Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for protecting user privacy, which are used for solving the problem of resource waste of virtual numbers. The method comprises the following steps: a server for providing an electronic commerce service receives an order request submitted by a first user, wherein the order request comprises a real telephone number of the first user and a real telephone number of a second user associated with the order; the server generates an order number according to the order request and distributes a virtual number for the generated order number; the server takes the distributed virtual number as a contact telephone number of the first user and sends the contact telephone number to the second user; and after the order is completed, the server withdraws the virtual number allocated to the order number.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for protecting user privacy.
Background
In many scenes, users can use virtual numbers to answer calls or receive short messages, so that the requirement of leakage of real mobile phone numbers of the users is avoided. For example, when a user performs an e-commerce service (e.g., shopping on an e-commerce website) other than the service provided by the service platform, the user may apply for a virtual number from the telecom operator and reserve the virtual number in a shopping order to provide the virtual number to an express and goods provider, so as to prevent the leakage of a real mobile phone number. But the virtual number also meets the requirements of the protocol, so that the resource of the virtual number is limited. If each user is provided with a virtual number only for the user to perform e-commerce service, the virtual number resource will be wasted.
Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for protecting user privacy, which are used for solving the problems that in the prior art, service cannot be realized, configuration cost is high and workload is large because the number length exceeds the protocol length. The method and the device are based on the same inventive concept, and because the principles of solving the problems of the method and the device are similar, the implementation of the device and the method can be mutually referred, and repeated parts are not repeated.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a schematic structural diagram of a system for protecting user privacy.
The system for protecting the privacy of the user comprises: user equipment, a server providing e-commerce services (hereinafter referred to as a server for short) and devices in a communication network. The communication network may be provided by an operator.
The communication network is provided with a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) or a Gateway Mobile Switching Center (GMSC), a Visitor Location Register (VLR), a Home Location Register (HLR), a service platform, and a service operation support system (BOSS).
In order to protect the privacy of users, the invention provides an external interface for a server (or a business website server) providing electronic commerce by a business platform, and supports the business website server to realize the functions of applying, opening, using, recovering and the like of virtual numbers through the interaction with the interface of the business platform.
In the present invention, the virtual number may be a Mobile Subscriber number (MSISDN), where the ISDN is an Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN), which is an abbreviation of Integrated Service Digital Network). The e-commerce service comprises: users make vehicle reservations online, make food orders online, shop on e-commerce websites, and so on.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for protecting user privacy, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:

The server providing the e-commerce may be, for example, one or more of a car appointment website server, a meal ordering website server, an e-commerce website server, and the like, but is not limited thereto. The second user associated with the first user may be, for example, one or more of a system server of a taxi, a terminal of a taxi driver, a system server of a restaurant, a terminal of a meal delivery person, a system server of a shop, a system server of a courier, a terminal of a courier, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
For example, the car-booking website informs the taxi driver or taxi driver of the virtual number as the number of the user in an order form. The transceiver 601 receives an order request submitted by a first user, the order request including a real phone number of the first user and a real phone number of a second user associated with the order.
Processor 602 generates an order number based on the order request and assigns a virtual number to the generated order number.
The transceiver 601 sends the allocated virtual number to the second user as a contact telephone number of the first user;
processor 602 retrieves the virtual number assigned to the order number upon determining that the order is complete.
When allocating a virtual number to the generated order number, the processor 602 is specifically configured to select and allocate a virtual number to the order number from a virtual number resource pool provided by an operator for the device for protecting user privacy; and the virtual number distributed from the virtual number resource pool is provided with unconditional forwarding, and the forwarding number of the unconditional forwarding is used for triggering the communication request carrying the virtual number to a service platform.
After the processor 602 allocates a virtual number to the generated order number, the memory 603 stores a correspondence relationship between the order number, the allocated virtual number, the real phone number of the first user, and the real phone number of the second user;
the transceiver 601 receives a notification message indicating that the order is completed, where the message carries the order number.
After the order is completed, when the virtual number allocated to the order number is retrieved, the processor 602 finds the corresponding relationship according to the order number, and deletes the corresponding relationship.

when determining that the communication request also carries the real telephone number of the first user, the processor 702 determines the real telephone number of the second user corresponding to the virtual number, sets the number display as the virtual number, and the transceiver 701 routes the communication request to the real telephone number of the second user;
when determining that the communication request also carries the real phone number of the second user, the processor 702 determines the real phone number of the first user corresponding to the virtual number, and the transceiver 701 routes the communication request to the real phone number of the first user.
The following describes an embodiment of the present invention in detail with reference to a specific application scenario (shopping is taken as an example).
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating a process of binding a virtual number for a buyer user.
S801: a server for providing an e-commerce service receives an order request submitted by a user (hereinafter referred to as a customer user for convenience of description) through a user device. The order request carries the telephone number of the buyer user and the telephone number of the seller user.

FIG. 9A-FIG. 9B are schematic diagrams illustrating a process for initiating a call for a user of a seller to a user of a buyer through a virtual number.
S901: the MSC/GMSC at the location of the seller user receives a call request initiated by the seller user, wherein the call request carries the real telephone number of the seller user and the virtual number of the buyer user.
S902: and the MSC/GMSC at the place where the seller user is located determines the forwarding number corresponding to the virtual number.
Specifically, the MSC/GMSC at the location of the seller user sends a called routing information (SRI) message to the HLR to which the virtual number belongs, where the subscription information of the virtual number is: and the virtual number corresponds to a forwarding number, and the forwarding number is a fixed telephone number of the service platform home location. And the HLR to which the virtual number belongs returns the subscription information of the virtual number to the MSC/GMSC where the seller user is located.
S903: the MSC/GMSC at the location of the seller subscriber routes the call request to the MSC/GMSC at the service platform's home location. Specifically, the MSC/GMSC at the location of the seller user sends an initial address message (IAM for short) to the MSC/GMSC at the location of the service platform.
If the location of the seller user is different from the location corresponding to the virtual number of the buyer user, after receiving the call request, the MSC/GMSC of the location of the seller user routes the call request to the MSC/GMSC of the location of the virtual number, and then the MSC/GMSC of the location of the virtual number is routed to the MSC/GMSC of the location of the service platform.
S904: after receiving the IAM, the MSC/GMSC of the home location of the service platform inquires the trigger data corresponding to the forwarding number configured locally, and sends an inquiry request to the service platform according to the trigger data. The query request carries the virtual number and the actual phone number of the seller's user. The query request may be an initial detection point message (IDP).
If the server has synchronized the stored correspondence to the service platform, as shown in fig. 9A, S905 a: and after receiving the IDP message, the service platform inquires the corresponding relation stored locally according to the virtual number and the real telephone number of the seller user, and determines the real telephone number of the buyer user corresponding to the virtual number.
If the server has not synchronized the stored correspondence to the service platform, as shown in fig. 9B, S905B: and after receiving the IDP message, the service platform inquires the real telephone number of the buyer user corresponding to the virtual number from the server. S905 c: and the service platform receives the real telephone number of the buyer user fed back by the server.
S906: the service platform sends the determined actual phone number of the buyer user to the MSC/GMSC of the service platform's home location.
S907: the MSC/GMSC of the home of the service platform issues a Connect (Connect) message to the user equipment of the real called user (i.e. the buyer user) corresponding to the real phone number of the buyer user.
Optionally, before S906, the method may further include: the service platform calls a server interface (such as an Http interface) to send the call information to the server. Wherein the call information includes: the real telephone number of the calling party, the real telephone number of the called party, the order number and the like.

FIGS. 10A, 10B, and 11 illustrate a process in which a buyer user initiates a call to a seller user using a virtual number.
As shown in fig. 10A-10B, the process of a buyer user initiating a call to a seller user using a virtual number through an APP on a user device is schematically illustrated.
S1001: the buyer user can select the seller number or input the called number to be contacted on the APP of the user equipment according to the order number, and the APP of the user equipment inquires the corresponding virtual number through the order number according to the corresponding relation. The App of the user equipment can call an interface of the server and report call request information such as a virtual number, a real telephone number of a seller user and the like to the server.
S1002: and after receiving the call request information of the App of the user equipment, the server calls a service platform interface and reports the call request information to a service platform. And the service platform caches the received call request information. A response message of successful call information caching can be returned to the server. And after receiving the response message of successful call information caching of the service platform, the server feeds the response message back to the App of the user equipment.
Alternatively, the process of initiating a call to the seller user by the buyer user using the virtual number through the APP on the user device may not include the above steps S1001 and S1002.
S1003: the App of the user equipment of the buyer user initiates a call, and the called number is set as a virtual number. MSC/GMSC at the location of the buyer user receives the call request; the calling request carries the real telephone number of the buyer user and the virtual number of the buyer user;
s1004: and the MSC/GMSC at the location of the buyer determines the forwarding number corresponding to the virtual number.
Specifically, the MSC/GMSC at the location of the buyer user sends an SRI message to the HLR to which the virtual number belongs to query the subscription information of the virtual number, where the subscription information of the virtual number is that the forwarding number corresponding to the virtual number is a fixed telephone number at the location of the service platform.
S1005: the MSC/GMSC at the customer's location of the purchaser routes the call request to the MSC/GMSC at the service platform's home location. Specifically, the MSC/GMSC at the location of the buyer user sends an initial address message (IAM for short) to the MSC/GMSC at the location of the service platform.
If the location of the buyer user is different from the home location of the virtual number of the buyer user, the MSC/GMSC of the location of the buyer user receives the call request, and then routes the call request to the MSC/GMSC of the home location of the virtual number, and then routes the call request to the MSC/GMSC of the home location of the service platform through the MSC/GMSC of the home location of the virtual number.
S1006: after receiving the IAM, the MSC/GMSC of the home location of the service platform inquires the trigger data corresponding to the forwarding number configured locally, and sends an inquiry request to the service platform according to the trigger data. The query request carries the virtual number and the actual phone number of the seller's user. The query request may be an IDP.
If the server has synchronized the stored correspondence to the service platform, as shown in fig. 9A, S1007 a: and after receiving the IDP message, the service platform inquires the corresponding relation stored locally according to the virtual number and the real telephone number of the seller user, and determines the real telephone number of the buyer user corresponding to the virtual number.
If the server has not synchronized the stored correspondence to the service platform, as shown in fig. 9B, S1007B: after receiving the IDP message, the service platform queries the server for the real phone number of the seller user corresponding to the virtual number, S1007 b: and the service platform receives the real telephone number of the seller user fed back by the server.
S1008: and the service platform sends the determined real telephone number of the seller user to the MSC/GMSC of the home location of the service platform.
S1009: the MSC/GMSC of the home location of the service platform sends a Connect message to a real called user (namely the seller user) corresponding to the real telephone number of the seller user.
As shown in fig. 11, the process of a buyer user initiating a call to a seller user directly through a user device using a virtual number. The user equipment initiates a call in a DTMF manner.
After receiving a called user number (a real telephone number of a seller user) input by a user, user equipment sends a call request in a mode of: virtual number +1 or more commas + the actual phone number of the seller user, such as 13100000, 1381234567. The commas represent the waiting time delay of the mobile phone, and the number of the commas can be determined according to the specific network time delay. The requirement is that the real seller number must be reported after receiving the prompt voice issued by the service platform and collecting the user information (simple notification and collection user information, abbreviated as PC).
S1101: MSC/GMSC at the location of the buyer user receives the call request; the calling request carries the real telephone number of the buyer user and the virtual number of the buyer user;
s1102: and the MSC/GMSC at the location of the buyer determines the forwarding number corresponding to the virtual number.
Specifically, the MSC/GMSC at the location of the buyer user sends an SRI message to the HLR to which the virtual number belongs to query the subscription information of the virtual number, where the subscription information of the virtual number is that the forwarding number corresponding to the virtual number is a fixed telephone number at the location of the service platform.
S1103: the MSC/GMSC at the customer's location of the purchaser routes the call request to the MSC/GMSC at the service platform's home location. Specifically, the MSC/GMSC at the location of the buyer user sends an initial address message (IAM for short) to the MSC/GMSC at the location of the service platform.
If the location of the buyer user is different from the home location of the virtual number of the buyer user, the MSC/GMSC of the location of the buyer user receives the call request, and then routes the call request to the MSC/GMSC of the home location of the virtual number, and then routes the call request to the MSC/GMSC of the home location of the service platform through the MSC/GMSC of the home location of the virtual number.
S1104: after receiving the IAM, the MSC/GMSC of the home location of the service platform inquires the trigger data corresponding to the forwarding number configured locally, and sends an inquiry request to the service platform according to the trigger data. The virtual number and the actual phone number of the buyer user are carried in the inquiry request. The query request may be an IDP.
And if the server synchronizes the stored corresponding relation to the service platform, after receiving the IDP message, the service platform inquires the locally stored corresponding relation according to the virtual number and the real telephone number of the buyer user and determines the real telephone number of the seller user corresponding to the virtual number.
And if the server does not synchronize the stored corresponding relation to the service platform, the service platform inquires the real telephone number of the seller user corresponding to the virtual number from the server after receiving the IDP message, and then receives the real telephone number of the seller user fed back by the server.
Optionally, no matter whether the server has already stored the corresponding relationship to the service platform, S1105: and acquiring the real telephone number of the seller user. Specifically, after receiving the query request, the service platform sends an Establish Temporary link (ETC) message to the MSC/GMSC of the home location of the service platform to perform PC playback and number reception. After receiving ETC message, MSC/GMSC of the service platform's home location connects the playback platform and sends PC message to the playback platform, which receives PC message and plays back number to buyer's user (calling user). After receiving the number receiving message sent by the playback platform, the user equipment of the buyer user reports the real telephone number of the seller user (the real telephone number of the called user) as the number receiving result to the playback platform, and the playback platform reports the number receiving result to the service platform by prompting voice and collecting user information response (PCR for short).
S1106: and the service platform sends the determined real telephone number of the seller user to the MSC/GMSC of the home location of the service platform.
S1107: the MSC/GMSC of the home location of the service platform sends a Connect message to the user equipment of a real called user (namely the seller user) corresponding to the real telephone number of the seller user.
Fig. 12 shows a process of sending a short message (abbreviated as sms) from a buyer user to a seller user by using a virtual number.
S1201: the buyer user selects the seller number or inputs the called number to be contacted on the APP of the user equipment according to the order number, and the APP of the terminal user determines the corresponding virtual number through the order number according to the binding relationship. The App of the user equipment inserts the real telephone number of the seller user into the content of the short message, changes the called party into a virtual number and then sends the short message to the MSC/GMSC where the buyer user is located.
S1202: the MSC/GMSC at the location of the buyer user receives the short message of the seller user and forwards the short message to a Short Message Service Center (SMSC) of a short message service center (short message service center for short) at the location of the buyer user. The short message can be carried in the MO-FSM message.
S1203: after receiving the short message, the SMSC of the home location of the buyer user inquires local routing information according to the virtual number, and forwards the short message to the GMSC of the home location of the virtual number.
S1204: and the GMSC where the virtual number is located receives the short message and inquires the address of the VLR of the virtual number from the HLR to which the virtual number belongs. Wherein, the VLR address where the virtual number is located is modified into the address of the service platform when the virtual number opens an account in advance.
S1205: and the GMSC at the location of the virtual number carries the short message in the MT-FSM message and forwards the message to the service platform.

Fig. 13 shows a process of sending a short message (abbreviated as sms) from a seller user to a buyer user through a virtual number.
S1301: the seller user inputs the virtual number of the buyer user through the user equipment and sends a short message to the buyer user. And sending the short message to the MSC/GMSC where the seller user is located.
S1302: after receiving the short message of the seller user, the MSC/GMSC at the location of the seller user forwards the short message to the SMSC of the seller home location. The short message can be carried in the MO-FSM message.
S1303: and after receiving the short message, the SMSC of the seller user home location forwards the short message to the GMSC of the location of the virtual number.
S1304: and the GMSC where the virtual number is located receives the short message and inquires the address of the VLR of the virtual number from the HLR to which the virtual number belongs. Wherein, the VLR address where the virtual number is located is modified into the address of the service platform when the virtual number opens an account in advance.

And if the server does not synchronize the stored corresponding relation to the service platform, the service platform inquires the real telephone number of the buyer user corresponding to the virtual number from the server after receiving the short message, and receives the real telephone number of the buyer user fed back by the server.
S1307: and the service platform inserts the real telephone number of the seller user into the short message content. Meanwhile, the number display is changed into a virtual number in order to facilitate the buyer to directly reply the short message.
S1308: and the service platform sends the short message to an SMSC to which the real telephone number of the buyer user belongs.
S1309: after receiving the short message, the SMSC of the home location of the buyer user forwards the short message to the user equipment of the buyer user by routing.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the server generates the order number according to the order request when the first user submits the order request to the server for carrying out the electronic commerce service, binds a virtual number for the order number and sends the virtual number to the second user related to the order, so that the second user can use the virtual number to communicate with the first user. And after receiving the order ending request, the virtual number allocated to the order number is recovered, so that the real telephone number of the user during the electronic commerce service is protected, and the virtual number resource can be saved. And the corresponding relation between the virtual number and the real telephone number is automatically managed according to the order information, so that a user does not need to manage. The number conforming to the protocol standard format of the service platform home location is used as the trigger number for triggering the service platform, and the access code is not used, so that the access code does not need to be applied in the whole network, namely each MSC of each operator in each province in the whole country does not need to be used as the routing data of the access code. And simultaneously, the user of the other network operator can also enjoy the service. The number conforming to the protocol standard format is a common number, the routing data of the routing of the common number section is configured in the core network, and the call can be normally routed to the home network of the number (also the home network of the virtual number and the service platform). Thereby saving configuration time and configuration workload. And the problem of the number length exceeding the protocol due to the use of the access code is avoided.

Claims (19)

1. A method for protecting user privacy is applied to a server for providing electronic commerce, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an order request submitted by user equipment of a first user;
generating an order number according to the order request, and distributing a virtual number for the order number, wherein the virtual number is provided by a service platform of an operator;
storing the corresponding relation among the order number, the real telephone number of the first user, the virtual number and the real telephone number of the second user associated with the order corresponding to the order number;
sending the virtual number to user equipment of the second user as a contact telephone number of the first user;
and sending the corresponding relation to a service platform of the operator, or feeding back the real telephone number of the first user or the real telephone number of the second user to the service platform of the operator according to the corresponding relation under the condition of receiving an inquiry request initiated by the service platform of the operator.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and sending the virtual number to the user equipment of the first user as the contact number of the second user.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and after the order is completed, recovering the virtual number allocated to the order number.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein said reclaiming the virtual number assigned to the order number after the order is completed comprises:
receiving a notification message indicating that the order is completed, wherein the notification message carries the order number;

and selecting a virtual number for the order number from a virtual number resource pool provided for the server by the service platform of the operator.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein:
the sending the corresponding relationship to the service platform of the operator specifically includes:
sending the stored corresponding relation to a service platform of the operator, so that when the service platform of the operator receives a communication request carrying the virtual number, the service platform of the operator acquires the real telephone number of the first user or the real telephone number of the second user corresponding to the virtual number through the corresponding relation, and establishes communication between user equipment of the first user and user equipment of the second user according to the acquired real telephone number of the first user or the real telephone number of the second user;
the feeding back, according to the correspondence, the real phone number of the first user or the real phone number of the second user to the service platform of the operator when receiving the query request initiated by the service platform of the operator specifically includes:
receiving an inquiry request initiated when a service platform of the operator receives a communication request carrying the virtual number, wherein the inquiry request carries the virtual number and a real telephone number of a first user; inquiring the real telephone number of the second user from the corresponding relation according to the virtual number and the real telephone number of the first user, and feeding back the inquired real telephone number of the second user to a service platform of the operator so as to enable the user equipment of the first user to establish communication with the user equipment of the second user;
or, the feeding back, according to the correspondence, the real phone number of the first user or the real phone number of the second user to the service platform of the operator when receiving the query request initiated by the service platform of the operator specifically includes:
receiving an inquiry request initiated when a service platform of the operator receives a communication request carrying the virtual number, wherein the inquiry request carries the virtual number and a real telephone number of the second user; and inquiring the real telephone number of the first user from the corresponding relation according to the virtual number and the real telephone number of the second user, and feeding back the inquired real telephone number of the first user to a service platform of the operator so as to establish communication between the user equipment of the first user and the user equipment of the second user.
8. A method for protecting user privacy is applied to a service platform of an operator, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a communication request carrying a virtual number allocated for a order number by a server providing electronic commerce; the order number is generated by the server when the user equipment of the first user submits an order request, and the virtual number has a corresponding relation with the order number, the real telephone number of the first user and the real telephone number of the second user associated with the order corresponding to the order number;
when the corresponding relation sent by the server for providing the electronic commerce is received and the communication request is determined to carry the real telephone number of the first user, inquiring the corresponding relation according to the real telephone number of the first user and the virtual number to obtain the real telephone number of the second user, displaying and setting the real telephone number of the first user as the virtual number, and routing the communication request to the real telephone number of the second user; or,
when the corresponding relation sent by the server for providing the electronic commerce is not received and the communication request is determined to carry the real telephone number of a first user, sending an inquiry request to the server for providing the electronic commerce, wherein the inquiry request comprises the real telephone number of the first user and the virtual number, receiving the real telephone number of a second user sent by the server for providing the electronic commerce, displaying and setting the real telephone number of the first user as the virtual number, and routing the communication request to the real telephone number of the second user; or,
when the corresponding relation sent by the server for providing the electronic commerce is received and the communication request is determined to carry the real telephone number of a second user, inquiring the corresponding relation according to the real telephone number of the second user and the virtual number to obtain the real telephone number of the first user, and routing the communication request to the real telephone number of the first user; or,
when the corresponding relation sent by the server for providing the electronic commerce is not received and the communication request is determined to carry the real telephone number of a second user, sending an inquiry request to the server for providing the electronic commerce, wherein the inquiry request comprises the real telephone number of the second user and the virtual number, receiving the real telephone number of the first user sent by the server for providing the electronic commerce, displaying and setting the real telephone number of the second user as the virtual number, and routing the communication request to the real telephone number of the first user.
9. An apparatus for protecting privacy of a user, the apparatus being applied to a server for providing electronic commerce, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving an order request submitted by user equipment of a first user;
the generating unit is used for generating an order number according to the order request received by the receiving unit;
the distribution unit is used for distributing a virtual number to the order number generated by the generation unit, and the virtual number is provided by a service platform of an operator;
the storage unit is used for storing the corresponding relation among the order number, the distributed virtual number, the real telephone number of the first user and the real telephone number of the second user related to the order corresponding to the order number after the distribution unit distributes a virtual number to the generated order number;
a sending unit, configured to send the virtual number allocated by the allocating unit to the user equipment of the second user as the contact phone number of the first user;
the sending unit is further configured to send the corresponding relationship to a service platform of the operator, or feed back the real phone number of the first user or the real phone number of the second user to the service platform of the operator according to the corresponding relationship when receiving an inquiry request initiated by the service platform of the operator.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the sending unit is further configured to:
and sending the virtual number to the user equipment of the first user as the contact number of the second user.
11. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
and the recovery unit is used for recovering the virtual number allocated to the order number after the order is completed.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein:
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a notification message indicating that the order is completed, where the notification message carries the order number;
and the recovery unit is specifically used for finding the corresponding relation according to the order number and deleting the corresponding relation.
13. The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the assigning unit further sends a request for a virtual number to the service platform of the operator before assigning a virtual number to the order number, according to a requirement of the user to perform a service at the e-commerce server.
14. The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the allocating unit is further configured to select and allocate a virtual number for the order number from a virtual number resource pool provided by a service platform of the operator for the server.
15. The apparatus according to any one of claims 9-14, wherein:
the receiving unit is further configured to receive an inquiry request initiated when a service platform of the operator receives a communication request carrying the virtual number, where the inquiry request carries the virtual number and a real phone number of the first user; the device also comprises a query unit, a virtual number generation unit and a virtual number generation unit, wherein the query unit is used for querying the real telephone number of the second user corresponding to the virtual number from the corresponding relation according to the real telephone number of the first user; the sending unit is further configured to feed back the queried actual phone number of the second user to the service platform, so that communication is established between the user equipment of the first user and the user equipment of the second user;
or,
the receiving unit is further configured to receive an inquiry request initiated by the service platform when receiving a communication request carrying the virtual number, where the inquiry request carries the virtual number and a real phone number of the second user; the device also comprises a query unit, a virtual number generation unit and a virtual number generation unit, wherein the query unit is used for querying the real telephone number of the first user corresponding to the virtual number from the corresponding relation according to the real telephone number of the second user; the sending unit is further configured to feed back the queried actual phone number of the first user to the service platform, so that communication is established between the user equipment of the first user and the user equipment of the second user.
16. An apparatus for protecting user privacy, the apparatus being applied to a service platform of an operator, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving a communication request which carries a virtual number distributed for an order number by a server providing electronic commerce; the order number is generated by the server when a first user submits an order request, and the virtual number has a corresponding relation with the order number, the real telephone number of the first user and the real telephone number of a second user associated with an order corresponding to the order number;
a determining unit, configured to, when the correspondence relationship sent by the server providing the electronic commerce is received and it is determined that the communication request also carries a real phone number of a first user, query the correspondence relationship according to the real phone number of the first user and the virtual number, obtain a real phone number of a second user, and set a display of the real phone number of the first user as a virtual number; a sending unit for routing the communication request to the real telephone number of the second user; or,
a sending unit, configured to send, when the correspondence sent by the server providing the electronic commerce is not received and the determination unit determines that the communication request further carries a real phone number of a first user, an inquiry request to the server providing the electronic commerce, where the inquiry request includes the real phone number of the first user and the virtual number; the receiving unit is used for receiving the real telephone number of the second user sent by the server for providing the electronic commerce; the sending unit is used for setting the real telephone number display of the first user as a virtual number and routing the communication request to the real telephone number of the second user; or,
a determining unit, configured to, when receiving the correspondence sent by the server providing the electronic commerce and determining that the communication request further carries a real phone number of a second user, query the correspondence according to the real phone number of the second user and the virtual number, and obtain the real phone number of the first user; the sending unit is used for routing the communication request to the real telephone number of the first user; or,
a sending unit, configured to send, to a server providing electronic commerce, an inquiry request when the correspondence sent by the server providing electronic commerce is not received and the determining unit determines that the communication request further carries a real phone number of a second user, where the inquiry request includes the real phone number of the second user and the virtual number, the receiving unit is further configured to receive the real phone number of the first user sent by the server providing electronic commerce, and the sending unit is further configured to set a display of the real phone number of the second user as a virtual number and route the communication request to the real phone number of the first user.
17. A method of protecting user privacy, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that user equipment of a first user receives a call initiated by user equipment of a second user by taking a virtual number as a called number of the first user, the virtual number is provided by a service platform of an operator and is distributed to an order number by a server for providing electronic commerce according to an order request, the order number is generated by the server for providing electronic commerce according to the order request received from the user equipment of the first user, and an order corresponding to the order number is associated with the second user;
the user equipment of the first user acquires call information and service information from the server for providing the electronic commerce, wherein the call information comprises the order number, and the service information comprises order information corresponding to the order number;
and the user equipment of the first user displays the calling from the virtual number and the order number or order information corresponding to the order number.
18. The method as claimed in claim 17, wherein the obtaining, by the ue of the first user, the call information and the service information from the server providing the e-commerce includes:
and the user equipment of the first user receives the call information and the service information pushed by the server for providing the electronic commerce.
19. The method as claimed in claim 17, wherein the obtaining, by the ue of the first user, the call information and the service information from the server providing the e-commerce includes:
