Abstract

一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子、包覆所述绝缘本体而形成对接腔的金属外壳以及固定于所述金属外壳表面的金属件,所述绝缘本体包括基座及自所述基座向前延伸入所述对接腔的对接舌板,所述若干导电端子设有暴露于所述对接舌板表面的接触部及接脚,所述金属件包括贴覆在所述金属外壳表面的主体部及自所述主体部向两侧延伸且用于焊接至印刷电路板的延伸脚,所述绝缘本体还设有位于所述基座后端且横向延伸的固定块,所述延伸脚穿过所述固定块而被所述固定块固定,从而避免因延伸脚过长而产生变形。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种可避免金属件变形的电连接器。
【背景技术】
中国实用新型第CN204558796号专利揭示了一种电连接器,其包括绝缘体、固持在绝缘体内的导电端子及金属壳体,所述绝缘体设有基部及对接舌板,所述金属壳体固定于所述绝缘体且包围所述对接舌板而形成对接腔,所述金属壳体的后端横向延伸有延伸脚,该延伸脚悬空延伸而后尾部固定于电路板,因延伸脚过长且中间未有固定,从而容易产生变形。
基于所述的现有技术,确有必要对现有的电连接器进行改进。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种可避免金属件变形的电连接器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子、包覆所述绝缘本体而形成对接腔的金属外壳以及固定于所述金属外壳表面的金属件,所述绝缘本体包括基座及自所述基座向前延伸入所述对接腔的对接舌板,所述若干导电端子设有暴露于所述对接舌板表面的接触部及接脚,所述金属件包括贴覆在所述金属外壳表面的主体部及自所述主体部向两侧延伸且用于焊接至印刷电路板的延伸脚,所述绝缘本体还设有位于所述基座后端且横向延伸的固定块,所述延伸脚穿过所述固定块而被所述固定块固定。
与现有技术相比,本电连接器通过固定块将金属件的延伸脚部分固定于其内部从而避免延伸脚因过长而产生变形。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
请参考图1至图3,本发明电连接器100包括绝缘本体1、固持于所述绝缘本体1内的两排横向排布的导电端子2、包覆所述绝缘本体1的金属外壳3、以及固定在所述金属外壳3表面的金属件4。所述金属外壳3包围所述绝缘本体1而形成收容对接连接器(未图示)的对接腔101。
参考图6所示,两排导电端子2上、下设置且其中间夹持有一对接地件5。每排导电端子2包括分别位于横向两个最外侧的接地端子、与所述接地端子相邻的电源端子以及位于电源端子之间的信号端子。所述接地件5分别位于两排导电端子2的接地端子之间。在导电端子2和接地件5的外侧注塑绝缘材料凝固形成固定所述导电端子2和接地件5的后绝缘体1A。所述后绝缘体10设有基部11及自所述基部11向前延伸的舌板120。在所述舌板120的外侧注塑绝缘材料填充间隙而形成包覆所述舌板120的前绝缘体1B。所述前绝缘体1B包覆所述舌板120而形成与所述对接连接器(未图示)对接的对接舌板12(参考图5所示)。所述对接舌板12向前延伸入所述对接腔101。所述前、后绝缘体1B、1A共同构成绝缘本体1。所述接地件5设有向后延伸出所述绝缘本体1的接地脚51。每一导电端子2包括暴露在所述对接舌板12表面的接触部21、固持在所述后绝缘体1A内的固持部22以及自所述固持部22向上弯折再向后延伸的接脚23。所述绝缘本体1、导电端子2及接地件5共同构成端子模组(未标示)。
参考图4及图5所示,所述绝缘本体1还设有位于所述基座11后端且横向延伸的固定块13。所述导电端子2的接脚23穿过所述固定块13而在所述固定块13的底部并排向后延伸设置。所述接地件5的接地脚51延伸超出所述固定块13的后端面。所述固定块13包括自其横向两端向前延伸的凸伸部14及自其表面凹陷且位于所述固定块13中间位置的凹陷区15。所述凸伸部14向前延伸超出所述固定块13的前端面。所述凸伸部14向上突出所述固定块13的上表面且设有朝向所述凹陷区15延伸的肋部141。所述肋部141的前端面与所述固定块13的前端面平齐。所述凸伸部14还设有自其后端面向后延伸的板部142,所述板部142平行于所述固定块13设置而在其中间形成通槽16。所述板部142及固定块13的横向两端面在所述通槽16的顶部均设有导引面。
所述金属外壳3自前向后固定至所述绝缘本体1而使所述金属外壳3的后端缘抵靠在所述固定块13的前端面。所述金属外壳3包括顶壁31、与所述顶壁31相对设置的底壁32、以及连接所述顶壁31和底壁32的两侧壁33。所述金属外壳3设有自其顶壁31向后延伸入且被限制在所述凹陷区15的后延壁34。所述后延壁34向后延伸超出所述固定块13的后端面且设有一对向下弯折的抵持片35。所述抵持片35抵压在所述固定块13的后端面。所述金属外壳3的顶壁31和底壁32分别设有若干朝向所述对接腔101凸伸的凸包36以与对接连接器(未图示)接触。所述金属外壳3是通过金属板弯折形成,所述金属外壳3的顶壁设有因弯折对接形成的对接缝。所述电连接器00还包括覆盖所述对接缝的密封部6,所述密封部6是通过在所述金属外壳3的顶壁31刷胶凝固而形成。
所述金属件4包括贴覆在所述金属外壳3表面的主体部41及自所述主体部41向两侧延伸且同于焊接至印刷电路板(未图示)的延伸脚42。所述主体部41包括焊接固定至所述顶壁31的盖部411及自盖部411的横向两侧弯折并部分覆盖所述两侧壁33的翼部412。所述翼部412延伸有同样与所述印刷电路板(未图示)焊接的连接脚413。所述延伸脚42穿过所述固定块13而被所述固定块13固定。所述金属件4的主体部41和延伸脚42分别被限制在所述凸伸部14的前、后两侧。所述延伸脚42包括搭载于所述固定块13上表面的水平部421及自所述水平部421向下弯折的竖直部422。所述主体部41的部分后端缘和所述水平部421的前端缘分别抵持于所述肋部141的前、后两侧面。所述竖直部422向下穿过所述通槽16而被所述板部142及固定块13的横向两端夹持固定。所述竖直部422的前后宽度小于所述连接脚413的前后宽度。
所述电连接器100还包括在所述绝缘本体1的后端灌入胶水凝固形成的后盖7。结合图2及图3所示,所述固定块13在上下方向上位于所述绝缘本体1的上部。所述金属外壳3的两侧壁33向后延伸有固持脚331,所述基座11与所述固定块13的底部设有缺口,所述固持脚331固持于所述缺口。所述金属外壳3的底壁32设有向上弯折而与所述基座后端固持的卡扣片321。通过所述金属外壳3的抵持片35、固定脚331及卡扣片321分别与绝缘本体1固持,从而将金属外壳3与绝缘本体1在前后、上下及横向上固定。所述金属件4的翼部412向下延伸有延伸部414,所述延伸部414位于所述凸伸部14与所述侧壁33之间。
与现有技术相比,本发明电连接器100通过固定块13固定金属件4的延伸脚42从而避免延伸脚因过长而产生变形。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子、包覆所述绝缘本体而形成对接腔的金属外壳以及固定于所述金属外壳表面的金属件,所述绝缘本体包括基座及自所述基座向前延伸入所述对接腔的对接舌板,所述若干导电端子设有暴露于所述对接舌板表面的接触部及接脚,其特征在于:所述金属件包括贴覆在所述金属外壳表面的主体部及自所述主体部向两侧延伸且用于焊接至印刷电路板的延伸脚,所述绝缘本体还设有位于所述基座后端且横向延伸的固定块,所述延伸脚穿过所述固定块而被所述固定块固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子的接脚穿过所述固定块。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固定块的横向两端分别向前延伸有凸伸部,所述凸伸部向前延伸超过所述固定块的前端面,所述金属件的主体部和延伸脚分别被限制在所述凸伸部的前、后两侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述凸伸部设有自其后端面向后延伸的板部,所述板部平行于所述固定块而在其之间形成有通槽,所述延伸脚包括搭载于所述固定部表面的水平部及自所述水平部弯折并穿过所述通槽的竖直部。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述凸伸部向上突出所述固定块的表面且设有沿远离所述板部的方向延伸的肋部,所述主体部的部分后端缘及所述水平部的前端缘分别抵持于所述肋部的前、后两侧面。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属外壳包括顶壁、与所述顶壁相对的底壁及连接顶壁和底壁的两侧壁,所述金属外壳的部分后端缘抵靠在所述固定块的前端面。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固定块设有自其表面凹陷的凹陷区,所述金属外壳设有自其顶壁向后延伸入且被限制在所述凹陷区的后延壁。
8.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述后延壁设有一对向下弯折的抵持片,所述抵持片抵压在所述固定块的后端面。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属外壳是通过金属板弯折形成,所述金属外壳的表面具有弯折对接的对接缝,所述电连接器还包括覆盖所述对接缝的密封部,所述密封部是通过在所述金属外壳的表面刷胶凝固形成。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述主体部通过焊接固定于所述金属外壳的表面。
