本发明为一种缓解视力疲劳的熏蒸药方及其制备方法，该药方由下述的组份制作而成：胡桃隔、芡实、桑螵蛸、菟丝子、桑葚子、车前子、苍耳子、知母、紫草、辛夷花、石斛和枸杞。本发明采用胡桃隔、芡实、菟丝子、桑螵蛸、桑葚子、枸杞、天冬，进而补充肾气、肾血、固精，从而藏精养目；采用车前子、知母、紫草、石斛、菊花、决明子、柴胡、何首乌、桑叶、蒲公英、板蓝根，从而清热明目；采用苍耳子、辛夷花，从而通窍明目；最后还通过龙眼肉和合欢皮补益心神、安神活血进而养目；依托五脏相生、肝肾同源的原理，通过多种药材配合进行补肾固精养目、清热明目、通窍明目，进而达到对眼睛养护理疗的目的。

本发明属于眼部护理领域，具体是指一种缓解视力疲劳的熏蒸药方及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
随着现代文化生活节奏的加快，工作、学习过度紧张，心理素质负担过重，加之生态环境的不洁污染、如空气尘埃、烟雾等空气质量的影响及自身精神紧张，劳逸协调不当，长期用眼过度或眼睛得不到充分的调养和休息，同时诸多因素诱发的眼睛病变越来越多，不同程度的病变可致眼视力下降，形成近视、弱视、视疲劳或出现眼部酸困、眼框疼痛等症，严重可使视力模糊、眼花甚至失明。
眼疲劳是一种眼科常见病，它所引起的眼干、眼涩、眼酸胀，视物模糊甚至视力下降直接影响着人的工作与生活。
目前我国儿童青少年的近视率居世界首位，并且低龄化趋势明显，小学生近视比例为45.7％，初中生近视比例为74.4％，高中生近视比例为83.3％，大学生近视比例则高达87.7％。除了先天因素外，近视低龄化且高发，主要是日常用眼不良习惯导致的，比较突出的就是长期的近距离读写用眼及电子产品的过早大量使用等,长时间的近距离用眼所产生的眼疲劳又得不到有效的缓解和改善，致使儿童青少年过早地形成了近视的屈光状态，最终成为近视。
在对眼睛的护理和治疗中，中医已经早有研究，在《黄帝内经》、中医藏象学说等众多中医论述中均有研究，在安徽郎溪县中医医院发表的《生物全息论对中医藏象学说的反证》中也对眼睛和五脏之间的关系也进行了详细阐述。目前众多眼睛护理的中药经方中，多只注重单一脏器——肝与眼睛关系的研究和探讨，对“肝肾同源”的相关机制尚缺乏系统而深入地研究。
为此，本发明提出一种新的技术方案。

本发明的目的是在于克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种缓解视力疲劳的熏蒸药方及其制备方法。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题，本发明采用下述技术方案：
一种缓解视力疲劳的熏蒸药方，由下述的组份制作而成：胡桃隔、芡实、桑螵蛸、菟丝子、桑葚子、车前子、苍耳子、知母、紫草、辛夷花、石斛、枸杞、菊花、决明子、柴胡、天冬、何首乌、龙眼肉、桑叶、合欢皮、板蓝根和蒲公英。
在进一步的改进方案中，一种缓解视力疲劳的熏蒸药方，由下述重量配比的组份制作而成：胡桃隔10-20g、芡实5-8g、桑螵蛸5-8g、菟丝子10-12g、桑葚子8-10g、车前子8-10g、苍耳子8-10g、知母3-5g、紫草3-5g、辛夷花3-5g、石斛15-20g、枸杞10-17g、菊花10-15g、决明子12-18g、柴胡6-8g、天冬10-15g、何首乌5-8g、龙眼肉15-20g、桑叶20-30g、合欢皮8-10g、板蓝根8-10g和蒲公英20-30g。
一种缓解视力疲劳的熏蒸药方的制备方法，按重量份取胡桃隔、芡实、桑螵蛸、菟丝子、桑葚子、车前子、苍耳子、知母、紫草、辛夷花、石斛和枸杞，再加入一定量的冰片，将上述材料磨成粉末，过5000目筛，然后再将粉末搅拌压实成柱状，得到可燃烧药条，即可。
本发明所采用的中药的功效如下：
胡桃隔：性味苦、涩，平；归脾、肾经；补肾涩精。
芡实：性味甘、涩，平；归脾、肾经；益肾固精，补脾止泻，除湿止带。
桑螵蛸：性味甘、咸，平；归肝、肾经；固精缩尿，补肾助阳。
菟丝子：性味辛、甘，平；归肝、肾、脾经；补益肝肾，固精缩尿，安胎，明目，止泻。
桑葚子：性味甘酸，微寒；归心、肝、肾经；补血滋阴，生津止渴，润肠燥；含有丰富的活性蛋白、维生素、氨基酸、胡萝卜素。
枸杞：性味甘，平；归肝、肾经；滋补肝肾，益精明目。
天冬：性味甘、苦，寒；归肺、肾经；养阴润燥，清肺生津。
车前子：性味甘，寒；归肝、肾、肺、小肠经；清热利尿通淋，渗湿止泻，明目，祛痰。
知母：性味苦，寒；归肺、胃、肾经；清热泻火，滋阴润燥。
紫草：性味甘、咸，寒；归心、肝经；凉血，活血，解毒透疹。

桑叶：性味甘、苦，寒；归肺、肝经；疏散风热，清肺润燥，清肝明目。
蒲公英：性味苦、甘，寒；归肝、胃经；清热解毒，消肿散结，利尿通淋。
板蓝根：性味苦，寒；归心、胃经；清热解毒，凉血利咽。
苍耳子：性味苦、甘、辛，温；归肺、肝经；发散风寒，通鼻窍，祛风湿，止痛。
辛夷花：性味辛，温；归肺、胃经；散风寒，通鼻窍。
龙眼肉：性味甘，温；归心、脾经；补益心脾，养血安神。
合欢皮：性味甘，平；归心、肝、肺经；解郁安神，活血消肿。
本发明的积极效果在于：本发明采用众多归肾经，补肾涩精的药材，如胡桃隔、芡实、菟丝子、桑螵蛸、桑葚子、枸杞、天冬，进而补充肾气、肾血、固精，从而藏精养目；采用众多清热解毒的药材，如车前子、知母、紫草、石斛、菊花、决明子、柴胡、何首乌、桑叶、蒲公英、板蓝根，从而清热明目；采用众多通窍的药材，如苍耳子、辛夷花，从而通窍明目；最后还通过龙眼肉和合欢皮补益心神、安神活血进而养目；多味药材中有归肝经、肾经、心经、脾经、肺经和胆经，依托五脏相生、肝肾同源的原理，通过多种药材配合进行补肾固精养目、清热明目、通窍明目，进而达到对眼睛养护理疗的目的。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解视力疲劳的熏蒸药方，其特征在于，由下述重量配比的组份制作而成：胡桃隔10-20g、芡实5-8g、桑螵蛸5-8g、菟丝子10-12g、桑葚子8-10g、车前子8-10g、苍耳子8-10g、知母3-5g、紫草3-5g、辛夷花3-5g、石斛15-20g、枸杞10-17g、菊花10-15g、决明子12-18g、柴胡6-8g、天冬10-15g、何首乌5-8g、龙眼肉15-20g、桑叶20-30g、合欢皮8-10g、板蓝根8-10g和蒲公英20-30g。
3.一种缓解视力疲劳的熏蒸药方的制备方法，其特征在于，按重量份取胡桃隔、芡实、桑螵蛸、菟丝子、桑葚子、车前子、苍耳子、知母、紫草、辛夷花、石斛、枸杞、菊花、决明子、柴胡、天冬、何首乌、龙眼肉、桑叶合欢皮、板蓝根和蒲公英，再加入一定量的冰片，将上述材料磨成粉末，过5000目筛，然后再将粉末搅拌压实成柱状，得到可燃烧药条，即可。
