Abstract
本发明公开了一种肉牛的育肥饲养方法,包括以下步骤:肉牛的引种;肉牛入舍前3天,饲喂淡盐水,并喂给优质干草,中午饲喂麸皮水,晚上饲喂中草药;3天后,让其自由采食青干草,每头每天饲喂0.8‑1.2kg精料,所述精料为牛源地饲料;一周后进行驱虫和接种疫苗;肉牛的育肥;圈舍的管理;饲养管理;防疫接种及疾病预防。本发明有效避免了肉牛引种后的应激反应,减少了疾病的发生和降低死亡率,提高了肉牛的抗病能力,饲料中加入发酵过的玉米酒糟,有利于肉牛食用后安心趴卧和反刍,促进肉牛育肥,缩短出栏时间,从而提高养殖户的经济收益。

本发明属于畜禽养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种肉牛的育肥饲养方法。
背景技术
肉牛是以生产牛肉为主的牛,其体躯丰满、增重快、饲料利用率高、产肉性能好,肉质口感好。随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平也不断提高,牛肉是世界第三消耗肉品,约占肉制品市场的25%,牛肉含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸,其组成比猪肉更接近人体需要,能提高机体抗病能力,对生长发育及手术后、病后调养的人在补充失血和修复组织等方面特别适宜,所以,市场对牛肉的需求不断增长,所以,肉牛的养殖受到越来越多养殖户的青睐,但是,由于养殖户对肉牛的饲养和管理技术欠缺,导致肉牛的养殖效益不高。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种肉牛的育肥饲养方法。
一种肉牛的育肥饲养方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)肉牛的引种:选择月龄六个月以上、体重150kg以上的西门塔尔或者夏洛莱品种,用紫外线消毒器对牛舍进行消毒后入圈舍,隔离饲养一个月以上确诊无病后方可入群;
(2)隔离饲养:肉牛入舍前3天,饲喂淡盐水,并喂给优质干草,中午饲喂麸皮水,晚上饲喂中草药;3天后,让其自由采食青干草,每头每天饲喂0.8-1.2kg精料,所述精料为牛源地饲料;一周后进行驱虫和接种疫苗;
(3)肉牛的育肥:定时饲喂,饲料以青、粗、精料搭配,青料以青贮饲料和青草为主,粗料为农作物秸秆,精料中添加发酵过的玉米酒糟,玉米酒糟的含量为40%-60%,每头每天的精料中添加50-60g小苏打,每日三次以青、粗料中搭配精料饲喂,并保证充足的饮水;
(4)圈舍的管理:保持圈舍清洁卫生、干燥和安静的环境,定期清洗、消毒圈舍,夏季保持通风降温,冬季铺设垫草防冻保温;
(5)饲养管理:随时查看肉牛的采食、饮水、粪尿量,并进行记录,每天上、下午定时给牛体刷拭一次;
(6)防疫接种及疾病预防:定期进行饮水消毒,定期杀虫和灭鼠,夏季每天进行灭蚊,做好疫苗注射预防疾病,按常规免疫程序接种病毒类疫苗、定期给肉牛做全身检查。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中的中草药包括蒲公英、紫花地丁、连翘、紫苏、黄芪、车前草、茯苓,各组分的重量比为(3-8):(3-8):(3-8):(1-5):(1-5):(1-5):(1-3)。
进一步的,所述中草药中各组分的重量比为5:5:5:3:3:3:2。
本发明肉牛的育肥饲养方法,与现有技术相比,其有益效果在于:本发明有效避免了肉牛引种后的应激反应,减少了疾病的发生和降低死亡率,提高了肉牛的抗病能力,饲料中加入发酵过的玉米酒糟,有利于肉牛食用后安心趴卧和反刍,促进肉牛育肥,缩短出栏时间,从而提高养殖户的经济收益。
