Drawings
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method according to an embodiment.
Detailed Description
To explain technical contents, structural features, and objects and effects of the technical solutions in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a method for fusion analysis of global risk of group enterprise based on knowledge reasoning, which includes the following steps: step S101, establishing a risk analysis model based on knowledge graph technology, wherein the risk analysis model comprises knowledge points and risk rules, and in the invention, the knowledge points are contents extracted from a document according to the knowledge point division rules, and if the contents can be divided according to semantics; the risk rules, i.e. the content of the knowledge points, satisfy the rules of the risk hints, which are explained in the following embodiments. The risk analysis model of the present invention may be stored in a server that simultaneously runs the method steps of the present invention and communicates with the office software systems used by the corporate enterprise. The office software system at least comprises a project document uploading function, so that project documents can be uploaded to the office software system, and the office software system comprises a database and can record relevant information of the uploaded documents, such as storage positions, uploading time and the like.
Then, the server of the invention can enter step S102 to extract knowledge point information from the project document, and match the knowledge point information with the risk rule of the risk analysis model; and step S103, if the risk points are obtained through matching, writing the risk points into the database. Extracting knowledge point information generally needs to acquire character information of a document from the document, and if the document is a picture, OCR recognition is carried out to acquire the character information of the document. Knowledge points are then extracted by knowledge point partitioning rules similar to the risk analysis model. The server can scan newly added documents of the office software system at regular time or directly send information to the server when the office software system acquires newly uploaded documents, and then the server automatically acquires the documents, extracts knowledge points, performs model matching and automatically prompts risks. The prompted risk points can be written into a database of the office software system, so that the office software system can prompt risks. The risk prompt system can also write in the database of the project personnel, then the database of the project personnel can be read and displayed, the project personnel can conveniently obtain the risk prompt in real time, the risk prompt can be realized in the process of project progress, and the condition that the risk is generated afterwards and the situation that the risk cannot be retrieved is avoided. And meanwhile, the risk prompting efficiency is improved, and the risk prompting workload is reduced.
In some embodiments, the degree of relevance of the document may be used as knowledge point information of the risk analysis model, so as to avoid mismatching of project documents, such as a case of document uploading error. The invention further comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of obtaining documents of the same project of the office software system at different stages, extracting knowledge points of the documents, and determining the documents of the same project according to the incidence relation between the names (numbers) of the projects in the office software system and the documents. Then comparing the extracted knowledge points of the document, and judging whether the similarity value of the comparison result is greater than a threshold value or not, wherein if the similarity value is too low, the risk rule is determined; and if the current value is less than the preset value, writing risk prompt information into the database. During comparison, overall similarity comparison is generally performed, for example, 100 words are extracted from a document at a project pre-research stage, 80 words are extracted from a project-based document, a similar word is too low, for example, the similar word can be set to be half of the average value of the sum of the two words, for example, 45 words, if the similar word is more than 45 words, the document similarity is considered to be greater than a threshold value, no risk is prompted, and if the similarity is too low, a risk is prompted, so that a person can open the document and look up the content to confirm whether the document uploading is actually wrong.
In some embodiments, the value of the same content in the project document may be used as knowledge point information in the risk analysis model, and the method further includes the following steps: and acquiring values of key knowledge points (to prompt risks) in the documents, judging whether the values of the knowledge point information between different documents are consistent, and writing the risk prompt information into a database if the values of the knowledge point information between different documents are inconsistent. The key knowledge point content can be the content of the same value of each document such as construction units, standing time and the like, and if the values of the extracted content are not consistent, the risk exists.
In some embodiments, the document time and the document content in the document can be used as knowledge point information in the risk analysis model, and the method further includes the following steps: acquiring the time of the documents of the same project at different stages, judging whether the time sequence of the different documents meets the preset stage time sequence, and if not, writing a risk prompt into a database. Generally, the project document is to satisfy the timeline of normal document generation, such as first available research documents, then available project documents, and finally contractual documents, acceptance documents, etc. And if the time in the document does not follow the specified sequence, the document is risky, and a prompt is required.
In some embodiments, the amount in the document may be used as knowledge point information in the risk analysis model, and the method further includes the following steps: and obtaining the money amounts of the documents of the same project at different stages, judging whether the money amounts at different stages meet the preset money amount requirement of the project, and if not, writing a risk prompt into a database. Generally, the amount of money at different stages differs by a certain proportion, which cannot exceed the proportion, the proportion can be used as a risk rule, and by acquiring the amount of money data and matching the risk rule, when the amount of money of a project is not matched, the risk prompt can be automatically carried out, so that the project is prevented from going to the next step to bring greater risk.
In some embodiments, the signature handwriting data may be used as knowledge point information of the risk analysis model, and the method further includes the following steps: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a document at a preset position of an office software system, obtaining a signature picture at the position of the document, sending the signature picture to a signature comparison interface, obtaining a return result of the signature comparison interface, and writing a signature risk prompt into a database if the signature picture does not correspond to the signature comparison interface. The preset location, i.e., the location of the storage of the document, may be obtained, for example, by interacting with an office software system. The document position is the position of the document to be signed by the same signer, and all signatures of the same person in the project can be acquired by acquiring signature pictures at different positions. The signature comparison interface can be a third-party interface, so that the handwriting comparison is realized, if the handwriting does not correspond to the third-party interface, the handwriting can be acquired by the server and prompted, and the risk problem that the project file is not signed by the user is avoided.
In some embodiments, the signature data may be used as knowledge point information of the risk analysis model, and the method further includes the following steps: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a document at a preset position of an office software system, obtaining a signature picture at the position of the document, sending the signature picture to a signature recognition interface, obtaining a return result of the signature recognition interface, comparing the return result with a name of a person in charge in a database, and writing a signature risk prompt into the database if the return result does not correspond to the name of the person in charge in the database. Therefore, the automatic prompt can be carried out when the person who signs is different from the person who requests the signature of the document, and the person who does not have the signature authority is prevented from signing.
In some embodiments, the term information may be used as knowledge point information of the risk analysis model, and the method further includes the following steps: acquiring time and deadline in a document and a required document name, generating correspondence between deadline and the document name, searching whether a document corresponding to the document name is stored in a project position document or not after system time (namely time for operating a system of the method) exceeds the deadline, and writing an overdue risk prompt into a database if the corresponding document is not stored. In many cases, a project has a regulation on a time node, and then the time node is up to upload a corresponding document as a node certification for completing the time node, such as a regular maintenance report and a subscription bill to be paid within a certain period. The invention can extract the time and automatically monitor, if the document is not detected after the expiration, the project operation requirement is not satisfied, and the risk exists.
In the above embodiment, the documents at different stages of acquiring the unified project may be determined according to the file names of the documents, or the names associated with the documents may be acquired from the database. In certain embodiments, the following steps may be followed: and acquiring a document of a project document storage position in the office software system, opening the document, acquiring a title name in the document, and determining the project stage of the document according to the title name.
The invention provides a knowledge reasoning-based group enterprise global risk fusion analysis system which comprises a storage and a processor, wherein a computer program is stored in the storage, and when the computer program is executed by the processor, the steps of the method are realized.
