Wherein, stoving circulation module includes stoving heating device 7, fan system 11, stoving inlet air channel 6, stoving air-out passageway 8. The drying and heating device 7 is arranged in the box body 1. The fan system 11 is arranged in the box body 1. The first end of the drying air inlet channel 6 is communicated with the outlet of the drying heating device 7, and the second end of the drying air inlet channel 6 is communicated with the inlet of the washing barrel 9. The first end of the drying air outlet channel 8 is communicated with the outlet of the washing barrel 9, and the second end of the drying air outlet channel 8 is communicated with the inlet of the drying air inlet channel 6. The steam generation module comprises a steam heating device 4 and a water inlet valve assembly 3. The steam heating device 4 is provided in the washing tub 9. The water inlet valve assembly 3 is arranged in the box body 1, one end of the water inlet valve assembly 3 is communicated with a water inlet channel of the washing machine, the other end of the water inlet valve assembly 3 is communicated with the steam heating device 4, and the steam heating device 4 is communicated with the drying air inlet channel 6 through a steam inlet 5. The arrangement is such that the steam at the steam inlet 5 is blown into the washing tub through the drying air inlet passage 6.
The drain module includes a drain pump assembly 10. A drain pump assembly 10 is provided in the cabinet 1, and when the washing machine is in the odor removal mode, the working chamber of the washing tub 9 can communicate with the outside of the washing machine through the drain pump assembly 10 to introduce fresh air into the washing tub 9, and when the washing machine is in the washing mode, the working chamber of the washing tub 9 can communicate with the outside of the washing machine through the drain pump assembly 10 to drain water in the washing tub 9.
Further, the washing machine further includes a damper 2. One end of the damper 2 is connected with the cabinet 1, and the other end of the damper 2 is connected with the washing tub 9. The vibration of the washing machine can be effectively reduced by the arrangement, so that the noise of the washing machine is reduced, and the installation stability of the washing barrel is improved.
Specifically, under the condition that the circulation air duct is not provided with an air communicating structure outside the machine, namely, fresh air cannot be introduced in the steam odor removal process, air with peculiar smell in the barrel is discharged into the air, and aiming at the problem, the exchange of the air outside the washing barrel is realized by controlling the switch of a drainage system, so that the function of removing the odor by steam is realized. Under the condition that does not increase the structure more, remove the flavor effect through the control realization same steam to the system, reduce washing machine's design processing cost, adopt the washing machine of this application, need not pass through water and detergent, only need utilize steam just can get rid of the peculiar smell on the clothing, implementation is simple, and the procedure stops the user promptly and can wear the clothing, and is very convenient.
In the steam deodorization process, steam is introduced into the barrel after being generated, the temperature of clothes in the barrel is gradually raised due to high-temperature steam, peculiar smell in the clothes is separated from the clothes under the action of high temperature and enters the air in the barrel, and at the moment, if fresh air outside the washing barrel is introduced, the air with peculiar smell is discharged outside the washing barrel, so that the steam refreshing effect on the clothes with peculiar smell can be realized.
The steam refreshing or odor removing mode is mainly divided into two parts, wherein the first part is a steam spraying stage, and the steam action is utilized to eliminate partial bacteria on clothes and volatilize odor in the clothes into air; the second part is a drying stage, and in order to realize that the clothes can be worn after being stopped after smell removal, the clothes after steam spraying needs to be dried.
As shown in fig. 1, one end of the steam heating device 4 is connected with the water inlet valve assembly 3, and the other end is connected with the drying air inlet channel, and under the driving of the fan, steam energy can be continuously transmitted to clothes, so that the steam spraying effect on the clothes is realized. The parts of the drying air outlet channel, the drying heating device, the drying air inlet channel, the washing barrel and the fan system form a closed drying circulating system (the circulating direction of air is shown as an arrow in figure 2) to realize the drying of clothes.
As shown in fig. 2, when the user selects the steam freshening/deodorizing function, the water inlet valve assembly 3 first feeds water until a safe heating water level of the steam electric heating device is reached, and then the electric heater located in the steam device starts to operate to generate steam. In order to bring the generated steam into the bucket, the circulating fan system needs to be started in the steam process. In order to realize the exchange with the air outside the washing barrel, under the condition that a fresh air system is not added, a drainage pump needs to be opened in the steam spraying process to introduce fresh air. The temperature in the barrel rises along with the steam entering the barrel, the pressure in the barrel also increases, the air in the barrel diffuses towards the air outside the washing machine at the moment, and after the pressure in the barrel is gradually reduced, the fresh air outside the washing barrel is gradually sucked into the barrel, so that the aim of changing the fresh air is fulfilled. Through the continuous exchange of air, the air with peculiar smell in the barrel becomes fresh, and the effect of deodorizing the clothes is finally achieved.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, according to another embodiment of the present application, the method for removing odor further includes the steps of: when the steam generation module starts to operate, when a low liquid level probe of the steam generation module is detected to be connected, a fan system in the steam electric heating device, the drying circulation module and a drainage pump assembly of the drainage module are started, a compressor in the drying circulation module runs at low frequency, and when the low liquid level probe of the steam electric heating device is detected not to be connected, the water level of the steam electric heating device reaches a safety preset value after the water inlet valve is opened for water inlet S1.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, when the steam temperature sensor of the steam generation module detects that the steam temperature is T, when T is greater than or equal to 100 ℃, the steam generation time S2 is recorded, and at the same time, the liquid level probe conduction time S3 is recorded, when S2 is greater than or equal to S3, or T1 is greater than or equal to S2 and less than S3, the steam electric heating device is turned off, the drying cycle module is turned on, and the compressor runs at high frequency for S4 time; when S2 < t1, the water inlet valve is opened for S1 time. Wherein t1 may be 8 minutes. And in the high-frequency operation S4 time of the compressor, a drying spray valve of the drying circulation module is opened for S5 time every preset time so as to spray liquid water to the drying air inlet channel. I.e. the spray valve is in an intermittent opening mode.
Of course, in another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the deodorization method further comprises the following steps: when the steam generation module starts to operate, the fan system and the compressor in the drying circulation module are turned off after high-frequency operation for S6 time, and then whether the low liquid level probe of the steam generation module is conducted or not is detected. The drying system (the compressor is operated) can be started before the first stage, namely the steam spraying stage, the air channel is preheated, the condition that condensate water is generated in the air channel with lower temperature after steam is generated can be reduced, and the steam utilization efficiency is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, after the steam deodorization procedure is selected, the liquid level probe 17 in the steam heating device 4 starts to detect whether the liquid level in the steam heating device satisfies the condition of turning on the steam electric heating 16, and if the condition is satisfied, that is, the low liquid level probe is turned on, the steam electric heating 16 is turned on. After the steam electric heater 16 is started, the circulating fan and the drainage pump are started, and the compressor starts to operate at low frequency. The steam temperature sensing bulb 15 detects the steam temperature in real time, when the temperature feedback value is 99 +/-1 ℃, the mainboard starts to record the steam generation time point, and simultaneously starts to record the probe on-time point until the steam generation time S2 set by the program is reached, or the probe detects the off-time S3. If the disconnection of the liquid level probe is not detected within the set steam generation time S2, namely S2 is more than or equal to S3, the first stage is ended, the steam electric heating is disconnected, and the second stage is started. If the liquid level probe is detected to be disconnected in the steam generation process, it is determined whether the performed steam generation time (i.e., the liquid level probe on-time) S3 is less than the minimum steam generation time (8min), and if the minimum heating time is not met, the steam inlet valve 13 is fed with water and reheated to generate steam until the condition of entering the second stage is reached. In this stage, along with steam gets into in the bucket, the temperature rose in the bucket, and the bucket internal pressure also increases thereupon, and the air in the bucket diffuses to the air outside the washing machine this moment, and after the bucket internal pressure reduces gradually, the new trend outside the section of thick bamboo is sucked into in the bucket again gradually, reaches the purpose of changing new trend, and partial peculiar smell accessible drain pump is discharged outside the section of thick bamboo.
As shown in fig. 3, after the steam electric heating 16 is turned off, the second stage, i.e. the drying stage, is started, in the process, the compressor runs at high frequency, and meanwhile, the drying spray valve 12 is intermittently opened for S5 time within the preset time, and experiments prove that the water valve can achieve a better odor removing effect after the intermittent opening time of about 5-15 min. After the drying spray valve 12 is closed, the compressor is closed after continuously running for 5 to 10 min. At this stage, the purpose of dissolving the peculiar smell gas in the barrel is achieved by spraying water in the air duct, and the water in the air duct is discharged out of the barrel through the drainage pump, so that the purpose of removing the peculiar smell is achieved. In fig. 4, 14 is a steam outlet, in the present application, the time S1 may be 5S, S2 may be 10min, S4 may be 10min, S5 may be 5S, S6 may be 5min, and S4 is the measured value.
