本发明公开一种无烟燃烧炉。本发明是针对目前燃烧炉效率低,烟尘污染严重的缺点而设计,在炉膛内下方有炉篦,在炉篦上方的炉壁上有炉门,炉膛顶端有烟囱。在炉壁上方有烟尘加热器,所述烟尘加热器为若干上下为狭窄通道的导热体,导热体中空,可以通过烟尘,该中空通道称为导热腔,烟尘7只能从导热腔中由下往上通过,烟尘加热器的横截面的周边与炉壁内侧相吻合,也就是烟尘加热器横截面完全覆盖炉膛水平面,烟尘加热器下面燃煤产生的烟尘只能通过烟尘加热器狭窄通道向炉膛上方运行,烟尘在通过烟尘加热器狭窄通道上升过程中,烟尘被烟尘加热器加热到燃点以上,烟尘被点燃,燃尽的烟尘成为洁净气体,洁净气体8从烟囱中溢出,炉篦下面是炉渣。

背景技术
目前燃烧炉燃烧效率低,特别是民用炉,燃烧不充分造成环境污染,因此限制了燃烧炉的使用。
发明内容
本发明是针对目前燃烧炉效率低,烟尘污染严重的缺点而设计。在燃烧炉内炉壁的上方设置一个烟尘加热器,烟尘加热器为若干上下为狭窄通道的导热腔,导热体中空,可以通过烟尘,烟尘只能从导热腔中由下往上通过,燃煤产生的烟尘只能通过烟尘加热器狭窄通道向炉膛上方运行,烟尘在通过烟尘加热器狭窄通道上升过程中,烟尘被烟尘加热器加热到燃点以上,烟尘被点燃,烟尘被彻底燃尽,排出洁净气体。

图1中,在炉膛1内下方有炉篦2,在炉篦2上方的炉壁3上有炉门4,炉膛1顶端有烟囱5。在炉壁3上方有烟尘加热器6,所述烟尘加热器6为若干上下为狭窄通道的导热体,导热体中空,可以通过烟尘,该中空通道称为导热腔9,烟尘7只能从导热腔9中由下往上通过,烟尘加热器6的横截面的周边与炉壁内侧相吻合,也就是烟尘加热器6横截面完全覆盖炉膛1水平面,烟尘加热器6下面燃煤10产生的烟尘7只能通过烟尘加热器6狭窄通道向炉膛1上方运行,烟尘7在通过烟尘加热器6狭窄通道上升过程中,烟尘7被烟尘加热器6加热到燃点以上,烟尘7被点燃,燃尽的烟尘成为洁净气体8,洁净气体8从烟囱中溢出,炉篦下面是炉渣11。
图2是有液体燃料输入的无烟燃烧炉原理示意图。图2中,图2原理与图1大致相同,不同之处在于,图2中多了液体燃料输入装置。具体是,炉壁3上还设置一个燃料输液管12,燃料输液管12的一端开口在炉膛内,燃料输液管12的另一端穿过炉壁延伸到炉膛外并连通到液体燃料池15上,液体燃料池15中有液体燃料14,液体燃料池15上方有燃料池盖13,在燃料输液管12上设置有阀门16。当打开阀门16时,燃料池15中的液体燃料14通过燃料输液管12进入到炉膛1内。进入炉膛1内的液体燃料14燃烧并加热烟尘加热器6,烟尘加热器6将烟尘7点燃。
所述导热腔9为由下向上导通空气的多通道导热体,包括管状体、蜂窝状体、以及任何形状的空腔体,由下向上的通路可以是直形,也可以是弯曲形。
所述液体燃料14优选甲醇或乙醇。

Claims (2)

1.一种无烟燃烧炉,在炉膛(1)内下方有炉篦(2),在炉篦(2)上方的炉壁(3)上有炉门(4),炉膛(1)顶端有烟囱(5),其特征是,在炉壁(3)上方有烟尘加热器(6),所述烟尘加热器(6)为若干上下为狭窄通道的导热体,导热体中空,可以通过烟尘,该中空通道称为导热腔(9),烟尘(7)只能从导热腔(9)中由下往上通过,烟尘加热器(6)的横截面的周边与炉壁内侧相吻合,也就是烟尘加热器(6)横截面完全覆盖炉膛(1)水平面,烟尘加热器(6)下面燃煤(10)产生的烟尘(7)只能通过烟尘加热器(6)狭窄通道向炉膛(1)上方运行,烟尘(7)在通过烟尘加热器(6)狭窄通道上升过程中,烟尘(7)被烟尘加热器(6)加热到燃点以上,烟尘(7)被点燃,燃尽的烟尘成为洁净气体(8),洁净气体(8)从烟囱中溢出,炉篦下面是炉渣(11)。
2.根据权利要求一所述的无烟燃烧炉,其特征是所述炉壁(3)上还设置一个燃料输液管(12),燃料输液管(12)的一端开口在炉膛内,燃料输液管(12)的另一端穿过炉壁延伸到炉膛外并连通到液体燃料池(15)上,液体燃料池(15)中有液体燃料(14),液体燃料池(15)上方有燃料池盖(13),在燃料输液管(12)上设置有阀门(16)。当打开阀门(16)时,燃料池(15)中的液体燃料(14)通过燃料输液管(12)进入到炉膛(1)内。进入炉膛(1)内的液体燃料(14)燃烧加热烟尘加热器(6),烟尘加热器(6)将烟尘(7)点燃。
