the server 2 does not push the sub-process, and sends an alarm of data damage to the client 1 which has uploaded the completion data and the related responsible person, and waits for a worker or the client to automatically complete fault processing.
As another embodiment, for a sub-process in the process pushing guide template, the identifying unit 21 obtains the number of the previous sub-process of the sub-process and the number of the next sub-process of the sub-process according to the process pushing guide template, determines whether the number of the sub-process is greater than the number of the previous sub-process and less than the number of the next sub-process, and if both are satisfied, executes S12023. If none or only one of the sub-procedures is met, the server 2 does not push the sub-procedure, sends a data damage alarm to the client 1 which has finished the data and the related responsible person, and waits for the staff or the client to automatically complete fault processing.
As another embodiment, for the last sub-process in the process pushing guide template, the identifying unit 21 obtains the number of the previous sub-process of the sub-process according to the process pushing guide template, determines whether the number of the sub-process is greater than the number of the previous sub-process, and if so, executes S12023. If the sub-process is not satisfied, the server 2 does not push the sub-process, and sends an alarm of data damage to the client 1 which has uploaded the completion data and the related responsible person, and waits for a worker or the client to automatically complete fault processing.
S12023: and judging the integrity of the data packet.
Specifically, the identifying unit 21 reads the acquired completion data, and if the completion data has the packet end identifier, the completion data is complete and legal, and S1203 is executed; if the completion data does not have the data packet end identifier, the completion data does not have integrity, the server 2 does not push the sub-process, sends an alarm of data damage to the client 1 which uploads the completion data and the related responsible person, and waits for a worker or the client to automatically complete fault processing.
S1203: and automatically pushing the sub-process with the legality of the finished data.
Specifically, the server 2 automatically pushes the sub-processes with the completed data being legal according to the pushing guidance sequence in the process pushing guidance template.
Further, after the last sub-process in the push guide template is completed, the system automatically stores the assets after the completion of the whole long process into the asset library 23 and sends a completion notification.
The beneficial effect that this application realized is as follows:
(1) the automation of process pushing is realized, the work needing manual participation in the process is effectively reduced, the error in the process pushing is avoided, and the pushing efficiency of the service is improved.
(2) After the whole long process is finished, the assets are automatically put in storage, so that the contact of personnel to effective assets is reduced, the privacy of the video assets is effectively guaranteed, and the safety of the assets is improved.
