The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, wherein the elements illustrated as separate elements may or may not be physically separate, and the elements shown as elements may or may not be physical elements, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network elements. Claims (8)
1. An instant message based information collecting method, comprising:
determining all fields included in the information collection form based on the information collection template; the field at least comprises a user identifier;
Determining a personnel list of information to be collected based on the initialized information collection form;
Sending a first instant message to each target user, wherein the first instant message comprises a static picture generated by recording information matched with the target user; the target user is any user in the personnel list of the information to be collected;
based on the received second instant messages replied by all the target users and the information collection form, counting and generating a corresponding report;
The sending of the first instant message to each target user, after the first instant message includes a still picture generated by the record information matched with the target user, includes:
determining whether the target user views the first instant message;
if the first instant message is not checked, sending a reminding message to the target user in a first period of information collection;
if the first instant message is checked, determining whether a second instant message replied by the target user is received;
If the first instant message is checked, determining whether a second instant message replied by the target user is received or not comprises:
if the target user confirms that the record information of the static picture characterization contained in the first instant message is correct, replying to a second instant message confirmed by the characterization;
and if the target user determines that the record information of the static picture characterization included in the first instant message is wrong or incomplete, submitting the modification to the record information, and replying to the second instant message with characterization confirmation.
2. The method for instant message based information collecting as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transmitting a first instant message to each target user, the first instant message including a still picture generated from recorded information matched with the target user, comprises:
Acquiring user identifiers of all users of the information to be collected based on the personnel list of the information to be collected;
Screening record information matched with the user identifications according to each user identification in the initialized information collection form, and generating corresponding static pictures;
and sending a first instant message to the target user corresponding to the user identifier in the third-party instant communication application, wherein the instant message comprises the static picture.
3. The method for collecting information based on instant messages as claimed in claim 1, wherein said sending a reminder message to said target user for a first period of information collection if said first instant message is not viewed comprises:
If the target user is determined not to view the first instant message, acquiring the first term of information collection;
Periodically sending a reminding message to the target user in the first period;
Or in the first period, sending a reminding message to the target user at a time of a preset time interval before the first period.
4. The method for instant message based information gathering as recited in claim 1, wherein after determining all the fields included in the information gathering form based on the information gathering template, comprising:
And in a third party system, screening corresponding information according to all fields included in the information collection form, and filling the information collection form to finish the initialization of the information collection form.
5. The instant message based information gathering method as recited in claim 1, wherein said submitting a modification to the recorded information comprises:
displaying the editable record information by clicking a hyperlink included in the still picture;
and updating the record information after submitting the modification to the record information.
6. An instant message based information gathering apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
The form module is used for determining all fields included in the information collection form based on the information collection template; the field at least comprises a user identifier;
The target user module is used for determining a personnel list of information to be collected based on the initialized information collection form;
The sending module is used for sending a first instant message to each target user, wherein the first instant message comprises a static picture generated by recording information matched with the target user; the target user is any user in the personnel list of the information to be collected;
the collecting module is used for counting and generating a corresponding report form based on the received second instant messages replied by all the target users and the information collecting form;
The device further comprises a confirmation module, after sending a first instant message to each target user, wherein the first instant message comprises a static picture generated by recording information matched with the target user, and the confirmation module is specifically used for:
determining whether the target user views the first instant message;
if the first instant message is not checked, sending a reminding message to the target user in a first period of information collection;
if the first instant message is checked, determining whether a second instant message replied by the target user is received;
the confirmation module is specifically configured to, when the first instant message is already checked, determine whether a second instant message replied by the target user is received or not:
if the target user confirms that the record information of the static picture characterization contained in the first instant message is correct, replying to a second instant message confirmed by the characterization;
and if the target user determines that the record information of the static picture characterization included in the first instant message is wrong or incomplete, submitting the modification to the record information, and replying to the second instant message with characterization confirmation.
7. An electronic device comprising a memory, a transceiver, and a processor;
A memory for storing a computer program; a transceiver for transceiving data under control of the processor; a processor for reading the computer program in the memory and performing the following operations:
determining all fields included in the information collection form based on the information collection template; the field at least comprises a user identifier;
Determining a personnel list of information to be collected based on the initialized information collection form;
Sending a first instant message to each target user, wherein the first instant message comprises a static picture generated by recording information matched with the target user; the target user is any user in the personnel list of the information to be collected;
based on the received second instant messages replied by all the target users and the information collection form, counting and generating a corresponding report;
After sending a first instant message to each target user, wherein the first instant message comprises a static picture generated by recording information matched with the target user, the method comprises the following steps:
determining whether the target user views the first instant message;
if the first instant message is not checked, sending a reminding message to the target user in a first period of information collection;
if the first instant message is checked, determining whether a second instant message replied by the target user is received;
If the first instant message is checked, determining whether a second instant message replied by the target user is received or not comprises:
if the target user confirms that the record information of the static picture characterization contained in the first instant message is correct, replying to a second instant message confirmed by the characterization;
and if the target user determines that the record information of the static picture characterization included in the first instant message is wrong or incomplete, submitting the modification to the record information, and replying to the second instant message with characterization confirmation.
