Detailed Description
It should be noted that, in the present application, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method of treating clothes. The clothes care method in the embodiment comprises a peculiar smell removing step, a sterilizing step, a dust removing step and an ironing step; determining clothes information of clothes to be nursed; determining the type of peculiar smell on clothes to be nursed; nursing the clothes to be nursed through one or more steps of removing smoke smell, removing hot pot smell and removing sweat smell; wherein the odor removing step comprises a smoke odor removing step, a hot pot odor removing step and a sweat odor removing step. Therefore, the nursing parameters and the nursing time required by the clothes to be nursed can be determined according to different types of clothes and peculiar smell types, so that the aim of removing the peculiar smell of the clothes to be nursed by selecting one or more peculiar smell removing steps can be fulfilled, and a better nursing effect can be realized.
In particular, in the embodiment of the invention, the clothes to be treated can be treated by selecting one or more of the odor removing step, the sterilizing step, the dust removing step and the ironing step according to different clothes types and treatment requirements, so that the clothes to be treated can be treated more effectively.
It should be noted that, in fig. 1, when the clothes to be nursed are nursed, the sequence of determining the clothes information of the clothes to be nursed and determining the odor type on the clothes to be nursed is not limited, the clothes information of the clothes to be nursed may be determined first, and then the odor type on the clothes to be nursed may be determined; or determining the odor type of the clothes to be nursed firstly, and then determining the clothes information of the clothes to be nursed. The clothes information of the clothes to be nursed is determined to determine the clothes type of the clothes to be nursed.
It should be noted that when a plurality of odor removing steps are adopted for nursing, the sequence of the smoke odor removing step, the hot pot odor removing step and the sweat odor removing step is not limited, the smoke odor removing step can be firstly carried out according to the concentration of different odor types on clothes to be nursed, and then the sweat odor removing step is carried out; or, the step of removing the hot pot smell is carried out firstly, and then the step of removing the smoke smell and the step of removing the sweat smell are carried out in sequence.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the parameters of treatment include air supply amount, humidification amount, and heating amount.
It should be noted that the odor types of the clothes to be treated can be divided into various types. In an embodiment of the present invention, the odor types include smoke odor, chafing dish odor, and sweat odor. Wherein, the smoke smell is smoke dust particles composed of various harmful substances; the chafing dish taste is alcohol or lipid soluble in water; sweat odors are volatile gases containing nitrogen and sulfur.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the smoke removing step includes:
step S10: pre-wetting the clothes to be nursed;
step S20: the method comprises the following steps of utilizing a first air volume generated by an internal circulation fan to blow clothes to be nursed;
step S23: exhausting air and introducing fresh air;
step S30: the air flow generated by the external circulation fan is heated by the heating device, and the clothes to be nursed are dried by utilizing the heated air flow.
In the above technical solution, in the step S10 of prewetting the laundry to be treated, the steam generating device may be adopted to provide steam to the laundry to be treated, so as to fully wet the laundry to be treated; step S20, the clothes to be nursed can be blown by utilizing the first air quantity generated by the internal circulation machine, so that the air circulation of the space where the clothes to be nursed are located is accelerated, and a part of smoke particles can leave the clothes to be nursed along with the steam generated by the steam generating device and the airflow generated by the internal circulation fan; in the step S23 of exhausting air and introducing fresh air, the internal circulation fan is closed, and simultaneously the fresh air is introduced by the external circulation fan, so that the steam with the smoke particles generated in the step S20 is blown out of the space where the clothes to be nursed are located, and the external fresh air (i.e. the air without the smoke particles) is introduced into the space where the clothes to be nursed are located, thereby achieving the purpose of ventilating the space where the clothes to be nursed are located, and discharging a part of the smoke particles on the clothes to be nursed into the external environment; in step S30, the air flow generated by the external circulation fan may be heated by the heating device, so that the high temperature air flow blows over the clothes to be treated, thereby effectively drying the clothes to be treated. Through the technical scheme, through the steps S20 and S23, the function of removing smoke smell in a manner similar to a manner of removing part of smoke dust particles on clothes to be nursed through a physical manner in places where air circulates such as a balcony and the like can be realized, and then the clothes to be nursed are heated and dried through the step S30, so that the smoke smell on the clothes to be nursed can be effectively removed.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, step S10 and step S20 are performed simultaneously, and the laundry to be treated is moistened and simultaneously is blown by the first air volume generated by the internal circulation machine, so that the steam generated by the steam generating device can rapidly enter the surface and the internal tissues of the laundry to be treated by the first air volume generated by the internal circulation machine, thereby achieving the effects of rapidly moistening the laundry to be treated and deeply moistening the laundry to be treated. Of course, in an alternative implementation not shown in the drawings, step S10 may be performed first, and then step S20 may be performed, according to actual needs.
Further, in step S23, the external circulation fan is used to blow the clothes to be nursed, so as to accelerate the air circulation in the space where the clothes to be nursed are located, so that the smoke particles in the clothes to be nursed can be attached to the droplets of the steam, and the smoke particles can leave the clothes to be nursed along with the steam generated by the steam generating device and the air flow generated by the external circulation fan and enter the air exhaust duct section, wherein the air exhaust duct section is internally provided with an adsorbent material, such as activated carbon, so that the adsorbent material in the air exhaust duct section can be used to adsorb the smoke particles in the steam and the air flow, thereby preventing a large amount of smoke from flowing into the room.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, in step S10, steam is generated by using a steam generating device, and the laundry to be treated is fully moistened by using the steam. The steam generating device may be a boiler.
Of course, in an alternative implementation, in step S10, the atomization generator may be used to generate atomized water droplets according to actual needs, and the atomized water droplets are sprayed onto the clothes to be treated, so as to sufficiently wet the clothes to be treated.
It should be noted that the steam includes a gas phase and a liquid phase, and the atomized water droplets are all small-particle water droplets. The laundry to be treated can be moistened both with steam and with atomized water droplets.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, after step S23, the smoke removing step further includes a step S25 of determining whether the concentration of the odor in the laundry to be treated reaches a first preset value, if so, step S28 of performing a blowing care on the laundry to be treated by using the second air volume generated by the blower is performed, and if not, step S10, step S20 and step S23 are repeatedly performed. Wherein the second air volume is smaller than the first air volume.
In the above technical solution, the judging step S25 is performed after the step S23 is completed, at this time, the steam with the smoke particles generated in the step S20 is blown out of the space (i.e. the nursing box) where the clothes to be nursed are located, and the space where the clothes to be nursed are located is filled with fresh air. The smoke concentration of the clothes to be nursed is detected after the space where the clothes to be nursed is located is ventilated, so that the smoke concentration can be more accurately detected. And comparing the detected smoke concentration value with a preset first preset value, and selecting different nursing steps according to the judgment result.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first preset value refers to a value corresponding to different care modes (such as a smoke smell removing step, a dust removing step, or a sterilization step) stored in a database included in the laundry care system, and when a single care mode is selected, the user may select from high, medium, low, or 1-5 grades and the like according to actual needs.
If the judgment result shows that the smoke concentration in the nursing box is still higher and is larger than the first preset value, the steps S10, S20 and S23 are repeatedly executed, so that deep smoke removing treatment can be continuously carried out on the clothes to be nursed; if the judgment result shows that the smoke concentration is lower, the step S28 is directly executed, and secondary smoke-smell removing nursing is carried out on the clothes to be nursed, so that the smoke smell on the clothes to be nursed can be more effectively removed, and the steps S10, S20 and S23 do not need to be repeatedly executed, and therefore, the energy-saving effect is achieved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first air volume is greater than the second air volume, that is, the first rotation speed is greater than the second rotation speed (where the rotation speed of the fan generating the first air volume is the first rotation speed, and the rotation speed of the fan generating the second air volume is the second rotation speed). Further, the number of times of repeatedly performing the steps S10, S20 and S23 is N, wherein N is more than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 4.
Specifically, the fan rotation speed and the circulating air volume are in a direct proportion relationship, and the fan rotation speed is adjusted by a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) method in the embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of the invention is provided with a plurality of rotating speeds from low to high, the rotating speed range is R1-Rn, the first rotating speed is Rm, and the second rotating speed is Rj (wherein j is more than or equal to 1 and is less than or equal to m and is less than or equal to n).
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, before step S30, after the judging step S25, the smoke removing step further includes a step S26 of secondarily wetting the laundry to be treated; in step S10, the process of pre-wetting the laundry to be treated lasts for a first preset time t1; in step S20, the process of blowing air to the clothes to be nursed lasts for a second preset time t2, and in step S23, the process of exhausting air and introducing fresh air lasts for a third preset time t3, wherein t1 is not less than t2, and t3 is not less than t2.
With the above arrangement, in step S26, the steam generating device generates steam to secondarily wet the laundry to be treated (the secondary wetting is relative to the pre-wetting, and is to be distinguished from the pre-wetting), so as to ensure that the laundry to be treated can be in a fully wetted state, and the circulating air flow generated by the internal circulating fan is used to blow the laundry to be treated, so that the smoke particles leave the laundry to be treated along with the steam, thereby more effectively removing the smoke smell on the laundry to be treated.
Furthermore, the first preset time t1 is less than or equal to the second preset time t2 is less than or equal to the third preset time t3, so that the arrangement can ensure that after the step S23, all smoke particles in the space where the clothes to be nursed are located are discharged, the judgment result of the subsequent judgment step S25 is more accurate, and the smoke smell on the clothes to be nursed is more effectively removed.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the step of removing the smoke further includes the step of wetting the laundry to be treated for a second time S26, the step of removing the smoke further includes the step of adding a smoke removing agent before the step S26.
In the technical scheme, for the clothes to be nursed with heavier smoke smell, the smoke smell removing reagent can be added into the water storage box before the step S26, so that the smoke smell removing reagent can be attached to the surface of the clothes to be nursed and can deeply penetrate into the tissues of the clothes to be nursed along with the steam generated by the steam generating device, and the smoke smell removing reagent can play a role in assisting in removing the smoke smell. Afterwards, the high-temperature airflow generated by the internal circulation fan and the heating device can be utilized to evaporate steam and the smoke removing reagent together, so that clothes to be nursed are dried, the clothes to be nursed can be nursed quickly and deeply, a good nursing effect is achieved, and the experience of a user is improved.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the step S25 of determining, before the step S30, the step S26 of performing secondary wetting on the laundry to be treated and the step S28 of performing air blowing treatment on the laundry to be treated by using the second air volume generated by the internal circulation fan are performed simultaneously, so that, during deep care, the heated steam wrapped with the molecules of the smoke abatement agent can be brought into full contact with the laundry to be treated by using the air flow generated by the internal circulation fan and can rapidly enter into the tissue of the laundry to be treated, thereby rapidly wetting the laundry, and achieving full reaction between the laundry to be treated and the molecules of the smoke abatement agent, thereby improving the care efficiency.
Of course, in alternative implementations not shown in the drawings, step S28 may be performed after step S26, as may be practical.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the blowing process is continued for a fourth preset time t4 in step S28, and the drying process for drying the laundry is continued for a fifth preset time t5 in step S30, wherein t4 > t3 and t5 > t3.
According to the technical scheme, the fourth preset time and the fifth preset time are both greater than the third preset time, and after the air with peculiar smell in the space where the clothes to be nursed are located (namely the inner cavity of the nursing box) is ensured to be discharged, the clothes to be nursed can be further treated by utilizing the internally-circulated fresh air in the follow-up process, the humidity in the inner cavity of the nursing box is reduced, and the drying of the clothes to be nursed is accelerated.
As shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the step of removing the hot pot flavor includes: pre-wetting the clothes to be nursed; continuously wetting the clothes to be nursed for a preset time, and blowing air to the clothes to be nursed; the air flow generated by the external circulation fan is heated by the heating device, and the clothes to be nursed are dried by utilizing the heated air flow.
In the technical scheme, steam is provided for clothes to be nursed by the steam generating device for prewetting and the clothes to be nursed are continuously wetted for a period of time, so that the clothes to be nursed are fully wetted, then the clothes to be nursed are blown by utilizing third air volume generated by the external circulating fan, so that air circulation of a space where the clothes to be nursed are located is accelerated, alcohols and lipids with hot pot taste in the clothes to be nursed can be dissolved in droplets of the steam, the clothes to be nursed leave the clothes to be nursed along with the steam generated by the steam generating device and airflow generated by the external circulating fan and enter the air exhaust air duct section, wherein adsorbing substances, such as active carbon, are arranged in the air exhaust air duct section, so that the alcohols and lipids in the steam and the airflow are adsorbed by utilizing the adsorbing substances in the air exhaust air duct section, and a large amount of hot pot taste is prevented from flowing into a room; and then, the air flow generated by the external circulating fan can be heated by the heating device, so that the high-temperature air flow blows through the clothes to be nursed, and the clothes to be nursed are effectively dried. Through above-mentioned technical scheme, can utilize such physical mode of blowing to treat the nursing clothing and carry out quick and effectual hot pot flavor nursing that removes.
Specifically, in the process of drying the clothes to be nursed by heating the air flow generated by the external circulation fan through the heating device and utilizing the heating air flow, the external circulation fan is utilized to generate strong air (the air volume is a fourth air volume which is larger than the third air volume, namely, the rotating speed of the external circulation fan is larger than that of the external circulation fan at the moment), the strong air with the heating air flow can rapidly enter the surface and the internal tissues of the clothes to be nursed, and the effect except the hot pot smell is more effectively realized.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, in the step of prewetting the laundry to be treated, the prewetting process lasts for a sixth preset time t6; in the step of continuously wetting the clothes to be nursed for a preset time and blowing the clothes to be nursed, the process of blowing the clothes to be nursed lasts for a seventh preset time t7; and heating the air flow generated by the fan through the heating device, and in the step of drying the clothes to be nursed by utilizing the heated air flow, continuing the drying process for eighth preset time t8. The pre-wetting process, the blowing process and the drying process are all continued for a period of time, so that the hot pot taste of the tissues on the surface and inside the clothes to be nursed can be effectively removed.
In an embodiment of the invention, the deodorising step further comprises a deodorising step. The step of removing the sweat smell comprises: prewetting the clothes to be nursed, and continuously wetting the clothes to be nursed for a period of time; the air flow generated by the heating fan is heated by the heating device, and the clothes to be nursed are dried by utilizing the heating air flow.
Among the above-mentioned technical scheme, prewetting treats that nursing can adopt steam generating device to provide steam and last moist a period for treating nursing clothing to fully wet treats nursing clothing, later, utilize the first amount of wind that heating device heating inner loop machine produced to treat nursing clothing and dry the processing of drying of blowing, wherein, sweat smell is the volatile gas that contains nitrogen and sulphur, sweat smell is along with high temperature air current evaporation in the air, through above-mentioned technical scheme, can utilize the physical mode to treat nursing clothing and carry out quick and effectual hot pot smell nursing that removes.
Preferably, a hot pot or sweat removing agent may be added during the pre-wetting of the laundry to be treated, which may act as an aid to remove hot pot or sweat.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in the step of determining the odor type on the laundry to be cared for, the laundry care method further includes determining the odor type using an odor sensor and a smoke sensor. The odor type of the clothes to be cared is detected through an odor sensor and a smoke sensor, wherein the odor sensor can detect sweat odor and hot pot odor, and the smoke sensor can detect smoke odor. Therefore, one or more of the steps of removing the peculiar smell are selected to nurse the clothes to be nursed aiming at the sweat smell, the smoke smell or the hot pot smell on the clothes to be nursed, and the better nursing effect can be realized.
