Abstract
The invention provides a communication number processing system and method applied to a logistics list, which relate to the technical field of communication and comprise the following steps: the input port is used for inputting a communication number; the conversion unit is used for receiving the communication number transmitted through the input port, converting the communication number into an information code according to a preset first rule, and converting the information code into dialing information according to a preset second rule; the server is used for backing up the communication number and the dialing information associated with the communication number, wherein the server is used for automatically switching the communication for dialing the dialing information to the communication number associated with the dialing information; an output port for outputting and displaying the information code so that a user applies the information code to the logistics list; and the delivery personnel can obtain the dialing information through the information code. The invention can prevent the real communication number of the user from being directly acquired by lawbreakers.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a communication number processing system and method applied to a logistics list.
Background
With the rapid development of the express logistics industry, users often need to fill in personal real communication numbers on a logistics receipt to serve as certificates for receiving and sending express mails. Therefore, the personal communication number filled in on the logistics list is disclosed to other people without the user knowing. At present, no effective measure for protecting the communication privacy of the user on the logistics surface list exists.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a system and method for processing a communication number applied to a logistics menu, so that the information filled in by a user on the logistics menu is not directly related to the actual communication number of the user. The invention can prevent the real communication number of the user from being directly acquired by lawbreakers.
In particular, the present invention provides a communication number processing system applied to a logistics list, comprising: the input port is used for inputting the communication number; the conversion unit is used for receiving the communication number transmitted through the input port, converting the communication number into an information code according to a preset first rule, and converting the information code into dialing information according to a preset second rule; the server is used for backing up the communication number and the dialing information associated with the communication number, wherein the server is used for automatically switching the communication for dialing the dialing information to the communication number associated with the dialing information; an output port for outputting and displaying the information code so that a user applies the information code to the logistics list; and the delivery personnel can obtain the dialing information through the information code.
Further, the input port is used for inputting the generated information code and transmitting the information code to the conversion unit.
Further, the conversion unit converts the information code into the dialing information according to a preset third rule, and transmits the dialing information to the output port, so that a delivery person can dial the dialing information to the server.
Further, the preset second rule and the preset third rule are updated at a preset time interval, so that after the preset time interval is exceeded, the same communication number is input again, and the conversion unit obtains new dialing information associated with the communication number.
Further, the user may send a command to the server to choose to revoke the old dialing information associated with the communication number, so that the server switches the communication dialing the old dialing information to a blank number.

inputting the communication number;

and outputting and displaying the information code so that the user applies the information code to the logistics list.
Further, on the basis of the processing step, the method further comprises a reading step:
inputting the generated information code and transmitting the information code to the conversion unit.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a communication number processing system applied to a logistics list. When a user inputs a personal real communication number on the logistics list, an information code can be obtained through the communication number processing system of the invention, and the information code is attached to the logistics list to replace the real communication number. When the delivery personnel carries out delivery, the information code can be read by the equipment provided with the system, and then the user is informed of receiving the express by dialing.
As shown in fig. 1, the communication number processing system of the present invention includes: input port 1, conversion unit 2, output port 3, and server 5. The communication number processing system can be loaded on a networking device capable of reading the output. Wherein, the device is provided with an input port 1 for inputting the communication number. In one embodiment, a conversion unit 2 is installed on the device and the input port 1 passes the communication number to the conversion unit 2. In another embodiment, to reduce the computational burden on the device, the input port 1 may transmit the communication number to the translation unit 2 via a network.
The conversion unit 2 can convert the communication number into an information code according to a preset first rule. In one embodiment, a translation unit 2 is loaded on the device and encodes the information to an output port 3. In another embodiment, the conversion unit 2 transmits the information code to the output port 3 corresponding to the input port 1 through a network. The output port 3 is used for outputting and displaying the information code so that a user can apply the information code to the logistics surface 4. In one embodiment, the output port 3 is capable of printing the information code directly on the device to enable a user to attach the information code to the item list 4. In another embodiment, the output port 3 can be connected to an external printing device to encode and print the information. In other embodiments, if the information code is in digital form, the user may directly fill in the information code on the logistics menu 4.
The conversion unit 2 may also convert the information code into the dialing information by a preset second rule, and transmit the dialing information to the server 5. The server 5 is configured to backup the communication number and the dialing information associated with the communication number, wherein the server 5 may automatically forward a communication dialing the dialing information to the communication number associated with the dialing information.
When a delivery person delivers, the delivery person can read the information code through the equipment provided with the system, namely, the information code on the object flow list 4 is read through the input port 1 on the equipment. In other words, the input port 1 can also be used to input the generated information code. The device then transmits said information code to said conversion unit 2. The conversion unit 2 converts the information code into the dialing information according to a preset third rule, transmits the dialing information to the output port 3, and displays the dialing information on the output port 3. In one embodiment, the delivery person can dial out the dialing information directly through the device on which the system is loaded. In another embodiment, the courier can read the dialing information and dial the dialing information with other communication devices. The server 5 receives the above-mentioned dial and forwards the dial to the user communication terminal 6 associated with the dial information.
Further, the preset second rule and the preset third rule are updated at a preset time interval, so that after the preset time interval is exceeded, the same communication number is input again, and the conversion unit 2 obtains new dialing information associated with the communication number. Therefore, the dialing information associated with the real communication number is updatable. Even if lawbreakers obtain the expired logistics list 4 and also obtain the information coding mode on the decrypted logistics list 4, the lawbreakers cannot obtain the real communication number of the user through the expired logistics list 4.

Further, in addition to the server 5 automatically updating the rules at predetermined time intervals, the user can manage his own dialing information by himself. Specifically, the user registers an account with the server 5 using the communication number, and the generated dialing information sorted by time line is listed on the account corresponding to the communication number. The user may operate on the account to choose to revoke the old dialing information associated with the corresponding number. That is, the user may send a command to the server 5 to choose to revoke the old dialing information associated with the communication number, so that the server will forward the communication dialling the old dialing information to a blank number.

Through steps S11 to S17, the present invention can convert the communication number into an information code for the logistics menu 4, and convert the information code into dialing information for the delivery person to dial to the server 5 during delivery, so that the server 5 forwards the communication to the user communication terminal 6 where the communication number is located after receiving the dialing.
Specifically, the user inputs the communication number at the input port 1, and then passes the communication number to the conversion unit 2 for conversion. In one embodiment, a conversion unit 2 is installed on the device and the input port 1 passes the communication number to the conversion unit 2. In another embodiment, to reduce the computational burden on the device, the input port 1 may transmit the communication number to the translation unit 2 via a network.
The conversion unit 2 can convert the communication number into an information code according to a preset first rule. In one embodiment, a translation unit 2 is loaded on the device and encodes the information to an output port 3. In another embodiment, the output port 3 can be connected to an external printing device to encode and print the information. In other embodiments, if the information code is in digital form, the user may directly fill in the information code on the logistics menu 4.
The conversion unit 2 may also convert the information code into the dialing information by a preset second rule, and transmit the dialing information to the server 5. The server 5 is configured to backup the communication number and the dialing information associated with the communication number, wherein the server 5 may automatically forward a communication dialing the dialing information to the communication number associated with the dialing information.
With reference to fig. 1 and fig. 3, on the basis of the processing steps, a reading step is further included, that is, the step after the delivery person reads the information code at the time of delivery:
s21: inputting the generated information code and transmitting the information code to the conversion unit;
s23: converting the coded information into the dialing information according to a preset third rule;
s25: outputting the dialing information, and dialing the dialing information to a server so that the server automatically switches communication to the communication number associated with the dialing information;
s27: the preset second rule and the preset third rule are updated at a preset time interval, so that the same communication number is input again after the preset time interval is exceeded, and the new dialing information associated with the communication number can be obtained.
When a delivery person delivers, the delivery person can read the information code through the equipment provided with the system, namely, the information code on the object flow list 4 is read through the input port 1 on the equipment. 1. Communication number processing system applied to logistics list, comprising:
the input port is used for inputting the communication number;
the conversion unit is used for receiving the communication number transmitted through the input port, converting the communication number into an information code according to a preset first rule, and converting the information code into dialing information according to a preset second rule;
the server is used for backing up the communication number and the dialing information associated with the communication number, wherein the server is used for automatically switching the communication for dialing the dialing information to the communication number associated with the dialing information;
an output port for outputting and displaying the information code so that a user applies the information code to the logistics list;
the delivery personnel can obtain the dialing information through the information code;
the input port is used for inputting the generated information code and transmitting the information code to the conversion unit;
the conversion unit converts the information code into the dialing information according to a preset third rule and transmits the dialing information to the output port so that a delivery person can dial the dialing information to the server;
the preset second rule and the preset third rule are updated at a preset time interval, so that the same communication number is input again after the preset time interval is exceeded, and the conversion unit obtains new dialing information associated with the communication number;
the user may send a command to the server to choose to revoke old the dialing information associated with the communication number, such that the server switches the communication dialling the old dialing information to a blank number.
2. The communication number processing method applied to the logistics list comprises the following processing steps:
inputting the communication number;
converting the communication number into an information code by a preset first rule, and converting the information code into dialing information by a preset second rule;
backing up the communication number and the dialing information associated with the communication number to a server so that the server automatically switches the communication dialing the dialing information to the communication number associated with the dialing information;
outputting and displaying the information code so that a user applies the information code to the logistics list;
on the basis of the processing step, the method further comprises a reading step:
inputting the generated information code and transmitting the information code to a conversion unit;
wherein the reading step further comprises:
converting the information code into the dialing information according to a preset third rule so that a delivery person can dial the dialing information to the server;
the preset second rule and the preset third rule are updated at a preset time interval, so that the same communication number is input again after the preset time interval is exceeded, and new dialing information associated with the communication number can be obtained;
the user may send a command to the server to choose to revoke old the dialing information associated with the communication number, such that the server switches the communication dialling the old dialing information to a blank number.
