Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a clothes dryer. It comprises a laundry treating drum and an air duct, the laundry treating drum being in communication with the air duct, and an external ironing assembly in communication with the air duct. The invention is divided into the clothes treating cylinder and the external ironing component which are respectively communicated with the clothes treating cylinder and the external ironing component, so that hot air is provided for the clothes treating cylinder and the external ironing component, and the same heating device can be used for ironing and drying. When the clothes treating cylinder 1 is required to carry out clothes drying tasks, hot air in the air duct 2 circulates in the clothes treating cylinder 1 and the air duct; when the external ironing assembly 3 performs ironing of clothes, hot air in the air duct 2 enters the external ironing assembly 3.
Example 1

As shown in fig. 1, from left to right, the air duct 2 is internally provided with a filter module 6, a fan 4 and a heating module 5 in sequence, wherein the fan 4 is arranged between the heating module 5 and the filter module 6, and the filter module 6 can remove lint in high humidity air during a drying procedure. When clothes are dried, air passes through the filter module 6 and then passes through the fan 4 and the heating module 5, and the heated air enters the clothes treating cylinder 1 again to provide necessary conditions for drying the clothes. In the ironing process, the air of the clothes treating cylinder 1 circulates into the air duct 2 through the fan 4, and enters the hot air spray head 32 from the ironing pipe 31 after passing through the fan 4 and the heating module 5, so that necessary conditions are provided for ironing clothes.
The heating module 5 comprises a heater. I.e. the laundry treating machine heats the air by electric heating, but of course in other embodiments also by a condenser, i.e. the laundry treating machine is a heat pump dryer. When the laundry treating machine is a heat pump dryer, the evaporator is provided between the ironing pipe 31 and the filtering module 6, preventing high temperature and high humidity air from being condensed into low temperature dry air by the evaporator, affecting ironing effect.
The laundry treating machine further comprises a damper 7, the damper 7 being arranged below the laundry treating drum 1. It is possible to prevent the laundry treating drum 1 from generating a large vibration during the rotation, resulting in the case 9 vibrating together with the laundry treating drum 1, affecting the use of the laundry treating machine.
Since the laundry machine has an ironing function, in order to ensure that a user can use the ironing function alone, the control panel 8 is provided at the outside of the cabinet 9, and ironing keys are provided on the control panel 8. After the user selects the ironing program, the controller controls the first air door to be in an open state, the fan 4 works to enable air in the air duct 2 and the clothes treating cylinder 1 to flow, the air in the clothes treating cylinder 1 enters the air duct 2 and then is heated by the heating module 5, and then enters the clothes treating cylinder 1 to contact water to carry partial steam into the ironing pipe 31, so that the heating module 5 for drying clothes is adopted to provide a heat source for ironing. The hot air in the air duct enters the ironing pipe 31 (shown in fig. 1), enters the hot air spray head, and is sprayed to the surface of the clothes to iron and remove wrinkles on the clothes.

In this embodiment, the external ironing component 3 is communicated with the air duct 2, so that the external ironing component 3 and the drying component adopting the clothes processor can achieve the purpose of ironing independently, and the user does not need to purchase the ironing machine or the garment steamer, thereby solving the problem that additional space is required for accommodating because of purchasing the ironing machine or the garment steamer independently. Meanwhile, the external ironing assembly 3 works together with a drying assembly adopted by the drying function of the clothes processor, so that the ironing purpose can be realized, ironing can be realized under the condition that the volume of the clothes processor is not required to be changed, and the problem that the volume is correspondingly increased when the clothes processor has the ironing function is avoided.

Since the ironing requires high-temperature and humid air, the ironing pipe 31 is provided between the ventilating pipe and the laundry treating drum 1, it can be ensured that the high-temperature and humid air does not exchange heat with external dry and cold air, and the ironing effect is not affected.
A third air door (not shown in the figure) is further arranged between the fan 4 and the filtering module 6, the third air door comprises a third baffle and a third stepping motor, the third stepping motor is connected with the third baffle, the third baffle can be opened or closed according to the requirement, the air channel 2 is opened or closed according to the requirement, and the high-temperature and high-humidity air is prevented from circulating in the air channel 2.
