Abstract
本发明公开了一种生猪饲养方法,包括猪场的建设、猪苗选择、幼猪饲养、保育猪饲养、生长猪饲养、育肥猪饲养;本发明通过在猪场外部种植绿化带可以很好地阻挡外部空气进入猪场内,使猪场内空气新鲜度较好,减少猪过多接触到污染空气的机会,利于猪的健康;通过发酵床养殖能够改善养殖环境,除臭杀菌,零排放,无污染,起到生物消毒的作用,还能提高饲料利用率,节省用水用料,降低饲养成本;采用天然有机物作为饲料,避免化学饲料的使用,同时在生长猪阶段和育肥猪阶段进行散养,增加生猪的日常活动量,同时在保育饲料中添加中药材,提高了猪的免疫力,避免激素的使用,提高猪肉的品质,使养出的香猪肉质细嫩,肉嫩味香。

背景技术
养猪业是我国畜牧业中的重要产业之一,养猪业的良性发展对保障肉食品安全供应有重要作用,随着养殖业的不断的发展,我国养猪业无论是养殖模式、区域布局还是生产方式、生产能力都在发生显著变化。
目前我国养猪现状是:农村放养生猪其养殖规模小并且不集中,大多养殖户未经过专业培训,导致养殖方法不科学、产量低、长势慢、发病率高、价格高但利润率低;另外,许多猪场为控制和降低发病率,普遍使用抗生素来添加至饲料或者饮水中。特别是抗生素类添加剂的长期大量使用所产生的耐药性、药物残留和环境污染等问题,已引起全社会的广泛关注,由于抗生素类药见效快,来源广泛,因此抗生素等化学类药物依然是用于防治各类疾病的首选。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种生猪饲养方法,本方法采用天然有机饲料,提高了猪肉品质,而且降低了工作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种生猪饲养方法,包括以下步骤
(1)猪场的建设:选择远离居民住宅区、工厂区或无污染物排放的场地作为猪场;在猪场周围种植绿化带,在绿化带内搭建猪舍;猪舍内搭建发酵床,并在发酵床上设有饲喂装置、饮水装置和自动降温消毒系统;
(2)猪苗选择:坚持自繁自养的原则,选择猪场自有的种猪繁殖的后代猪作育肥猪饲养;选择断奶12-14天的乳猪放入猪舍中开始养殖;
(3)幼猪饲养:猪舍内温度控制为20-28℃,相对湿度为50-75%,保证猪舍通风透气,仔猪进入发酵床后一个星期内采用少量多餐方式饲喂断奶仔猪饲料,保证仔猪随时能够饮水,饮水温度控制在30-35度,所述仔猪饲料按质量份数包括:米粥7-9份、玉米粥3-6份和发酵豆粕12-16份;
(4)保育猪饲养:每天将保育猪饲料投食4-5次,加入中草药制剂,所述保育猪饲料按质量份数包括:青贮草料30-40份、玉米25-45份、红薯18-24份、胡萝卜10-15份、虾壳粉3-6份;所述中草药制剂由以下重量份的原料熬制而成:杜仲6-10份、厚朴8-12份、银杏叶6-10份、板蓝根7-10份、黄芪9-12份;
(5)生长猪饲养:在山地围场散养,并在散养场不同位置设置食槽和水槽,且猪舍的位置高于所述食槽和水槽位置,按保育猪饲料每天投食1-2次;
(6)育肥猪饲养:在所述具有坡度的山地围场散养,育肥猪饲料每天投食4-5次,所述育肥猪饲料包括:玉米50-80份、红薯40-60份、红薯藤20-30份、荞麦10-20份、鱼骨粉2-4份、豆饼30-40份、食盐0.3-0.5份、酒糟4-8份、苏氨酸0.1-0.4份和赖氨酸0.2-0.5份。
本发明的有益效果:1、通过在猪场外部种植绿化带可以很好地阻挡外部空气进入猪场内,使猪场内空气新鲜度较好,减少猪过多接触到污染空气的机会,利于猪的健康。2、通过发酵床养殖能够改善养殖环境,除臭杀菌,零排放,无污染,起到生物消毒的作用,还能提高饲料利用率,节省用水用料,降低饲养成本。3、采用天然有机物作为饲料,避免化学饲料的使用,同时在生长猪阶段和育肥猪阶段进行散养,增加生猪的日常活动量,同时在保育饲料中添加中药材,提高了猪的免疫力,避免激素的使用,提高猪肉的品质,使养出的香猪肉质细嫩,肉嫩味香。

实施例1
(1)猪场的建设:选择远离居民住宅区、工厂区或无污染物排放的场地作为猪场;在猪场周围种植绿化带,在绿化带内搭建猪舍;猪舍内搭建发酵床,并在发酵床上设有饲喂装置、饮水装置和自动降温消毒系统;
(2)猪苗选择:坚持自繁自养的原则,选择猪场自有的种猪繁殖的后代猪作育肥猪饲养;选择断奶12天的乳猪放入猪舍中开始养殖;
(3)幼猪饲养:猪舍内温度控制为24℃,相对湿度为65%,保证猪舍通风透气,仔猪进入发酵床后一个星期内采用少量多餐方式饲喂断奶仔猪饲料,保证仔猪随时能够饮水,饮水温度控制在30-35度,所述仔猪饲料按质量份数包括:米粥8份、玉米粥4份和发酵豆粕15份;
(4)保育猪饲养:每天将保育猪饲料投食4次,加入中草药制剂,加入量占育肥猪饲料的2%;所述保育猪饲料按质量份数包括:青贮草料35份、玉米32份、红薯20份、胡萝卜12份、虾壳粉4份;所述中草药制剂由以下重量份的原料熬制而成:杜仲7份、厚朴9份、银杏叶8份、板蓝根8份、黄芪10份;所述青贮草料由红薯藤、车前草、鱼胆草、苜蓿和野豌豆至少之一通过青贮工艺制作而成;
(5)生长猪饲养:在山地围场散养,并在散养场不同位置设置食槽和水槽,且猪舍的位置高于所述食槽和水槽位置,按保育猪饲料每天投食1-2次;
(6)育肥猪饲养:在所述具有坡度的山地围场散养,育肥猪饲料每天投食4-5次,所述育肥猪饲料包括:玉米60份、红薯55份、红薯藤24份、荞麦15份、鱼骨粉2份、豆饼35份、食盐0.4份、酒糟5份、苏氨酸0.2份和赖氨酸0.2份。

(1)猪场的建设:选择远离居民住宅区、工厂区或无污染物排放的场地作为猪场;在猪场周围种植绿化带,在绿化带内搭建猪舍;猪舍内搭建发酵床,并在发酵床上设有饲喂装置、饮水装置和自动降温消毒系统;
(2)猪苗选择:坚持自繁自养的原则,选择猪场自有的种猪繁殖的后代猪作育肥猪饲养;选择断奶12-14天的乳猪放入猪舍中开始养殖;
