Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the first aspect of the present invention is to provide a heat pump clothes dryer supporting an air washing function, specifically, the following technical solution is adopted:
a heat pump clothes dryer comprising a laundry treating drum and a heat pump drying system providing drying air to the laundry treating drum, and further comprising an air washing system, which cooperates with the heat pump drying system to provide hot steam into the laundry treating drum.
In the scheme, the heat pump drying system of the existing heat pump clothes dryer adopts the low-temperature drying principle, so that the clothes cannot be subjected to air washing treatment.
Preferably, the air washing system comprises an air duct communicated with the clothes treating cylinder and a heating device arranged in the air duct.
In the above scheme, the air duct may be a dedicated air duct independent of the air supply duct of the heat pump clothes dryer, or may be the air supply duct of the heat pump clothes dryer shared with the heat pump drying system.
Preferably, the air duct is an air supply duct of the heat pump clothes dryer, so that a special air duct is not required to be arranged for an air washing system, and the structural design of the whole machine is simplified.
Preferably, the heat pump drying system comprises a heat pump device, and a condenser of the heat pump device is at least partially arranged in the air supply duct and exchanges heat with air in the air supply duct.
Preferably, the heating device is an electric heating device, and the heating power of the heating device is larger than the heat dissipation power of the condenser, so that the normal execution of the air washing process is ensured.
Preferably, a drying fan is arranged in the air supply duct, the air washing system comprises an auxiliary fan arranged in the air supply duct, and when the heat pump clothes dryer receives an air washing instruction, the drying fan and the auxiliary fan are controlled to work, so that circulation of hot steam is quickened.
In the scheme, the power of the drying fan of the existing heat pump clothes dryer is not very high, so that the auxiliary fan is additionally arranged, and in the process of executing an air washing program, the drying fan and the auxiliary fan work cooperatively to accelerate steam circulation, thoroughly penetrate through clothes fibers and perform more effective air washing on clothes.
Preferably, the air washing system comprises a spraying device which is communicated with the clothes treating cylinder/the air supply duct.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a control method of a heat pump clothes dryer,
preferably, the heat pump clothes dryer comprises a clothes treatment drum, an air washing system and a heat pump drying system for providing drying air for the clothes treatment drum, and the control method comprises the steps that the heat pump clothes dryer controls the air washing system to work in coordination with the heat pump drying system to provide hot steam into the clothes treatment drum.
Preferably, the heat pump drying system comprises an air supply duct communicated with the clothes treating cylinder and a fan arranged in the air supply duct, the air washing system comprises a spraying device communicated with the clothes treating cylinder/the air supply duct and a heating device arranged in the air supply duct, and the heat pump clothes dryer controls the spraying device to spray, the heating device to heat and the fan to drive air to flow, and hot steam is provided for the clothes treating cylinder through the air supply duct.
In the scheme, the spraying device of the air washing system, the heating device and the fan of the heat pump drying system are matched to execute the air washing process, the heating device has high power, and execution of the air washing process is ensured.
Preferably, the heat pump drying system comprises an air supply duct communicated with the clothes treating cylinder, a heat pump device and a fan arranged in the air supply duct, the air washing system comprises a spraying device communicated with the clothes treating cylinder/the air supply duct, the heat pump clothes dryer controls the spraying device to spray, the heat pump device to dissipate heat and the fan to drive air to flow, and hot steam is provided for the clothes treating cylinder through the air supply duct.
In the scheme, the heat pump device, the fan and the spraying device are matched to execute the air washing process, the heat dissipation power of the condenser of the heat pump device is high, and the execution of the air washing process is ensured.
Preferably, the heat pump drying system comprises an air supply duct communicated with the clothes treating cylinder, a heat pump device and a fan arranged in the air supply duct, the air washing system comprises a spraying device communicated with the clothes treating cylinder/the air supply duct and a heating device arranged in the air supply duct, and the heat pump clothes dryer controls the spraying device to spray, the fan drives air to flow, and the heating device and the heat pump device work cooperatively, and hot steam is supplied to the clothes treating cylinder through the air supply duct.
In the scheme, the heat pump device, the fan, the heating device and the spraying device are matched to execute the air washing process, the heating device and the heat pump device work cooperatively, the heating effect is ensured, and the execution of the air washing process is ensured.
Further, the cooperation of the heating device and the heat pump device includes: the heat pump clothes dryer firstly controls the heating device and the heat pump device to work, and controls the heat pump device to stop working after a set time period and/or when the steam temperature reaches a set value and/or the steam humidity reaches a set value.
In the scheme, after a certain heating stage, the working efficiency of the heat pump is reduced, the effect is not obvious, at the moment, the heat pump device can be controlled to stop working, and the heating device keeps working, so that the air washing effect is ensured.
Preferably, the heat pump clothes dryer includes a clothes drying program, and the heat pump clothes dryer performs an air washing process during operation of the clothes drying program.
In the scheme, the effects of deodorizing, removing wrinkles and ironing the clothes in the air washing process are added in the common clothes drying program, so that the clothes treatment effect is improved, and the user experience is good.
Further, after receiving an instruction of executing a clothes drying program, the heat pump clothes dryer controls the heat pump device and/or the heating device to work to execute a clothes drying process, then controls the spraying device and the heating device to work to execute an air washing process, and controls the heat pump device and/or the heating device to work to dry clothes after the air washing process is finished.
Preferably, the heat pump clothes dryer is provided with a clothes drying program and an air washing program, and when the heat pump clothes dryer executes the clothes drying program, the heat pump drying system is controlled to work; when the heat pump clothes dryer executes an air washing program, the heating device is controlled to heat or the heating device and the heat pump system are controlled to heat.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the heat pump clothes dryer of the invention comprises a clothes processing cylinder and a heat pump drying system for providing drying wind for the clothes processing cylinder, and further comprises an air washing system, wherein the air washing system is matched with the heat pump drying system to provide hot steam into the clothes processing cylinder. The heat pump drying system of the existing heat pump clothes dryer adopts a low-temperature drying principle, so that air washing treatment of clothes cannot be realized.

In the invention, the heat pump drying system of the existing heat pump clothes dryer adopts the low-temperature drying principle, so that the clothes can not be washed by air, and the structure and the control process are creatively improved on the technology of the existing heat pump clothes dryer, thereby supporting the heat pump clothes dryer to wash the clothes by air and filling the technical and market gaps.
Example 1
In the first embodiment, the heat pump clothes dryer includes an air washing system, the air washing system includes an air duct communicating with a clothes treating cylinder of the heat pump clothes dryer and a heating device disposed in the air duct, it is to be noted that in this embodiment, the heat pump clothes dryer includes an air supply duct the same as the existing heat pump clothes dryer, the air duct of the air washing system is an independent air duct different from the air supply duct, a fan is disposed in the air duct, further, the air washing system further includes a spraying device, the spraying device is used for spraying into the air duct or the clothes treating cylinder, and when the air washing program is executed, the heat pump clothes dryer controls the spraying device to spray, the fan to start, the heating device to heat, and hot steam is provided into the clothes treating cylinder, so as to steam treat clothes, thereby achieving the effects of deodorizing, removing wrinkles and ironing.
In one scheme, the air duct comprises an air inlet part and an air outlet part, the air inlet part is communicated with the outside air, the air outlet part is communicated with the clothes treating cylinder, the spraying device is communicated with the air duct, when fog in the air duct flows through the heating device, because atomized water particles are small, the contact area with the heating device is large, the atomized water particles are quickly changed into hot steam, the air duct provides the hot steam for the clothes treating cylinder, the clothes is steamed, and then the hot and humid steam is directly discharged out of the outside.
In another preferred scheme, the air channel is a circulating air channel, the air inlet part and the air outlet part are both communicated with the clothes treatment cylinder, a condensing device is arranged in the air channel, the condensing device cools, dehumidifies and decontaminates air flowing back into the circulating air channel, the air carries mist again and flows through the heating device, and clean hot steam is formed to carry out steam treatment on clothes. The condensing device can adopt an air-cooled or water-cooled heat exchanger, and can also adopt an evaporator of a heat pump system, and the evaporator absorbs heat of hot air in the circulating air duct to condense steam in the hot air, and preferably, the spraying device is communicated to a pipeline positioned between the heating device and the condenser on the air duct.
Example two
In the second embodiment, the air washing system shares part of components with the structure of the heat pump clothes dryer, and the air washing function of the heat pump clothes dryer is also realized.
Specifically, the heat pump clothes dryer comprises a clothes treatment cylinder and an air supply duct communicated with the clothes treatment cylinder, a condenser of a heat pump drying system of the heat pump clothes dryer is arranged in the air supply duct, the air washing system comprises a heating device, the heating device is arranged in the air supply duct, the air washing system further comprises a spraying device, the spraying device is connected with the clothes treatment cylinder or the air supply duct, a drying fan is further arranged in the air supply duct, and the drying fan is used for providing drying air circulating power when the heat pump clothes dryer executes a clothes drying program and providing hot steam circulating power when the heat pump clothes dryer executes an air washing program. Through setting up heating device in the air supply wind channel inside, then can realize heat pump dryer air and wash the function equally to do not need to set up special wind channel for the air washing system, simplified complete machine structural design, the cost is reduced.
The heating device is an electric heating device, and the heating power of the heating device is larger than the heat dissipation power of the condenser, so that the normal execution of the air washing process is ensured.
In this implementation, the air washing system includes a second heating device, where the second heating device is a condenser of a heat pump drying system of the heat pump clothes dryer, and the condenser is at least partially disposed in the air supply duct. The second heating means may be understood as the condenser of the heat pump means being shared by the air washing system and the heat pump drying system. In this embodiment, the air washing system includes two heating devices, ensuring normal execution of air washing.
Wherein the heating power of the heating device is larger than the heat dissipation power of the condenser, and the heating device is preferably used for heating air when the air washing procedure is executed. The heating device is an electric heater, such as a PTC electric heating plate or a heating pipe, such as a serpentine heating pipe which is folded back for many times is arranged in the air supply duct, so that the contact area between the heating device and water mist is increased, and hot steam is formed rapidly.
The air washing system comprises an air supply duct, wherein a drying fan is arranged in the air supply duct, the air washing system comprises an auxiliary fan arranged in the air supply duct, and when the heat pump clothes dryer receives an air washing instruction, the drying fan and the auxiliary fan are controlled to work, so that circulation of hot steam is quickened. The power of the drying fan of the existing heat pump clothes dryer is not very high, so that an auxiliary fan is additionally arranged, and in the process of executing an air washing program, the drying fan and the auxiliary fan work cooperatively to accelerate steam circulation, thoroughly penetrate through clothes fibers, and perform more effective air washing on clothes.
Example two
A second object of the present invention is to provide a control method of the heat pump clothes dryer in the above-described embodiment one,
the control method comprises the steps that the heat pump clothes dryer controls the air washing system to work in coordination with the heat pump drying system to supply hot steam into the clothes treatment cylinder.
In this embodiment, the heat pump clothes dryer has three ways of performing air washing, respectively as follows:
in the first implementation of the air washing scheme, the heat pump clothes dryer has the structure that: the heat pump drying system comprises an air supply duct communicated with the clothes treating cylinder and a fan arranged in the air supply duct, and the air washing system comprises a spraying device communicated with the clothes treating cylinder/the air supply duct and a heating device arranged in the air supply duct. Wherein, atomizer can set up on the air supply wind channel and be located heating device's the upper reaches, so, then in the air supply wind channel, cold wind passes through atomizer's spraying region earlier, carries the water smoke to flow through heating device, under heating device high temperature heating, the vaporization forms hot steam to get into clothing processing section of thick bamboo through the air supply wind channel and carry out steam treatment to inside clothing. The spraying device may also be arranged downstream of the heating device, so that the cold air is heated by the heating device and then passes through the spraying area of the spraying device to form hot steam, thereby steaming the laundry in the laundry treating drum. The spraying opening of the spraying device can be consistent with the air supply direction of the air supply duct, and can also be arranged opposite to the air supply direction of the air supply duct, for example, when the spraying opening of the spraying device is arranged opposite to the outlet of the air supply duct, hot air heated by the heating device moves opposite to water mist sprayed by the spraying device, the hot air and the water mist are fully mixed to generate a large amount of hot steam, and the clothes are subjected to steam treatment. In the scheme, the spraying device of the air washing system, the heating device and the fan of the heat pump drying system cooperate to execute the air washing process, the heating device has high power, and execution of the air washing program is ensured.
In a second implementation of the air washing scheme, the heat pump clothes dryer is structured as follows: the heat pump drying system comprises an air supply duct communicated with the clothes treating cylinder, a heat pump device and a fan arranged in the air supply duct, wherein the heat pump device comprises a condenser and an evaporator, the condenser is at least partially arranged in the air supply duct, the air washing system comprises a spraying device communicated with the clothes treating cylinder/the air supply duct, a heating device is not required to be arranged, and the spraying device is preferably communicated to the air supply duct and is positioned at the upstream of the condenser.
Thus, the control process of the heat pump clothes dryer includes: the heat pump clothes dryer controls the spraying device to spray, the heat pump device to dissipate heat and the fan to drive air to flow, wherein the foggy air circularly flows between the clothes treating cylinder and the air supply duct under the action of the fan, and when the foggy air flows through the condenser of the heat pump device, the condenser dissipates heat to heat the foggy air into hot steam, and the hot steam enters the clothes treating cylinder through the air supply duct to steam clothes, so that the effects of deodorizing, removing wrinkles and ironing are achieved. In the scheme, the heat pump device, the fan and the spraying device cooperate to execute the air washing process, the heat dissipation power of the condenser of the heat pump device is high, and the execution of the air washing process is ensured.
In a third implementation of the air washing scheme, the heat pump clothes dryer is structured as follows: the heat pump drying system comprises an air supply duct communicated with the clothes treating cylinder, a heat pump device and a fan arranged in the air supply duct, wherein the heat pump device comprises a condenser and an evaporator, the condenser is at least partially arranged in the air supply duct, and the air washing system comprises a spraying device communicated with the clothes treating cylinder/the air supply duct and a heating device arranged in the air supply duct. The heating device is arranged in the air supply duct and is positioned at the downstream of the condenser, and the spraying device is communicated with the air supply duct/the clothes treating cylinder, wherein the position design of the spraying device can refer to the description in the first execution air washing scheme, and the description is omitted here.
Thus, the control process of the heat pump clothes dryer includes: the heat pump clothes dryer controls the spraying device to spray, the fan drives air to flow, the heating device and the heat pump device work cooperatively, and hot steam is supplied to the clothes treating cylinder through the air supply duct. In the scheme, the heat pump device, the fan, the heating device and the spraying device are matched to execute the air washing process, the heating device and the heat pump device work cooperatively, the heating effect is ensured, and the execution of the air washing program is ensured. Further, the cooperation of the heating device and the heat pump device includes: the heat pump clothes dryer firstly controls the heating device and the heat pump device to work, and controls the heat pump device to stop working after a set time period and/or when the steam temperature reaches a set value and/or the steam humidity reaches a set value. In the scheme, the heat pump device can be controlled to stop working at the moment, and the heating device can be kept working to ensure the air washing effect in consideration of the fact that the working efficiency of the heat pump is reduced and the effect is not obvious after the heat pump device and the heating device are executed to a certain stage.
Example III
In a third embodiment, the heat pump clothes dryer includes a clothes drying program and an air washing program, and when the user selects the clothes drying program, the heat pump clothes dryer executes a clothes drying process, for example: the clothes dryer controls the heat pump drying system to perform drying treatment on clothes; when the user selects an air washing program, the heat pump clothes dryer controls the heating device to heat, the fan drives air to flow, the spraying device sprays the air into the clothes treating cylinder or the air supply duct, the fogged air is heated into hot steam through the heating device, the hot steam enters the clothes treating cylinder through the air supply duct, and the hot steam circularly flows between the clothes treating cylinder and the circulating duct to perform steam treatment of deodorizing, ironing and removing wrinkles on clothes.
Further, the heat pump clothes dryer includes a clothes drying program, and the heat pump clothes dryer performs an air washing process during the operation of the clothes drying program. In the embodiment, the effects of deodorizing, removing wrinkles and ironing the clothes are added in the common clothes drying program, the clothes treatment effect is improved, and the user experience is good.
After the heat pump clothes dryer receives an instruction for executing a clothes drying program, the heat pump device and/or the heating device are/is controlled to work to execute a clothes drying process, then the spraying device and the heating device are controlled to work to execute an air washing process, and after the air washing process is finished, the heat pump device and/or the heating device is controlled to work to dry clothes.
Referring to fig. 1, a specific control process of the heat pump clothes dryer performing a drying program in the present embodiment is provided.
The method comprises the following steps:
s1, a heat pump clothes dryer receives an instruction for executing a clothes drying program;
s2, controlling the heat pump device and/or the heating device to work by the heat pump clothes dryer, and executing a clothes drying process;
s3, judging whether the drying time and/or the steam temperature and/or the steam humidity reach set values or not by the heat pump clothes dryer, if so, entering a step S4, otherwise, entering a step S2;
s4, controlling the spraying device and the heating device to work by the heat pump clothes dryer, and executing an air washing process;
s5, after the air washing process is finished, the spraying device stops working, and the heat pump device and/or the heating device work to dry clothes.
In step S3, when the drying duration and/or the steam temperature and/or the steam humidity obtain the set values, it is indicated that the laundry has reached the drying standard, and at this time, the air washing process is performed to effectively achieve the effects of deodorizing, removing wrinkles and ironing, so that the user experience is good, and it should be noted that in the above steps, the fans in the air supply duct work to drive the air to flow, regardless of the drying process or the air washing process.
